<p>U okviru doktorske disertacije predstavljene su elektronska i fononska struktura odabranih organometalnih materijala koji u svom sastavu imaju metale cink, kobalt ili bakar i organsko jedinjenje piridoksalaminogvanidin (PLAG). Predstavljene su realizacija i karakteristike organske svetleće diode zasnovane na najboljem od ispitivanih materijala. Urađena je detaljna analiza fotoluminescentnih spektara i njihovo razlaganje na proste komponente koristeći Lorencov model. Izvršeno je poređenje sa od ranije poznatim materijalom koji pokazuje visok stepen luminescencije. S obzirom da istraživanja vezana za organske svetleće diode uzimaju sve veći zamah i da ove diode postaju sve prisutnije u industrijskoj serijskoj proizvodnji, napravljena je detaljna analiza ove tehnologije i mehanizama koji se kriju iza nje. Urađeno je podrobno istraživanje kako na nivou elektrona u datim supstancama, tako i na nivou sloja organske svetleće diode. Na kraju je izvršena analiza rada diode sa integrisanim slojem sa materijalom koji u sebi sadrži cink i PLAG.</p> / <p>In this thesis electronic and phonon structure of specific organometallic<br />materials which have zinc, cobalt, copper metals and organic compound<br />pyridoxalaminoguanidin are presented. Implementation and characteristics of<br />organic light emitting diode based on the best material among examined<br />ones are also showed up. Detailed analysis of photoluminescence spectra<br />was done and its decomposition to its elementar components using<br />Lorentzian multipeak method. Comparison to well-known material that shows<br />high level of luminescence was implemented. In accordance to the fact that<br />research of organic light emitting diodes expands and that these diodes start<br />to be more present in industrial serial production, detailed analysis of this<br />technology and mechanisms behind it are made. Thorough research was<br />done both on electron level in these substances and organic light emitting<br />diode layer level. Finally, analysis of diode operation with integrated layer<br />made of material which includes zinc and pyridoxalaminoguanidin compound<br />is implemented.</p>

Karakterizacija strukture i adhezivna svojstva gleđi / Characterization of the structure and adhesive properties of enamel

