Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur sex lärare upplever implementeringen av en-till-en rörande hur det har påverkat deras yrkespraktik. För att ta reda på detta har en kvalitativ metod med intervjuer använts där lärarna har tillfrågats hur en-till-en påverkar deras val av material och hur det har förändrat deras arbetssätt i klassrummet. Ett annat frågebatteri berör ifall lärarna upplevt någon förändring hos eleverna vad avser deras betyg efter det att en-till-en implementerades. För att se på vilken nivå lärarna befinner sig i användandet av detta nya verktyg har R R Puenteduras S.A.M.R.-modell använts, en modell som beskriver fyra olika lärandestadier som lärarna kan befinna sig på. Resultaten visar att överlag så trivs lärarna med att jobba med en-till-en. De upplever att det gör deras arbete enklare, roligare och hjälper till att skapa variation för studenterna. Icke desto mindre så är lärarna dock överens om att en-till-en inte hjälper studenterna att prestera bättre eller höja sina betyg. / The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how six teachers perceive the implementation of one-to-one with regards to how it has changed their professional practice. In order to find this out, a qualitative method using interviews have been carried out asking the teachers how one-to-one affects their choice of subject matter and how it has changed the work carried out in the classroom. Another set of question concerns whether or not the teachers experience any difference in their students' grades since one-to-one was implemented. To see at what level the teachers are using the new tools at their disposal R R Puenteduras S.A.M.R.-model has been used, describing four different stages of teaching at which the teachers can find themselves. The results show that overall the teachers are quite satisfied with working with one-to-one, feeling that it makes their work easier, more fun and helps to create variation for their students. However, the teachers agree that one-to-one alone does not help the students perform better or raise their grades in a significant manner.
