Summarizes the current human knowledge milestones in the field and describes the current state of knowledge and the market situation. Taking into account all acquired knowledge the author then describes two different design proposals outlining its related processes, such as manufacturing, electronics installation and commissioning.

The effects on monetary policy on corporate investment in Finland

This thesis aims to find out the effectivity of monetary policy on investment activity in Finnish manufacturing firms. Research question is divided into three parts for clarification: 1) what the effect of low interest rates is, 2) what other factors are impacting the investments and 3) what the interaction between monetary policy and these other factors is. To come up with answers to these questions econometric model is built. Interpretation of the results and policy recommendations are presented in the discussion part. Theoretical background for monetary policy and situation of Finnish economy are also presented, as well as literature review of researches of the area.

The platform has to provide chiefly the high demands on load capacity. Another part of the thesis is design of mechanism placed on this telescopic platform, or just on the robot Breach. This mechanism has to load up small subject on the top part of the platform and then unload it on chosen place. Only thing defined for this subjekt is maximal weight of 2 kilograms, but other parameters aren´t specified. Construction is therefore focused on maximal versatility of this mechanism.

It explains the principle of extended expansion using the Atkinson or Miller cycle and the possibilities of achieving it. In addition, a design study and engine cycle is carried out. Subsequently, the course of the kinematic quantities and forces in the mechanism is determined. At the end, the strength analysis of the connecting rod of the designed mechanism is performed.

This Diploma Thesis is aimed at exploring the potential of offset crankshaft mechanism for four cylinder inline petrol engine in terms of reducing the frictional losses of the piston group. Thesis deals with the influence of eccentricity on kinematics, dynamics and balance of the crank train. Furthermore, specific crankshaft balancing is elaborated and applied on 3D CAD model of the crankshaft. Calculation of fatigue safety factor using the advanced LSA method that takes into consideration the effect of forced torsional vibration and utilizes outputs from the FEA software (ANSYS APDL) is performed as well. Thesis also includes design of two options of rubber torsion damper mounted on the engine belt pulley and the follow-up choosing of the more advisable one.

Studium elektronových vlastností a reakčních mechanismů komplexů Pt(IV) metodami kvantové chemie. / Quantum chemical study of the electron properties of various platinum(IV) complexes and their reaction mechanisms

It has been proven that platinum complexes are active in anticancer treatment as well as several other transition metals complexes. There is an effort in recent medicine to replace cisplatin complexes by drugs with smaller side effects. This work focuses on the reaction of 5'-dGMP (2'-deoxyguanosine-5'˗monophosphate) and cGMP (cyclic 2'-deoxyguanosine- monophosphate) with a platinum complex PtIV (dach)Cl4 (dach=diaminocyclohexane). In these two cases the Pt(IV) complex is only reduced in the presence of 5'-dGMP. The first part of the explored mechanism is the substitution reaction where a coordinate-covalent bond between platinum and nitrogen N7 of guanine is formed. In the next step oxygen of phosphate group is transferred to the C8 site. Subsequently the Pt(IV) complex is reduced. The final products represent 8˗oxo˗GMP and PtII (dach)Cl2, which are active in anticancer treatment in comparison with the kineticly inert reactant. The substitution of a chloride anion ends the reaction path for cGMP forming PtIV (dach)Cl3(N7-cGMP) complex. The structures were optimized at the DFT level with B3LYP functional in the basis set 6-31G(d) and PCM/UA0 solvation model. The energy parameters were computed at the B3LYP/6˗311++G(2df,2pd) level in the IEFPCM/sUAKS solvation model. Finally, the rate constants were...