<p>Gleđ je supstrat adhezije direktnih i indirektnih ispuna, ljuspi, splintova, zalivača i ortodontskih bravica. Adhezija između materijala i zubnog tkiva je ključna za uspe&scaron;no sprovođenje različitih stomatolo&scaron;kih intervencija. Ova veza, bez obzira na brojnost i raznovrsnost novih materijala nije u potpunosti re&scaron;ena. CILJ: Ispitati mehaničke i hemijske osobine gleđi nakon tretmana različitim kondicionerima za pripremu gleđi. Odrediti tvrdoću i modul elastičnosti, odrediti hemijski udeo minerala kalcijuma i fosfata u povr&scaron;inskom sloju gleđi pre i posle nagrizanja različitim kiselinama i utvrditi uticaj prizmatičnosti gleđi na stepen nagrizanja gleđi primenom različitih kiselina. METODE: Sprovedeno je in vitro istraživanje na ekstrahovanim humanim zubima. U odnosu na primenjeni kondicioner analizirano je 192, od toga 96 uzoraka stalnih zuba i 96 uzoraka mlečnih zuba. Pripremljeni uzorci gleđi su analizirani pre i nakon primene četiri vrste kondicionera: 37% ortofosforne kiseline (Kerr, Gel etchant), 10% poliakrilne kiseline (GC, Dentin Conditioner), monomera estra fosforne kiseline (GC G bond), hidroksietilmetakrilata sa fosfornom kiselinom (3M Unitek, Transbond&trade; Plus Self Etching Primer). Određivana je tvrdoća i modul elastičnosti gleđi nanoindentacijom, struktura povr&scaron;inskog sloja gleđi pomoću skening elektronske mikroskopije, dok je hemijski sastav povr&scaron;inskog sloja gleđi određen metodom energetske disperzione spektroskopije. Rezultati modula elastičnosti unutar grupe mlečnih zuba ukazali su na postojanje statistički značajnih razlika između rezultata netretirane okluzalne povr&scaron;ine i svih tretiranih uzoraka okluzalne povr&scaron;ine, dok analiza tvrdoće gleđi u istoj grupi, ukazala je na statistički značajne razlike između vrednosti netretiranih i svih tretiranih uzoraka, na svim povr&scaron;inama, osim na uzorcima bukalne povr&scaron;ine tretiranih poliakrilnom kiselinom. U grupi stalnih zuba, postoje statistički značajne razlike vrednosti modula elastičnosti između uzoraka tretiranih ortofosfornom kiselinom, bez obzira na povr&scaron;inu zuba, u odnosu na grupe u kojima su kori&scaron;ćeni drugi kondicioneri, osim kada su poređeni uzorci lingvalne povr&scaron;ine stalnih zuba tretirani ortofosfornom kiselinom sa uzorkom - iste povr&scaron;ine tretirane Transbondom. Rezultati tvrdoće gleđi stalnih zuba pokazali su statistički značajne razlike između netretirane, kontrolne grupe i svih grupa testiranih kondicionera, bez obzira na ispitivanu povr&scaron;inu zuba. Svaki primenjeni kondicioner promenio je povr&scaron;insku morfologiju uzorka. Ortofosforna i poliakrilna kiselina, u najvećoj meri su uticala na pojavu polja nagrizanja tipa 1 i tipa 2. Primenom G bonda i Transbonda pored tipa 1, veliki udeo polja nagrizanja bio je tipa 5. Analiza hemijskih elemenata povr&scaron;inskog sloja gleđi uzoraka pre i nakon kondicioniranja ukazala je na smanjenje udela analiziranih elemenata, osim kiseonika čiji se maseni udeo povećao nakon tretmana sa svim kondicionerima u grupi stalnih i mlečnih zuba. ZAKLJUČAK: Vrednosti tvrdoće gleđi i vrednosti modula elastičnosti značajno se smanjuju nakon nagrizanja gleđi u stepenu koji je u zavisnosti od primenjenog kondicionera. Efekat nagrizanja aprizmatične gleđi je značajno manji u odnosu na stepen nagrizanja prizmatične gleđi, primenom svih testiranih kondicionera. Hemijski udeo minerala kalcijuma i fosfata u povr&scaron;inskom sloju gleđi je značajno niži posle nagrizanja u odnosu na vrednosti pre nagrizanja gleđi, međutim sam odnos Ca i P se ne menja.</p> / <p>Dental enamel is a substrate for the adhesion of direct and indirect fillings, venners, splints, fissure sealants and orthodontic brackets. Adhesion between the material and dental tissue is key to success of various interventions in dentistry. Despite the abundance and variety of new materials, adhesion has not been fully resolved. OBJECTIVES: To investigate the mechanical and chemical properties of the enamel after treatment with different conditioners. Determine the hardness and modulus of elasticity, the chemical content of calcium and phosphate minerals in the surface layer of the enamel before and after etching with different acids, and define the effect of enamel prismaticity on the degree of demineralisation by applying different acids. METHODS: An in vitro study was performed on extracted human teeth. In relation to the conditioner used, 192 were analyzed, of which 96 were permanent teeth and 96 were decidous teeth. Prepared enamel samples were analyzed before and after the application of four types of conditioner: 37% orthophosphoric acid (Kerr, Gel etchant), 10% polyacrylic acid (GC, Dentin Conditioner), phosphoric acid ester monomer (GC G bond), hydroxyethyl methacrylate with phosphoric acid ( 3M Unitek, Transbond &trade; Plus Self Etching Primer ). The hardness and modulus of elasticity of the enamel were determined by nanoindentation, the structure of the enamel surface layer by scanning electron microscopy, while the chemical composition of the enamel surface layer was determined by energy dispersive spectroscopy. RESULTS: The results of the modulus of elasticity within the group of decidous teeth indicated statistically significant differences between the results of untreated occlusal surface and all treated occlusal surface samples, while the analysis of the hardness of the enamel in the same group indicated statistically significant differences between the values of untreated and all treated samples, on all surfaces except buccal surface samples treated with polyacrylic acid. In the group of permanent teeth, there are statistically significant differences in the value of the modulus of elasticity between the samples treated with orthophosphoric acid, regardless of the tooth surface, compared to the groups in which other conditioners were used, except when the samples of the lingual surface of permanent teeth were treated with orthophosphoric acid in comparison to same sample group treated with Transbond. The results of the hardness of the permanent tooth enamel showed statistically significant differences between the untreated, control group and all groups of conditioners used, regardless of the tooth surface tested. Each conditioner applied changed the surface morphology of the sample. Orthophosphoric and polyacrylic acid, to a large extent, influenced the appearance of etching patterns type 1 and type 2. Using G bond and Transbond alongside to type 1, a large proportion of the etching pattern was type 5. Analysis of the chemical components of the surface layer of the enamel samples before and after conditioning indicated reduction of the proportion of analyzed elements, except for oxygen whose mass fraction increased after treatment with all conditioners in the permanent and deciduous teeth group. CONCLUSION: The values of the hardness of the enamel and the values of the modulus of elasticity decrease significantly after etching of the enamel to a degree that depends on the conditioner applied. The etching effect on aprismatic enamel is significantly smaller than the degree of demineralisation of the prismatic enamel in all conditioners tested. The chemical content of calcium and phosphate minerals in the surface layer of the enamel is significantly lower after the conditioning, however the Ca and P ratio does not change.</p>

