Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tematiku přechodu českých podniků na Mezinárodní účetní standardy IAS/IFRS s dopady na prezentaci účetních závěrek. První část práce tvoří rozbor vybraných standardů, které mají vztah k účetním výkazům. Druhá část popisuje základní odlišnosti a podobnosti ve výkaznictví mezi českou legislativou a IAS/IFRS. Třetí kapitola hodnotí význam technologie XBRL pro budoucnost světového výkaznictví. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá postupy konverze českých podniků a obsahuje konkrétní nabídku na přechod na IAS/IFRS, jak ji zprostředkovává významná konzultantská společnost.

Diplomová práce se zabývá mírovým řešením mezinárodních sporů. První část práce tvoří ucelený přehled mírových prostředků k řešení mezinárodních sporů - jednak prostředků řešení sporů dohodou a prostředků v případě jednostranného řešení sporů, jednak uvádí nástroje OSN a orgány OSN odpovědné za mezinárodní mír a bezpečnost. Ve druhé části práce je zkoumána aplikace mírových prostředků OSN na konkrétních příkladech: Kypr,Afghánistán, Irák a Rwanda.

The diploma thesis is focused on the international tax planning and using the holding structures as one of its methods. The aim of the thesis is to show the possibility of using differences between taxation of certain transactions in different jurisdictions. In the thesis there is an interpretation of the term international tax planning and its importance for companies. There is also a definition of a holding and its use within the international tax planning. In the second part of the thesis a holding structure for a fictional company is created. It shows advantages, but also problems connected with international tax planning.

The Diploma thesis is focused on the economical competitiveness of Germany in international comparison. The purpose of the thesis is to suggest adopting measures that could improve that existent competitiveness of the Czech Republic recommended on the basis of the ascertained data obtained by the applied analysis on Germany. The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated by using literature and online sources. The key terms are defined such as competitiveness, competitive advantage and foreign trade following by the methods of competitive rating. In the practical part of the thesis the variables are established on the basis of the competitive rating published by the World Economic Forum. The econometric model of the German competitiveness is created from the ascertained variables. The statistic important variables obtained through the model output are described in detail and compared with the values of the same variables of the Czech Republic. Measures that could lead to improving the current competitiveness of the Czech Republic are recommended on the basis of the ascertained data. The output of this thesis is a recommendation to focused on an export of hi-tech technology and innovations which both can generate high added value. This finding can be applied especially in industry and agriculture.

Diplomová práce se v první části věnuje teoretickému vymezení mezinárodního řízení lidských zdrojů, zaměřuje se na oblast péče o expatrianty, říezní mezinárodních týmů a vztahu mateřské a dceřinné společnosti. Druhá aplikační část se věnuje konktrétním personálním činnostem ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti. Na základě výzkumu, provedeného za spoluúčasti této společnosti, bylo vytvořeno zhodnocení personálního marketingu a vytvořeno doporučení pro oblast lidských zrojů pro danou společnost.

This diploma thesis considers the possibility for Ukrainian manufacturing company entry into the Czech market. The diploma thesis aim is to analyze the possibility for the Ukrainian company entry to the Czech Republic and to choose an optimal form of an entrance. And on the basis of these results to offer the standardized method for the entry of the Ukrainian company into the European market. For achievement of the diploma thesis aim the most used methods are analysis, synthesis and comparison. Main analytical tools are Porter's five forces analysis and PEST analysis. Approach to the choice of the best form for an expansion to foreign markets can be used by the companies in case of making decision on geographical diversification of its zone of sale.
