In my thesis I have tried to describe the brass instrument chromaticism process by means of covering the corpus by hand and especially by applying a key mechanism. I have dealt with the first sources, discoveries and experiments which preceded the spread of keyed brass instruments. I worked closely with the personages Anton Weidinger and J. L. Kunerth, who were considered as first inventors of the keyed trumpet. I have formulated a hypothesis concerning the identification of lost compositions for the keyed trumpet by J. N. Hummel, including the reconstruction and a practical example of the Quartet in E Major. I have discussed methodologies of playing the keyed trumpet and collected responses from the contemporary press concerning the use of the keyed trumpet in concert life in this period. I have created lists of detailed information on the traditional keyed trumpets and their literature.

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to analyse the current production of musical accessories, namely keyboard stands, and based on the information processed its own proposal stand that will meet the basic requirements for strength and positioning of compactness. The work is devided into practical and teoretical part. Theoretical part deals with the development and processing technologies of keyboard stands. The first part includes history, materials, acoustics, typology of keyboard stands and ergonomics. In the second part, there is the realization of own project, development of project from initial sketches to the final realization with regard to the requirements of a particular manufacturer.

This thesis describes a role of percussion instruments in military brass bands. The first part of the thesis is presents functions and tasks which military music must deal with. The second chapter describes history of military music from ancient ages up to present with special focus on Central Europe region. The third chapter tries to comprehend a role of percussion instruments in the military brass band within its variability. Connections between brass bands and symphonic orchestra and popular music are mentioned. The third chapter is concluded by comparison of two different types of compositions intended for brass band: Austro-Hungarian military march by Julius Fučík and Music for Prague 1968 by Karel Husa are presented as two examples of traditional brass band composition and modern composition of avant-garde 20th century music.

Master thesis "breathing while playing wind instruments focusing on oboe" acquaints us with the correct breathing and its importance when playing wind instruments. Analyzes in detail all aspects of breath, refers to any disease associated with breathing device. It deals with the deployment, creating tones and the proof. To release the hold tools, attitudes and release breathlessly offers yoga and breathing exercises. This work could be a suitable tool for teachers and students woodwind instruments at elementary art schools and conservatories.

Cílem mé práce je poskytnout přehled o činnostech Probační a mediační služby, vymezit základní pojmy, zjistit v čem je její činnost přínosná především pro pachatele a poškozeného a porovnat nákladnost alternativních trestů v porovnání s výkonem trestu ve vězení a vazbě. Najít problémy, se kterými se v rámci svého působení Probační a mediační služba potýká a navrhnout jejich případná řešení. Při zpracování budu vycházet z nastudované literatury a z poznatků, které jsem získala při pohovorech s probačními pracovníky.