<p>Cilj ove disertacije je razvoj modela zasnovanog na analizi tokova<br />materijala (MFA) i analizi tokova supstanci (SFA) sistema<br />upravljanja biorazgradivim otpadom sa naglaskom na upravljanje<br />fosforom kao resursom. U zemljama u tranziciji kao što je Srbija<br />upravljanje biorazgradivim otpadom predstavlja poseban problem jer<br />se dovodi u direktnu vezu sa emisijama gasova sa efektom staklene<br />bašte i generisanjem procednih voda. Kako bi se razvila strategija<br />upravljanja biorazgradivim otpadom u skladu sa zahtevima EU<br />direktiva, razvijeni model je primenjen na sistem upravljanja<br />biorazgradivim otpadom u Srbiji, i dva alternativna scenarija. Na<br />osnovu rezultata primenjenog modela, sva tri razvijena scenarija<br />upravljanja biorazgradivim otpadom su evaluirana i izvršeno je<br />njihovo poređenje.</p> / <p>The aim of this dissertation is biodegradable waste management system model development based on material flow analysis (MFA) and substance flow analysis (SFA) with an emphasis on phosphorus management as a resource. In transition countries like Serbia, biodegradable waste management is a particular problem due to direct linkage with greenhouse gas emissions and leachate generation. In order to develop a biodegradable waste management strategy in accordance with the requirements of EU directives, developed model was applied to the biodegradable waste management system in Serbia, and two alternative scenarios. Based on the results of the applied model, evaluation and comparison of all three developed scenarios of biodegradable waste management is performed.</p>

Sudskomedicinski aspekti promene koncentracije etanola u biološkim uzorcima čuvanim u kontrolisanim laboratorijskim uslovima / Medicolegal aspects of ethanol concetration changes in biological samples under controlled laboratory conditions

