Name of thesis: Use of sports massages in the sports clubs in the region of Mladá Boleslav. Author: Kristýna Sobotková Tutor: PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný Department: Department of physical education Aims of the thesis: The main aim of the thesis is to map and compare the usage of regenerative procedures. with a main focus on sports massages in sport teams in different kind of sports which are taking part in the highest level of competitions in the region of Mladá Boleslav. Methodology: Methods used in the thesis are analysis and comparison. The results of the thesis: The result is a detail exploration of professional sports clubs in Mladá Boleslav with an emphasis on regeneration and usage of sports massages. Among these sports clubs the football players and the hockey players have the widest possibilities for regeneration. These two clubs have similar facilities for regeneration. They can choose from a vast variety of regeneration's techniques and the masseurs are there every day for them. The floorball players have their own masseur, but they don't have sufficient facilities. They have an improvised massage room in a fitness and a vat with icy water in a changing room. They also receive benefits for attending public wellness in Mladá Boleslav. The minimal opportunity for regeneration have the girls...

The subject of the master´s thesis is a design of polyfunctional residential building. The residential building is partly basament and has four floors and ten flats. Two flats are maisonettes. On the first floor are a cosmetics salon and a massages salon. The thesis contains a dispositional and building construction design and elaboration of the given part of implementary project documentation.

Para el desarrollo de este presente proyecto se realizaron investigaciones y entrevistas a profundidad, las entrevistas se hicieron a personas de 18 a 55 años y  se identificó que una de sus principales quejas al asistir de manera presencial a un centro de masajes son las largas colas y el tiempo de espera para atenderse, el tráfico vehicular para llegar al centro de masajes y el temor al contagio en lugares concurridos por la pandemia del COVID 19, también se identificó en  este último año, a consecuencia de la pandemia se incrementó el nivel de estrés en las personas. Por ello, se creó “Libérate del Stress”, un servicio a domicilio de masajes terapéuticos con la técnica de piedras temperadas y esencias aromáticas, que a través de una aplicación móvil permitirá al cliente reservar su cita a domicilio con masajistas certificadas. Lo que diferencia a esta empresa de la competencia, es el modelo de negocio ya que la atención es exclusivamente en casa. Finalmente, se puede mencionar de “Libérate del Stress” es un modelo de negocio rentable porque luego de realizar el análisis financiero se demostró que este proyecto es viable y generador de valor en el tiempo, los indicadores del VIR y el TIR resultaron positivos. / For the development of this present project, in-depth investigations and interviews were carried out, the interviews were carried out with people between 18 and 55 years old and it was identified that one of their main complaints when attending a massage center in person is the long lines and the waiting time to be treated, the vehicular traffic to get to the massage center and the fear of contagion in places crowded by the COVID 19 pandemic, was also identified in this last year, as a result of the pandemic the level of stress increased in people. For this reason, "Free yourself from Stress" was created, a home service of therapeutic massages with the technique of tempered stones and aromatic essences, which through a mobile application will allow the client to book their appointment at home with certified masseurs. What differentiates this company from the competition is the business model since the service is exclusively at home. Finally, it can be mentioned that "Free yourself from Stress" is a profitable business model because after conducting the financial analysis it was shown that this project is viable and generates value over time, the VIR and IRR indicators were positive. / Trabajo de investigación

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of the Luzanky sport complex in Brno. The main objective of the diploma project was to create a new modern sport recreation area which will be situated next to the existing swimming pool. The main function is an aquapark with indoor and outdoor pools, which will fulfil all needs of visitors. There are few other functions added, such as café, smaller fitness and massages. Absolutely main objective is to connect the existing pool with the pools of the Aquapark - so the visitors could be using all indoor swimming areas. There are also parking spots designed within this project - nearby is a parking garage connected by footbridge leading from the existing swimming pool alongside the Aquapark building. This footbridge is intended for people who come to Brno to the Aquapark - for families with children that is - therefore it ensures safe and uninterrupted crossing from the garage to the new Aquapark complex. This complex will meet the requirements and current expectations of the visitors in the area. It will also increase the attractiveness of the entire territory.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the solution of the Lužánky sport complex in Brno. The aim of the diploma project is to create a new modern sport recreation area which will be situated next to the existing swimming pool. The main object is an aquapark with indoor and outdoor pools. In area of the aquapark are other premises like wellness, fitness cen-ter, café and other small businesses. Proposed object should be connected to the exis-ting pool with a 50-meter track. Visitors could go from one place to the other without exiting the complex. Also included is the increase of indoor and outdoor parking. Around the complex a footbridge had been designed to connect all the sports facilities. The foot-bridge is intended for pedestrians and cyclists and is designed to avoid blocking car traffic. Main entrance to the aquapark is on the same level as the footbridge, on the 2nd floor. Visitors can go to the footbridge by pedestrian ramp, stairs or lifts. This complex will meet the requirements and current expectations of the visitors in the area. It will also increase the attractiveness of the entire territory.

