This master´s thesis deals with the performance evaluation of the company Slovácké strojírny, a. s. using Balanced Scorecard approach and proposes the implementation of this method in the company. A proposed concept of the Balanced Scorecard is based on the strategic and financial analysis, through which the future performance of the company will be evaluated. The thesis specifies the strategic targets for each perspective of the concept, assigns financial and non-financial measures for individual targets, determines target value, intends strategic actions, identifies risks and evaluates the benefits of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept into the company.
