This final thesis is focused on transformation of landscape in Czech-Polish border region over the past 65 years. In the first theoretical part the landscape and its perception is described, then the information related to border region and also historical development of Czech-Polish border region are mentioned. For this thesis I have chosen localities on both sides of borders, specifically the mikroregion Východní Krkonoše on the Czech side and mikroregion Lubawka on the Polish side. Main aim of this thesis is to compare and to evaluate the utilisation of areas of interests not only from economical point of view. The characteristic of locations is focused on physical geographic, historical and cultural quetions. The questionnaire form was used for the investiation. The questionnaire was targeted at border residents and theirs perception of landscape and Polish neighbors. Also the SWOT analysis was used to demonstrate positive and negative factors influencing both examined areas. And semi-standardized interviews with local witnesses were used to clarify some facts and historical events and to understand of historical context. The results prove that the lanscape of the Czech-Polish border region has changed over the past 65 years.

The topic of this thesis is " The proposal to increase the attractiveness of recreational area with regard to the implementation of agri-tourism". The introductory part deals with typology of holidays, rural tourism and environmental agriculture. Adding to it, the work describes Moravskokrumlovsko micro-region relating to rural tourism. Another part of the work deals with design of Dobelice goat farm and reconstruction of involved buildings. Based on the farm design a business plan was prepared and at the same time suggestions for increase in rural tourism in the village were raised.

This diploma thesis deals about the possibilities of the country development in Telčsko microregion with the emphasis on enterprising in agrarian sector. The characteristics of Telčsko microregion viewed from natural and socio--economical aspects are involved as an integral part into this thesis. There are villages with developing potential and prevailing residential function singled out in this elaboration. In case of the selected villages with developing potential, the analysis of the entrepreneurial possibilities with the emphasis on primary sector or on its combination with processing of primary products, agritourism and with production of energies from renewable resources has been realized here. The method of structured interviews with significant officials is used for deeper exploration. These debates are focused on economical, social and environmental aspects of the development. The research results are photodocumentated and summarized in cartographic files.

This diploma thesis is focused on the Hodonínsko microregion analysis, which resulted in several findings. These results are about the vineculture status, the winegrowing and the culture allied with it. The analysis is also focusing on a folklore as such which is influencing the microregion and its development. The influence of wine on a folk culture was investigated through the sectional analyses of the microregion with help of a literary and internet sources. The subjective opinions are extracted from the semistandardized interviews. Based on the gathered information, the microregion can be seen as a prosperous wine region with a respect for a traditions, but with lower level of tourism. As the conclusion of this thesis, the SWOT analysis has been made together with the strategy concept. The strategy is consisting in drawing the younger generation into action by involving them into the traditional cultural actions through the learning program.
