Strategische Optionen in der Chemieindustrie im Kontext des E-Business - Strategic Options for the Chemical Industry in the Context of E-Business

Dornbusch, Sascha 15 January 2002 (has links)
Within this thesis, the general developments of E-Business are discussed as well as their strategic implications and related opportunities for the chemical industry. To support strategic management decisions, potential scenarios are developed. On their bases, recommendations with regard to generic corporate strategy types can be drawn. Finally, E-Business related technologies are put into context again to show how they can support the successful implementation of the chosen strategy.

PFG-NMR-Untersuchungen an Monoglycerid-Gelen und Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsionen - PFG NMR investigations of monoglyceride gels and water-in-oil emulsions

Broekmann, Ilka 15 January 2003 (has links)
Both series of monoglyceride gels samples with different monoglyceride concentration of two monoglycerides C14 and C16/18 and series of water-in-oil emulsions that differ from flocculation, water concentration and biopolymer have been investigated by means of PFG NMR. Aim of the measurements was to determine microstructural parameters characterising such heterogenous systems. For the monoglyceride gels a return-to-the-origin probability, the average surface-to-volume ratio of the pore space as well as the tortuosity and dimensionality of the network could be calculated on the basis of echo attenuation and diffusion curves. Additionally pore size distributions have been determined for the monoglyceride gels. The results verify a postulated crystallisation process for monoglyceride gels and were validated by CryoSEM images and image analysis. The PFG NMR findings of the water-in-oil emulsions have been fitted with four various models which were developed in the context of this thesis and assume different diffusion behaviour of the water molecules. All models show individual deficits as the real movement of water molecules in the water-in-oil emulsions is more complex than assumed. Non flocculated and flocculated emulsions could be characterised and the droplet and aggregate size as well as the effective diffusion coefficient could be calculated. The results have been corroborated by CSLM images and image analysis.

MigrantInnen zwischen sozialem Rechtsstaat und nationalem Wettbewerbsstaat : zur Bedeutung von Justiz und Politik bei der Vergabe von 'bürgerlichen' und sozialen Rechten an MigrantInnen unter sich verändernden sozialen, politischen und ökonomischen Bedingungen - Migrants beween the welfare state and the competition state : the role of courts and politics in furthering migrant rights

Koeppe, Olaf 28 January 2003 (has links)
The Dissertation deals about migration and migrant rights in Germany and Europe. Even if many scholars have elucidated with convincing clarity that western nation states can produce an improvement of migrant rigths because of the autonomy of the legal system, the focus of this work is to point out the vulnerability of the legal process. The political and judical regulation of migration in Germany over the last forty years shows that the discretionary power of the authorities regarding to non-nationals is much stronger than regarding to nationals. And because of the transformation of the former welfare states to 'competition states' migration policies will be subsumed more likeley under the aspect of competitive advantages as in the era of the welfare state. The author persits that the judical improvement of migrant rights should be understood in terms of the national state and refers to political and economical general conditions courts can not (or will not) disregard in their decision - making -process.

Entwicklung einer kontaktlosen Magnetkraftmikroskopie-Messtechnik für Gleich- und Wechselströme in integrierten mikroelektronischen Schaltungen - Developing a contact less magnetic force microscopy measurement technique for DC and AC current in integrated circuits

Weber, Rainer 30 January 2003 (has links)
The increasing complexity of integrated circuits (IC) requires IC internal contactless test-techniques for their function and failure analysis. The magnetic force microscopy-based current contrast imaging test-system makes the measurement of IC internal currents and current contrast imaging of IC areas possible. In this book a magnetic force microscopy (MFM) based current contrast imaging (CCI) test-system is presented. This new technology offers a promising tool for advanced contactless circuit internal function and failure analysis of IC. Contactless current images of 100nm wide interconnection lines and currents down to 1.7µA are presented. In this work the first high frequency current measurements up to 4.7 GHZ are demonstrated. Furthermore, there are some new detrimental effects on the technique which are discovered, explained by a new model and some possibilities for elimination of these effects are developed and presented. At least a failure analysis at a real IC is demonstrated.

N4-Chelatelektroden für die organische Elektrosynthese, N4-chelate electrodes for organic electrosyntheses

Jansen, Rolf 30 January 2002 (has links)
The electrocatalytic characteristics of N4-chelatele electrodes is well known for several redox reactions. The N4-chelate can function thereby according to the principle of the heterogeneous redox catalysis as an intermediate fixed at the electrode surface. The main problem is the limited service life of such electrodes which prohibits the practical application in organic electrosyntheses. The electrochemical properties of N4-chelate electrodes and specially of copper phthalocyanine electrodes were investigated using several electrochemical methods. The results of these measurements lead into a significant refinement of the models of heterogenous redox reaction at N4-chelates. Furthermore models for the degradation process of N4-chelate electrodes could be derived. Finally, quite stable electodes were produced and tested.

Dynamische Spannungsmessungen an Submikrometerleitungen mittels der elektrischen Kraftmikroskopie - Dynamic voltage measurements on Submicrometer conducting lines by means of the electric force microscopy

Behnke, Ulf Erich 03 February 2003 (has links)
The capability of todays electronics bases on the use of integrated circuits, which contain millions of electronic structures. The trend towards decreasing structure width and increasing working frequencies of the integrated circuits produces a demand for special test techniques for function and failure analysis of new developed integrated circuits. The electric force microscopy (EFM) is a promising new test technique for contact-less, chip-internal voltage measurements with simultaneous high temporal and high spatial resolution. In this thesis the behaviour of the EFM measurement signal is investigated regarding dynamic voltage measurements on parallel sub-micrometer conducting lines. Therefore, the influence of the structure width, the probe geometry and of cross-talk on the measurement signal is analysed by means of measurements, calculations and simulations. Furthermore, a broad overview about the properties and possibilities of different EFM-measurement set-ups is given and the suitability of the so called "heterodyne mixing technique" for the measurement of periodic digital voltage is investigated.

Diffusionsexperimente an Nanokapseldispersionen - Diffusion Experiments on Dispersed Nanocapsules

Wohlgemuth, Michael 12 February 2002 (has links)
The central topic if this work was the comparative assessment of two analytical techniques: Pulsed Field Gradient Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (PFG-NMR) Spectroscopy and the Dynamic Nanosizing Microscopy (DNM). They are focused on the same physical parameter: the self diffusion, for determination of diffusion coefficients and particle sizes. With the methods introduced above nanocapsule dispersions are investigated with regard to their use in pharmaceutical applications. In this work especially the long time stability of dispersions, the dynamic of molecules like surfactants, oil and ethanol as well as the molecular exchange between the capsules and the environment were studied.

Stability Analysis of Nonlinear Systems with Linear Programming - Stabilitätsanalyse nicht-linearer Systeme mit linearer Optimierung

Marinosson, Sigurdur Freyr 18 February 2002 (has links)
In this thesis the stability and the region of attraction of nonlinear dynamical systems' equilibrium points are considered. Methods from linear programming are combined with theorems from the Lyapunov theory of dynamical systems to develop numerical algorithms. These algorithms deliver non-trivial information about the stability-behaviour of an equilibrium of a continuous, autonomous, nonlinear system. Two linear programs, LP1 and LP2, are developed. LP1 depends on a simply connected open neighborhood N of the equilibrium at the origin and two constants, a and m. The construction of LP1 implies that if it does not possess a feasible solution, then the corresponding system is not a,m-exponentially stable on N. LP2 has the property that every feasible solution of the linear program defines a piecewise-affine (piecewise-linear) Lyapunov function or a Lyapunov-like function V for the system.
