Listová výživa ve vinohradu

Kreisinger, Kateřina January 2015 (has links)
The thesis describes testing of powder water-soluble fertilizer produced by Fosfa, a.s. company on Chardonnay variety grown on the Most-Čepirohy vineyard. The fertilizer was prepared in three variants as a pure fertilizer containing makroelements N, P, K, Mg and S and microelements Fe, Cu, Zn, B and Mo. Extracts of seaweed were added to the second variant, the third one contained a surface-active agent, and the fourth one contained all the additives. In the spring before the fertilizer was applied, soil analysis was performed. Altogether the fertilizer was applied on the leaves five times. During the softening of berries, leaves were removed for an analysis. The analysis focused on the fertilizer efficiency and its ability to penetrate the leaves. In the stage of full grapes' maturity, uvological characteristics were evaluated. Samples for the juice analysis were removed from the harvested grapes. The following analytical values were determined: content of titrationable acids, sugar content, pH and assimilable nitrogen content. Individual variants were compared with a control variant without foliar application. The variant with the water-soluble fertilizer and the surface-active agent was determined as the best one, because it showed the best results from the perspective of leave analysis, increased sugar content, reduction of acid content and increased content of assimilable nitrogen. There were no differences observed in the plant health conditions nor uvological characteristics of individual variants. No influence of the seaweed extract on the grape quality was observed. Grape quality was significantly influenced by above-the-average rainfall during maturing and the grapes were infected by Botrytis cinerea.

Makrofyta rybníků zemědělské krajiny vybrané části Novohradského podhůří / Macrophytes of fishponds in agricultural landscape of selected part of Novohradské hory foothills

SOUKUP, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
Cílem terénní diplomové práce bylo určování a posouzení diverzity vodních a mokřadních druhů rostlin (makrofyt) v 46 sledovaných vodních nádržích v povodí řeky Vltavy a Malše. Z environmentálních ukazatelů se hodnotil obsah dodatkových živin v nádrži, velikost rybí obsádky, chov kachen, charakter a mocnost sedimentů, vodní stav, převažující zemědělské využití půdy v blízkém okolí, rozloha vodní plochy a hlavní spádové povodí dané oblasti.

Projev přihnojení konzumních brambor během vegetace roztokem močoviny, Lignohumátem a Energenem / Fertilization of table potatoes during vegetation solid form of nitrogen fertilizer and urea solution

PELÁN, Jakub January 2016 (has links)
The thesis is focused on fertilization of the potato by leaf nutrition. The aim of the experiment was to evaluate how the selected varieties of potatoes respond on the application of leaf fertilizers. There were evaluated the effects of the application of urea, Energenu Foliar and Lignohumate NPK in varieties with different growing season Magda - very early, Adele - mid-early, Jasmine early to mid-early and late Laura. These varieties are evaluated by the proportion of emerged plants, tuber yield, proportion of consume size tubers, number of tubers in a bunch, the average weight of one tuber, number of stems per plant and starch content. From the results, it was found that all varieties responded positively to the application of leaf fertilizers. The effects on the potatoes were influenced by used variation of the fertilizer and by the different growing season of each potato variety

Význam a potřeba kyseliny listové v těhotenství / The importance and need of folic acid during pregnancy

Mádle, Zuzana January 2021 (has links)
Pregnancy places great strain upon the body of a woman. Many things contribute to a successful pregnancy, such as healthy eating habits, healthy lifestyle, adequate physical activity, fresh air, good mental health. It is recommended to begin folic acid supplementation even before conception. Folic acid, known as folate, is one of the B vitamins. Pregnancy places greater need for folic acid intake, especially in the early stages, where insufficiency or even deficiency can manifest in a pathological pregnancy, oftentimes fatal. The specific link between the two is not yet very well known. However, several studies have confirmed that there is a positive effect that comes with increased folic acid intake before conception and during the first few weeks of pregnancy, most notably reduced occurrence of neural tube birth defects. General population generally doesn't have adequate intake of folic acid, so there is usually a folic acid deficit before and during pregnancy as well. This can be countered by consuming food high in folate, targeted food enrichment or direct consumption of supplements containing folic acid. The Czech Republic currently doesn't enrich food with folic acid, therefore it is recommended to increase its intake via supplementation. Research investigation through paper questionnaires...

Preventivní účinky kyseliny listové ve výživě / Preventive effects of folic acid in nutrition

Chalánková, Veronika January 2022 (has links)
This thesis is focused on folic acid and its preventive effects on human health. Folic acid has many important functions in the human body and is especially important during pregnancy. It is essential for the proper development of the fetus and its adequate intake is the prevention of serious congenital malformations, such as neural tube defects, premature birth, abortion and other pathologies. The increased need for this vitamin is not easy to supplement with a regular diet. It is therefore recommended to take it in the form of food supplements (400-600 µg/day) during pregnancy and at least one month before the planned conception. For these reasons, it is necessary to focus on supporting the primary prevention of folic acid use, preferably in all fertile women. Folic acid also plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis and the main manifestation of its deficiency is megaloblastic anemia. Folic acid is further associated with the prevention of cardiovascular and cancer diseases and influencing the development of cognitive functions. The practical part of this thesis was focused on monitoring the saturation of pregnant women with this vitamin. The work contains a laboratory analysis of the content of the metabolite folic acid 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) in the urine of pregnant women in order to...

Přispívá vodní stres a mezidruhová konkurence k funkční konvergenci nebo divergenci vlastností mokřadních rostlin? / Does water stress and interspecific competition contribute to the functional divergence or convergence of wetland plant species?

Műnichová, Radka January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis is based on the experiment which took 5 years. In 52 plastic containers were planted four species wetland plants; two species of grasses (Calamagrostis canescens and Deschampsia cespitosa) and two species of sedges (Carex elata and Carex elongata). Three types of water regime were set up with: high, low and fluctuating water level, where the high and low level of water took turns after one year. One year before the data collection the strongest competitor Carex elata was cut out. For the evaluation of the role of water level (environmental stress) and removal of the dominant (competition) we selected two functional trait indicators: specific leaf area (SLA) and leaf dry matter content (LDMC). SLA is an indicator of resource strategies, competitiveness and efficiency of light photosynthesis. Species with high SLA are usually better competitors for light, but tolerate harder the environmental stress. LDMC reflects a plants investment in persistent leaf structures and therefore in nutrient retention. A significant effect of water regime on LDMC was observed in the species Deschampsia cespitosa that had higher average values of LDMC in dry water regime, which is indicating higher investment into persistent leaf structures. And the effect of the dominant removal on SLA, where the values of SLA in the containers without removed dominant were higher. Increased SLA implies increased intensity of competition for light. My diploma thesis supported that specific leaf area and leafdry matter content are important functional indicators different types of stress conditions in wetland communities.

Ekofyziologické a morfologické rozdíly mezi domácími a invazními populacemi \kur{Lythrum salicaria} L. / Ecophysiological and morphological differences between native and invasive populations of \kur{Lythrum salicaria} L.

KAŠPAROVÁ, Františka January 2011 (has links)
Native to Europe and Asia, Lythrum salicaria is an invasive element on some other continents. Plants in the invaded areas are more robust, higher, and generally more successful compared to individuals in their original area. Based on my results these characteristics cannot be explained by neither higher photosynthesis, chlorophyll and carotenoid mass, nor specific leaf area.