<p>Određivanje koncentracije etanola u telesnim tečnostima, pre svega u krvi, neophodan je uslov da bi se ustanovio uticaj alkoholemije na psihomotorne sposobnosti. Poznavanje stabilnosti lekova, droga i metabolita u biolo&scaron;kim uzorcima je od ključne važnosti kada se ukaže potreba za ponovljenom analizom i evaluacijom rezultata u sudskom postupku. Osnovni ciljevi ovog rada su da se uz pomoć HS-GC metode (hedspejs gasna hromatografija) ustanovi da li postoji statistički značajna promena koncentracije etanola u uzorcima krvi dobijenih od živih osoba i u biolo&scaron;kim uzorcima uzorcima sa autopsijskog materijala. Na osnovu rezultata potrebno je bilo utvrditi u kojem tipu uzorka uzetog sa le&scaron;nog materijala postoji najmanja promena koncentracije tokom perioda čuvanja uzorka. Istraživanje je bilo otvoreno, randomizirano i prospektivnog tipa. Biolo&scaron;ki uzorci krvi krvi živih osoba i le&scaron;nog materijala (krv, mokraća i staklasto telo) uzimani su metodom slučajnog izbora, u rasponu alkoholemije od 0,1 mg/ml do 5 mg/ml. Nakon inicijalne dvostruke analize, jedan biolo&scaron;ki uzorak čuvan je u trajanju od 180 dana, dok je drugi otvaran i analiziran nakon 60, 120 i 180 dana. Ukupan broj analiza alkoholemije u krvi živih osoba iznosio je 500. Ukupan broj analiza koncentracije etanola u krvi, mokraći i staklastom telu sa le&scaron;eva iznosio je 360. Etanol je u uzorcima krvi živih osoba, kao i u biolo&scaron;kim uzorcima sa autopsijskog materijala određivan metodom HS GC. Tokom čuvanja biolo&scaron;kih uzoraka u periodu od &scaron;est meseci ustanovljeno je da je do&scaron;lo do značajnog smanjenja koncentracije etanola u svim analiziranim uzorcima, nezavisno od njegovog porekla. Promena koncentracije etanola tokom čuvanja u zavisnosti je od tkivne vrste uzorka, inicijalne alkoholemije, dužine čuvanja, integriteta vijala i čepova, temperature, odnosa tečne i gasne faze, prisustva konzervansa i potencijalnog intermitentnog otvaranja radi analiza.</p> / <p>Determination of ethanol concentration in body fluids, especially blood, is a necessary objective to establish the influence of alcohol on psychomotor skills. Knowing the stability of medicines, drugs and metabolites in biological samples is of crucial importance when there is a need for repeated analysis and result evaluation in court. The main objectives of this work were to determine whether there was a statistically significant change in ethanol concentration in blood samples obtained from living subjects and from autopsy material, by using HS-GC method (headspace gas chromatography). Based on the results it was necessary to determine which type of sample collected from autopsy showed the lowest change in concentration during the storage period. The study was open, randomized and prospective. Biological samples of living person&#39;s blood and autopsy biological samples (blood, urine and the vitreous humor) were taken at random, in the level range between 0.1 mg/ml and 5 mg/ml. After an initial duplicate analysis, one biological sample was stored for a period of 180 days, while the other was opened and analyzed after 60, 120 and 180 days. Total number of analysis of living person&#39;s blood samples was 500. The total number of analysis of autopsy biological samples was 360. All concentrations were determined by HS-GC method. During the storage, results showed that there has been a significant decrease in the concentration of ethanol in all of the analyzed samples, regardless of its origin. The level of this change was dependent on the type of tissue sample, initial alcohol concentration, duration of storage, integrity of the vials and stoppers, temperature, ratio of liquid and gas phases, presence of preservatives and intermittent opening for analysis.</p>

Dobijanje i karakterizacija suspenzija nanočestica i njihovih kompozita / Preparation and properties of nanoparticles suspensions and their composites

