On June 23, 2023, the Professorship for Economic Criminal Law, Compliance, and Digitalization at the University of Liechtenstein successfully continued its hybrid event series, 'Liechtenstein Talks on Economic Criminal Law.' The central theme of the fourth conference was 'Criminal Compliance,' a key focus of the professorship's research. Experts from various countries discussed relevant aspects of compliance, particularly for Liechtenstein as a financial center, through five presentations and subsequent discussions. In her opening speech, Prof. Dr. Konstantina Papathanasiou emphasized the practical significance of 'Criminal Compliance' and its growing importance in economic regulation. The conference covered a wide range of topics, from insights into the role of a compliance officer to internal investigations, compliance risk analysis, and the use of IT tools in data forensics. Papathanasiou also highlighted the recent publication of 'Corporate Criminal Law and Criminal Compliance,' available to participants in the LL.M. program in economic criminal law. The presentations delved into diverse areas, such as the role of a compliance officer in Liechtenstein's financial market, the privatization of law enforcement through internal investigations, data protection in internal investigations, compliance risk analysis, and technological innovations in internal investigations. The speakers discussed tools like whistleblower platforms and AI-supported data forensics, addressing both opportunities and challenges.

The thesis defines legal status of Liechtenstein in the European Economic Area. It is divided into three consecutive chapters. The first chapter consists of two parts - general and economic characteristics of Liechtenstein. The general characteristic is based on the author's experience supported by scientific literature, while economic subchapter is based largely on statistical data. The second chapter focuses on the legal status of Liechtenstein and its position on international scene. The position is viewed from two perspectives, which affects it the most. First, from the perspective of participation in selected international organizations and second, the influence of close relationship with Switzerland. The last chapter analyses international litigation to which Liechtenstein is a party. The aim of this thesis is to define the legal relations of Liechtenstein, which forms its position, using the methods of analysis.

The issue is based on two main focuses. It records the conference reports from the “4th Liechtenstein Talks on Economic Criminal Law”, which deal in depth with various topics relating to business and compliance. This meeting was organized by the editor Konstantina Papathanasiou and can be seen as setting the pace for the current discourse on white-collar criminal law. But also other articles also found their way into the edition. An overarching focus is the discussion of artificial intelligence in whistleblowing and copyright law. This is how Markus Endres writes about whistleblowing tools such as AI-Supported Data Analysis. Clemens Danda delves deeper into AI and EU copyright law. Another article is dedicated to the topic of anti-money laundering compliance compliance in context with the trade of Art NFTs. This article complements the edition thematically with the area of criminal art law. To sum up, the issue contains a colorful bouquet of many current and future-oriented compliance aspects, takes a close look at them and provides solutions and answers

This thesis deals with a person of Karl Eusebius of Liechtenstein in a field of architecture. Karl Eusebius from Liechtenstein was interested in Architecture in many different poits of view. Firstly, he wrote a theoretical work, which is excerpted and analysed in first chapter. Second chapter summarises buildings (or interventions), which are shown in more detailed form in appendix. Chapter is divided in three parts. In first part are representative buildings at the areas, they traditionaly belonged to House of Liechtenstein, principal seat Valtice and summer residence in Lednice. The building activities are brought together in second part, taken through in manors he was not so strongly interrested. Last but not least, the chapter is about his one and only architectonical work, castle of Plumlov, where is very intensive connection with his theoretical work . This thesis aims to describe relations between theoretical work of Karl Eusebius from Liechtenstein and architecture donated or build by himself and aims to investigate different levels of his interrest.

This diploma thesis is dedicated to Jan Sembera Cernohorsky of Boskovice, Moravian aristocrat from the second half of 16th century, the last descendant of an important family of Boskovice. It describes his life story from the childhood to the death which it puts into the broader context and creates a comprehensive view of the higher nobles of his time. Particular attention is paid to the family of Boskovice, especially its last generation, which represent aside from Jan Sembera primarily his brother Albrecht Cernohorsky of Boskovice and Semera's friend and relative Jan of Boskovice and Trebova. The specific role in Jan Sembera's biography necessary plays the transfer of the legacy of the house of Boskovice to the Liechtenstein's family. This was accomplished through two marriages between Karl and Maxmilian of Liechtenstein and Sembera's daughters Anna Marie and Katerina. The importance of those alliances is reflected in the perspective of both financial as well as cultural capital inherited by the House of Liechtenstein and the way how did they use and treat it.

English abstract The aim of my thesis is to use usual methodologies and above all finding new ways of historical urban topography, applied to a representative of a small town, which since the 16th century has evolved from agrarian center seat for a wide area - Kostelec nad Černými lesy. Kostelec is one of the smaller Czech towns located in the district Prague-East and currently has about 3,500 inhabitants. In particular, there exists relatively rich and complex source material preserved from the 16th century (primary a series of cadastral and urban books and an extensive aristocratic-domain archive). 1.
