O livro a partir do qual serão desenvolvidas tais reflexões intitula-se Mongólia (2003), do jornalista e escritor Bernardo Carvalho, e apresenta constituição estético-temática que permite e inspira as reflexões referidas, bem como suscita investigações sobre procedimentos freqüentemente associados à cultura pósmoderna como, por exemplo, identidades cambiantes e o afastamento em relação aos impulsos totalizadores que caracterizam a modernidade. Através de fundamentação teórica contemporânea, auferida sobretudo em Bauman, Lévi-Strauss, Abdala Junior, Derrida, Jítrik, Bakhtin, Lasch, Lipovetsky, Debord, Maffesoli, Said, Bhabha, Hutcheon, daremos relevância à mobilidade entre os gêneros literários e, conseqüentemente, às formas de representação do real. Daremos destaque também à solvência do sujeito contemporâneo, ao narcisismo e às questões ligadas às identidades cambiantes daí derivadas. Na convergência de nossos estudos, refletiremos sobre a constituição do narrador a partir da idéia de fratura, aqui compreendida como apropriação de discursos alheios, atitude reveladora de um modo de ser plural e dinâmico. / Abstract: In the present study the aim is to reflect about the hybridism of the literary genres, the solvency and decentralization of the subject, and the fracture of the narrator. The book that was the base of the present work is Mongólia (2003), by Bernardo Carvalho and presents an aesthetic theme constitution that not only allows but inspires the previously mentioned reflections, as well as it rises investigations about procedures frequently associated with the post modern culture, for instance, changing identities and the detachment towards the totalizator impulses that characterize modernity. Through theoretical fundaments, received above all in Bauman, Lévi-Strauss, Abdala Junior, Derrida, Jítrik, Bakhtin, Lasch, Lipovetsky, Debord, Maffesoli, Said, Bhabha, Hutcheon, in relevance will be given to the mobility among literary genres and, consequently, the forms of representation of the real. Highlights will also be put on the solvency of the contemporary subject, to the narcissism and to the changing identities questioning that derives from this line of thought. On the convergence of this study, there is a reflection about the constitution of the narrator starting from the fracture idea, which is understood here as the appropriation of other people's speeches and it is a revealing attitude of a plural and dynamic way of being. / Mestre

Orientador: Eduardo Ismael Murguia Marañon / Banca: Oswaldo de Almeida Júnior / Banca: Cláudia Marcondes de Castro Filho / Resumo: Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar a percepção e ações dos bibliotecários quanto às mudanças ocorridas no contexto educacional nas últimas décadas, no que se refere às leis de inclusão e à temática do multiculturalismo, e no que concerne à sua ação profissional cotidiana. O universo da pesquisa constituiu-se dos bibliotecários escolares atuantes nas escolas públicas municipais de Florianópolis. Através de questionários e entrevistas com bibliotecários escolares e outros agentes que influenciam na formação acadêmica e continuada dos mesmos, foi realizada uma pesquisa, para depois ser analisada qualitativamente. Os dados levantados indicaram a necessidade de desenvolvimento de uma política pública mais abrangente de combate a preconceitos e promoção da dignidade humana, com a ampliação de uma política de formação continuada dos profissionais da educação integrando os bibliotecários. Também foi feita uma revisão bibliográfica que abordou os temas Biblioteca escolar, Mediação da Informação, Multiculturalismo e Paradigma Social em Ciência da Informação, que subsidiou a interpretação do trabalho / Abstract: This study has as objective to investigate the library worker's perception and actions about the changes happened on the educational context in the last decades, in reference to the inclusion laws, the multiculturalism themes, and about his routine professional action. The research universe was composed by school library workers who act on municipal public schools in Florianópolis. Through questionnaires and interviews with these workers and another people who have influence on their academic formation, a research was realized and it was qualitatively analyzed. The data founded showed that is necessary a new public politic, more expansive about the combat against the prejudice and about the promotion of human dignity, with a larger politic of continuous education professional's formation socializing the library workers. A bibliography revision was done too, and it brought up themes as school library, mediation of information, multiculturalism and social paradigm in information science, witch has subsidize this work's interpretation / Mestre

Pretende renovar estes estudos numa perspectiva de busca de relações entre a política de ações afirmativas e o desenvolvimento da população negra. Para tanto, fundamentando-se na teoria de campos de Bourdieu que sugere o estabelecimento de um diálogo teórico e metodológico entre as abordagens alternativas do desenvolvimento e do multiculturalismo. No primeiro caso, privilegia-se as teorias do desenvolvimento humano do PNUD, do desenvolvimento como liberdade de Amartya Sen, do desenvolvimento econômico comunitário de Daniel Champagne, da nova sociologia econômica de Benoit Lévesque, de Louis Favreau e de Jean- Marc Fontan. No segundo caso, volta-se para a teoria do multiculturalismo emancipatório de Boaventura de Sousa Santos. Desse encontro é que se constrói o referencial teórico-metodológico dessa investigação denominado de desenvolvimento econômico multicultural. Este é, também, um instrumento de avaliação, forjado do diálogo feito com a teoria de "avaliação da quinta geração" de Jean-Marc Fontan e Elaine Lachance, que no contexto do Canadá, faz parte das práticas científicas do desenvolvimento econômico comunitário e da nova sociologia econômica. É igualmente esse instrumento teórico-metodológico que nos permite intervir de forma crítica e construtiva no debate atual sobre as políticas públicas de ações afirmativas em curso no país, considerando-se os períodos dos dois mandatos de FHC (1995-2002) e de Lula (2002-2009), como momentos de sua emergência e consolidação no espaço público. A avaliação feita elegeu, pelo menos, uma entre tantas outras ações afirmativas implementadas pelo Estado, pelo setor privado e pela sociedade civil para salvaguardar... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This research is part of the studies about racial relations that have discussed the matter of the social integration of the Blacks in Brazil. It intends to renew these studies into a perspective of linkage between affirmative action policies and the development of the black population. Thus, sustaining itself over the field theory, by Bourdieu, where he suggests the establishment of a theoretical and methodological dialogue between the alternative views on development and multiculturalism. In the first case, it privileges PNUD's human development theories, the development seen as liberty by Amartya Sen; the community's economic development by Daniel Champagne; the new economic sociology by Benoit Lévesque, Louis Favreau and Jean-Marc Fontan. As for the second case, the study turns to the theory of emancipatory multiculturalism by Boaventura de Sousa Santos. Out of this encounter the theoretical and methodological referential of this investigation are built, denominating the economical and multicultural development. This is also an evaluation instrument, derived from the dialogue with the theory of "fifth generation evaluation" by Jean-Marc Fontan and Elaine Lachance, that, in the context of Canada, is an art of the scientific practices of community economic development and of the new economic sociology. As well, this theoretical and methodological instrument allows us to critically and constructively intervene on the ongoing debate over affirmative action public policies implemented in the country, considering the presidential mandates of 1995 to 2002 (FHC) and 2002 to 2009 (Lula) as periods in which these policies have emerged.