<p>U ovom radu pripremljeni su različiti polimerni i keramički nanostrukturni materijali, u cilju ispitivanja uticaja vrste i udela nanopunila (čađ, fuleren, silicijum(IV)oksid, aluminijum(III)oksid i titanijum(IV)oksid) na strukturu, reolo&scaron;ko i toplotno pona&scaron;anje kompozita, dobijenih na osnovu stirena, metilmetakrilata i akrilamida, primenom različitih metoda sinteze. Ispitivan je uticaj prisustva različitog udela nanočestica (1, 3 i 5 %<em> m/m</em>) na kinetiku polimerizacije stirena, i na oblast prelaska u staklasto stanje polistirenskih hibridnih materijala. Sintetisana je i serija nanokompozita polimerizacijom metilmetakrilata u prisustvu čestica (silicijum(IV)oksid, aluminijum (III)oksid i titanijum(IV)oksid) različitih dimenzija i hidrofilnosti, ali istog zapreminskog udela (1 %<em> v/v</em>). Na osnovu primene izotermne diferencijalno skanirajude metode (DSC), razvijen je kinetički model za opisivanje dve razičite reakcije tokom polimerizacije vinilnih monomera (reakciju prvog reda i samoubrzanje), i izračunata je debljina međufaznog sloja polimera na čestici u cilju određivanja njegovog uticaja na temperaturu prelaska u staklasto stanje hibridnih materijala. Za ispitivanje strukture i morfologije polistiren/silicijum(IV)oksid nanokompozita dobijenih metodom isparavanja rastvarača, kori&scaron;dene su infracrvena spektroskopija sa Furijeovom transformacijom (FT-IR) i skanirajuda elektronska mikroskopija (SEM). Radi utvrđivanja uticaja udela hidrofobnog silicijum(IV)oksida (2, 5, 10, 15 i 30 %<em> m/m</em>) na toplotnu postojanost polistirenskih materijala, primenjene su istovremena termogravimetrijska i diferencijalno skanirajuda analiza (TG-DSC). Takođe, određen je uticaj veličine čestice fulerena C60 i submikronske čestice čađi na reolo&scaron;ka svojstva polistirenskih kompozita sintetisanih taloženjem polimera iz rastvora. Ispitivanjem reolo&scaron;kog pona&scaron;anja hibridnih materijala, proučavan je uticaj veličine čestica, molekulske mase polimera i indeksa polidisperznosti na viskoznost polistirenskih kompozita. Na osnovu<em> in-situ</em> reolo&scaron;kih analiza polimerizacije u toku želiranja suspenzije nanočestica aluminijum(III)oksida u vodenom rastvoru monomera metakrilamida i N,N&rsquo;-metilenbisakrilamida, utvrđena je jaka katalitička aktivnost povr&scaron;ine aluminijum(III)oksida na nastajanje slobodnih radikala. Radi nalaženja veze između željenih svojstava keramičkih proizvoda i načina njihovog dobijanja, proučavan je uticaj uslova vođenja polimerizacije na slaganje čestica u dobijenom odlivku i na gustinu krajnjeg sinterovanog proizvoda.</p> / <p>In this work, polymeric and ceramic nanostructured materials were prepared using different methods, in order to investigate the influence of nanofiller content and its type (carbon black, fullerene, silica, alumina and titania) on the structure, rheological and thermal behavior of composites, based on styrene, methylmethacrylate and acrylamide. The effect of particles content (1, 3 and 5 wt. %) on the kinetics of styrene radical polymerization and on the glass transition temperature of polystyrene/silica composites was investigated. A series of polymethylmethacrylate nanocomposites containing 1 vol. % of silica, alumina or titania particles (differing in dimensions and surface properties) was obtained. On the basis of isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the kinetic model for describing two reactions during vinyl monomer polymerization (first order and autoacceleration) was developed, and the thickness of interfacial layer formed on nanoparticle surface was determined, in order to investigate its influence on the glass transition temperature of polymethylmethacrylate hybrid materials. The structure and the morphology of polystyrene/silica nanocomposites prepared by solvent evaporation were investigated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The influence of&nbsp; hydrophobic silica content (2, 5, 10, 15 and 30 wt. %) on polystyrene thermal stability was studied by simultaneous thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC). The effect of fullerene C60 and submicron carbon black particle size on rheological properties of polystyrene composites prepared by the rapid coprecipitation was determined. Following the rheology of hybrid melts, the influence of filler size, molecular weight and polydispersity of polymer matrix on the viscosity of polystyrene composites was studied. On the basis of in-situ rheology analysis of polymerization process during the gelation of alumina nanoparticles suspension in aqueous solution of methacrylamide and N,N&rsquo;- methylene bisacrylamide monomers, the strong catalytic activity of alumina surface on the free radicals formation was determined. In order to find the correlation between desired properties of ceramic products and their preparation procedure route, the influence of polymerization conditions on the green body structure and sintered body density was studied in details.</p>

