Analýza získávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti KPMG Česká republika / Analysis of recruiting experienced employees in KPMG Czech Republic

The main topic of Master's Thesis is the analysis of recruitment in the company KPMG Czech Republic, regarding to specifically experienced employees in the department Management Consulting. The thesis consists of two integrated parts; the theoretical part covers basic terms and pieces of knowledge in area of recruiting employees and the practical part introduces at first the company KPMG Czech Republic and the department Management Consulting. The analysis is focused on identifying external and internal conditions of recruiting experienced employees in the department of company and on assessing process as well as current methods of recruitment. On the base of findings and in consideration of the latest trends, there are set out suggestions on how is possible to optimize recruiting experienced professionals from external sources in the department Management Consulting.

<p>The purpose of this study is, on one hand, to obtain an understanding of how children in municipal music- and culture schools choose instruments and what forms of recruitment methods they are subjected to, and on the other hand, how you can make them continue to play once they have begun.</p><p>To acquire this information, I have interviewed five music teachers and two principals at municipal music- and culture schools in Värmland. The questions treated, among other things, what affects children’s instrument preferences, recruitment methods and what you can do to keep interest for the chosen instrument alive.</p><p>The result of the study shows some apparent tendencies. Even though some of the instruments have trouble recruiting students and other instruments have trouble keeping them, the old methods, which obviously do not work in a satisfactory manner, are still being used. Instead, increased commitment at the occasion of recruitment, more group teaching which strengthens the social bonds through role models and a will to have the courage to change the organization when it does not work, is required.</p>

Analýza efektívnosti metód výberu zamestnancov v organizácii / Analysis of the effectiveness of methods for selection process of employees in the organization

The diploma thesis deals with the efficiency of the methods of selection of employees in the company Tesco Stores ČR a.s. The main aim of this thesis was to analyse the methods of recruitment which were introduced to the company and evaluate if their impact on the selection process and the quality of the candidates is positive. Academic research provided a theoretical framework for solving recruitment problems and subsequently were determined performance indicators which were applied to the selection process of employees. Based on the data from internal documents, interviews and questionnaire was analysed the effectiveness of recruitment methods in the company. The obtained data allowed to identify strengths but also weaknesses in the method of selection and recruitment process. The results of the analysis led to recommendations which implementation shall lead to elimination of the identified weaknesses and to ensure full satisfaction of managers and candidates with recruitment.