This Master´s Thesis deals with design and execution of project documentation for building of sport and wellness center. The site is situated in the outskirts of Vsetín in Zlín region. The structural system of the building is walled with porotherm blocks. Ceilings are made up of ceiling panels spiroll. Roof is mainly flat, pitched roof is only designed above squash courts. The buildings’ shape is composed of three blocks which together form a functional complex. The sport center offers these kinds of activities: spinning bike rides, exercising, weight lifting, group training and squash. The recreation centre offers massages electro and lymfo massages, pedicure, manicure, sauna, rehabilitation and solarium. Part of the center is also cafe providing also snacks, sport counseling, nutrition counseling and office.

Diploma thesis „Sport centre“ is made as a project documentation. The designed building structure is detached on a plane terrain in Lipník nad Bečvou. It has two floors and a basement. This building construction is based on the footings. The load-bearing walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of panels Spiroll and PZD. The roof construction is designed as a single-flat. In building is squash, dance hall, gym, spinning, massages, snack bar and bowling with two lanes. Car park is next to the building.

This Master's thesis takes a look at the construction of the new Roman baths and sauna world with adjacent premises, all connected to the premises in the section TG02, such as the water park, restaurant, administration and rehabilitation. The plot of land intended for the implementation is situated in an undeveloped area in the urban district of Zidenice on the outskirts of the city of Brno. The entire complex of buildings forms a wave landscape with a cube as the centrepiece symbolizing water in a quarry and the reaction to the neighbouring Růženin quarry. The buildings also react to significant visual axes, one of which is the view from the Hady quarry, another of the Hady access roads. Emphasis is also placed on the views from the Roman baths, simultaneously preserving the privacy of visitors. Entrance to the two-storey Roman baths and sauna world is possible from the communal changing rooms in the water park, but also separately. The Sauna world located on the first floor is lit by an atrium that connects it with the Roman baths on the second floor. There are eight dry saunas from different corners of the world, various cold-zones, three massage rooms and three relaxation rooms. A relaxing swimming pool and a fountain in the seating area of the saunabar are significant elements of the central space. Located inside the Roman baths are nine heating rooms all of different temperatures and moisture levels, a large cooling room, and a small swimming pool with an adjacent jacuzzi in the central area, both with beautiful views. From this section, you can walk out onto the adjacent terrain, where there is a large outdoor swimming pool and sauna. There is a polarium, a private spa, a small spa shop, massages and special baths each with their own entrance. On the third floor there is accommodation, a conference room and a fitness centre.

This diploma thesis solves a project Sports and wellness center. This object is located on land number 1241/549, 1241/571in cadastral office Velké Bílovice. The plot is located on a street Podivínská in Velké Bílovice. Velké Bílovice are smaller town in South Moravia. The building has two floors ane one underground floor. The building is constructed of brick systém SUPERTHERM HELUZ. The perimeter wall is constructed from ceramic blocks HELUZ STI 49. Ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building offers three squash courts, a fitness center, snack bar, sauna with massage. The entire building is expected movement of persons with reduced mobility. The roof is flat and angled wooden beam. Entrance doors and window are Aluminium

This Master’s thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in Pardubice. The building is located on plots No. 2426/35 and 2426/36, in the cadastral area of Pardubice. It is located in an area close to the city center. There used to be barracks in this place. The outline of the house is "bitten" L-shaped. The building consists of civic amenities, where there are Alza showrooms, musical instrument showrooms, cafes, rehabilitation centers and massage centers. Another part are offices. All floors are barrier-free. The building has no basement. The main arterial communication of the house passes through the hall, which goes diagonally through the building. This corridor connects the individual establishments, technical facilities, stairs, elevator, and parking lot behind the building. Movement between individual floors is ensured by a monolithic staircase and an elevator. The building also includes a parking area for cars, access road and another garden with space for outdoor seating. The building is based on strip foundation and pad footing foundation made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structures are made of ceramic and brick blocks and columns. The building has a longitudinal compositional system. The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior walls are plastered with thermo-insulating plaster. The walls in the roof entrance section are contact-insulated with mineral wool. In the place of the plinth, the insulation is made through extruded polystyrene. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof with rainwater outlet/roof outlet. Next to the land there is a local road.
