ResPublica/Civitas Socialis – Strachotín, l. p. 2017 / ResPublica/Civitas Socialis - Strachotín

Kisová, Barbora January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis follows the project of the pre-diploma, in which detailed analyzes of the potential of the village were made, from which it follows that the most important place that the village needs to revive for further development is the village square itself. In the current state, a cluster of buildings is built on a clearly defined area of the village, which brings chaos and confusion to the urban structure. The building of the municipal office stopped communicating through the building of the former elementary school. The area between buildings, formerly designed for local residents to hold festivals, now serves as a handling yard. The aim of the work is to clean the area of the village, to restore its original lost character and to add the urban structure to a building that will serve both local inhabitants and tourist visitors.

Zapletalová, Radka January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a project documentation of the building construction. This project deals with two new buildings of civic facilities allocated in the centre of Brodek u Konice on an almost flat plot. These two buildings are adjoining; however, statically and operationally independent on each other. In the building SO 01 are located a library and a sweet-shop and the building SO 02 is designed for the local authority. The building containing library is projected as a two-storeys building; while, the building for local authority has only a ground floor. Both buildings are without any basement and they are roofed by wooden trusses. The library building has a hip roof and the local authority building has a hip roof on the east side and a gable on the west side. A floor plan of the library building has rectangular shape; while, building for local authority is almost square shaped. Support structures for both buildings consist of masonry of therm type brick blocks and pre-stressed celling slabs. The library is divided to the public area with a hygienic facility for visitors and an area accessible only for employees with hygienic and technical facilities. The 1st floor of the library building is fully accessible for visitors and they can also use a balcony, a terrace or a grassy area which is approachable from the terrace. The local authority building has only the ground floor containing offices, a conference room, hygienic and technical facilities designed for employees and hygienic facility for visitors. Knotková, Veronika January 2021 (has links)
Veronika Knotková, Prague Municipal Clerks 1900-1950 Abstract This work, based mainly on primary resources, deals with the issues of bureaucracy, i.e. with the elite group of officials/clerks of the legal category of the Prague Municipal Office in the first half of the 20th century. During this relatively long period, Prague reached a position of modern capital of a new state, Czechoslovakia, and one of Central European metropolises. The core of the thesis lays in explaining principles of functioning of the municipal bureaucracy, the development of its position, the course of its career and the factors that influenced them. Attention is paid to the mutual relations within this group and both to their individual and group strategies, with regard to other municipal officials of other than juristic previous university education within the Prague municipal office as well as to the relations of officials and representatives of municipal administration. It shows how the disciplinary rules were applied. Adequate attention is paid to the relationship/interventions of state administration into the self-government sphere.
