Vyhodnocení legislativních předpisů pro speciální silniční přepravu mezi Českou republikou a Rakouskem, Německem, státy Beneluxu a Velkou Británií / Evaluation of Legislative Regulations for Special Road Transport Between the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, the Benelux States and Great Britain

Handová, Jitka January 2011 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of legislation for special transport between the Czech Republic and some member states of the European Union. The term special transport comprises the transport of very heavy and oversize loads which exceed limits allowed by the legislation of member states and the European Union itself. The diploma thesis is preferentially concentrated on regulations providing limit dimensions, transport conditions and elements that ensure safe transport of loads to the target destinations – Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom. The final document is going to become the overview of information for freighters who can apply it in the process of preparation and the following ensuring of oversize loads to the countries, see above. The results of the diploma thesis can be applied by the institutions in the branch of international freight, the police or the institutions of the public administration.

Retrospektivní analýza a identifikace možností ovlivnění limitní sportovní výkonnosti / Retrospective analysis and identification of options for limiting sports performance

Semerád, Miroslav January 2018 (has links)
Subject: The knowledge of the sport performance structure with individual identification of the sport training model is a prerequisite for the effective management of sport training. Achieving the sports top limit performance in sport is possible by adapting the training plan to the athlete's individuality by his physiological and psychological prerequisites. To achieve the highest sports performance, sports training analysis is an indispensable tool for international competitiveness. This case study deals with the description of sports training models identified by the composition and dynamics of the training load predictors. A retrospective longitudinal study provides with insights into the possibilities of influencing sports training, which made national, Czech, records on the course of 800 m men and 3,000 m of women's steeplechase. Probandé (n=2) at the age of 21 (runner 1) and 28 resp. 29 years old (runner 2) reached limiting sports performances. The track record dates originates from 1995 to 2012. Runners were participants or medalists from top world or European athletic competitions. Objectiv: The aim of the thesis is to identify retrospectively through the found predictors, by whom were reached limit sports performance and sporting performance in the middle distances run. Methods: The...

Stanovení a porovnání elektromigračních vlastností markerů pro izoelektrickou fokusaci / The Determination and Comparison of the Electromigration Properties of Markers for Isoelectric Focusing

Lorinčíková, Kateřina January 2021 (has links)
The dependencies of electrophoretic mobility on pH were measured for a set of 14 markers used for isoelectric focusing that were developed by the group of Šlais and that are based on substitutions on the nitrophenol core, and for a kit consisting of 5 pI markers developed by Shimura, which have an oligopeptide structure. The dissociation constants and limiting electrophoretic mobilities of these compounds were obtained from the dependencies with the use of the program AnglerFish. The isoelectric point values of the compounds were consequently calculated using the obtained data. A comparison of the obtained pI values with the values that have been declared in literature, albeit gained by different analytical methods, has been made. Key Words capillary zone electrophoresis, isoelectric focusing, pI markers, isoelectric point, thermodynamic dissociation constant, limiting ionic mobility

Dimenzování přístrojových transformátorů pro digitální ochrany / Design of instrument transformers for digital protection relays

Souček, Jan January 2009 (has links)
Master’s thesis is concerned with instrument transformers, which are used in conjunction with numerical protection relays. Therefore mainly with protective transformers of class P and transformers dimensioned for transient effects, which are important e.g. for fast differential or distance protections. The introduction includes fundamental notions, quantities and equations, which refers to instrumental current and voltage transformers. Below are mentioned connection diagrams of these transformers applied to specific electrical network types and faults, of which identification is required. These diagrams and faults are supplied with math equations and eventually with phasor diagrams. Noted informations corresponds to the present standards. Task of the next part is to compile requirements for dimensioning of current transformers, which imposes digital protections from ABB, AREVA and Siemens companies. These requirements, which mostly defines the minimal accuracy limit factor or the knee-point voltage of current transformer, are specified for individual protection terminals, eventually for specific protective functions. Part of the thesis is computer program developed as macro in the Microsoft Office Excel program via Visual Basic for Applications programming language. Program uses equations noted in this work and it can be used for quick dimensioning of current transformers for protective terminals from manufactures mentioned above.

Spolehlivost technických systémů / Reliability of Technical Systems

Ertl, Jakub January 2009 (has links)
The diploma project is focused on investigating the reliability of multi-state technical systems. A summary of the basic conception of renewal theory and stochastic processes is given in this paper. The possibility of solving multi-state systems reliability by using Markov models or simulation is shown. The software Reliab. S. M. S. O. 1.0 was created for solving non-homogeneous series, parallel, series-parallel and parallel-series systems. Outputs of this software are described in chapter 10. This work also contains $\beta$-factor method and theory of common-cause failures. The diploma project was supported by project from MSMT of the Czech Republic no. 1M06047 "Centre for Quality and Reliability of Production" and by grant from Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (Czech Science Foundation) reg. no. 103/08/1658 "Advanced optimum design of composed concrete structures".