Optimizacija procesa elektroerozivne obrade savremenih inženjerskih materijala / Optimization of electrical discharge machining of advanced engineering materials

<p>Predmet istraživanja ove disertacije predstavlja unapređenje, modelovanje i optimizacija procesa elektroerozivne obrade (EDM) savremenih inženjerskih materijala. Prvo su predstavljene dve inovativne metode: EDM u dielektrikumu sa pome&scaron;anim prahom i EDM sa pomoćnom elektrodom, a zatim i njihova kombinacija. Za generisanje matematičkih modela primenjene su metodologija odzivne povr&scaron;ine i alati ve&scaron;tačke inteligencije. U nastavku su postavljeni optimizacioni procesi određivanja ulaznih parametara sa jednom i vi&scaron;e funkcija cilja koji su re&scaron;eni primenom klasičnih metoda optimizacije. U zavr&scaron;nom osvrtu sprovedena je verifikacija dobijenih modela i optimalnih ulaznih parametara elektroerozivne obrade.</p> / <p>The subject of the research of this dissertation is the improvement, modeling and optimization of the electrical discharge machining (EDM) of advanced engineering materials. First, two innovation methods are presented: EDM in powder mixed dielectric fluid and EDM with assisted electrode and that their combination. The method of response surface and artificial intelligence tools were applied to generate mathematical models. The optimization problems of determining the input parameters with single and multiple target functions are solved by the application of classical optimization methods. Finally, verification of the obtained models and optimal input parameters of electrical discharge machining was carried out.</p>

Modelovanje mernih transformatora bez jezgra sa feromagnetskim oklopom / Modelling of air-core measuring transformers with ferromagnetic shield

<p>U ovoj doktorskoj tezi razvijen je postupak za ispitivanje uticaja<br />oklopa na merni transformator bez jezgra sa stanovišta<br />linearnosti transformatora i zaštite transformatora od<br />uticaja elektromagnetske smetnje. Formiran je parametarski model<br />oklopa i mernog transformatora bez jezgra. Izvedena su merenja<br />magnetskih karakteristika feromagnetskih materijala, dat je novi<br />analitički model histerezisa i određene su krive magnetisanja i<br />permeabilnosti materijala. Na osnovu numeričkih i<br />eksperimentalnih rezultata, a u skladu sa definisanim<br />kriterijumom, izvršena je analiza kvaliteta oklapanja za<br />razmatrane tipove oklopa.</p> / <p>In this thesis a method for examining the effects of shielding on a coreless<br />measuring transformer from the standpoint of transformer linearity and EM<br />radiation shielding is developed. A parametric model of the shield and the<br />coreless measuring transformer is constructed. Measurements of magnetic<br />properties of ferromagnetic materials were performed; a new analytical model<br />of hysteresis is developed; magnetization curves and permeability of the<br />materials are determined. Based on numerical and experimental results, and<br />using the defined criterion, the analysis of shielding quality of the considered<br />shield types was performed.</p>
