Participation Abstract The aim of this diploma thesis is especially to identify the advantages and disadvantages of individual approaches to regulation of participation, to set out the main attributes of participation in the Czech criminal law, including its main deficiencies, and to present possible inspiring solutions for their elimination by presenting a different model of regulation abroad. Participation as one of the forms of criminal collaboration is approached slightly differently by each legislation. However, the legislations usually agree that the participant's actions must be punished in a certain way. Although the participant does not partake in the fulfillment of the constituent elements of the crime by its own actions, its influence on the crime itself may be significant. The reason for choosing this topic is mainly the still unresolved situation regarding the institute of participation in the Czech Criminal Code and a large amount of criticism of the current regulation. Although the Criminal Code was newly adopted in 2009 and the possibility of correcting the deficiencies of the participation was obvious, professional discussions did not take place, and in the end a regulation that to a certain extent copied the previous criticized one, was adopted. My diploma work deals with the dining tables issue. The objective is to establish cooperation with appropriate companies engaged in manufacturing of furniture and then propose the design in line with defined business requirements. The theoretical part deals with the typology table furniture, its history, the requirements imposed on this type of furniture and typological survey of the current state of the market. The practical part describes technological opportunities of a selected company and dinner table design. Process prototyping, assembling and final costing follows accordingly.

In my work I deal with how to do things. Instructional videos, printed paper instructions for using the product or performing an artistic event - all serve only as a platform for self-realization. The condition in the approach is not strictly following the established procedures. Rather, it is about reassessing what is essential at the moment.

The thesis deals with Work Instructions from the Perspective of Text Comprehesion. It gives the description of Work Instructions in general, then focuses on two specific kinds of Instructions - Recipes and Consumer Medicine Information. Information about Vocabulary, Syntactics, Semantics, Coreference and Inferences are involved. There is a research of Text Comprehension in the empirical part of this thesis, it is divided into two parts, one for each kind of Instruction. This thesis draws on findings of Czech and foreign linguists.

In diploma thesis is theoretically described structure of PDH, SDH and multiplexing of PDH to SDH. Measurement of first level PDH and SDH is described too. A design of new laboratory network was based on theoretical information and the network was build. SDH nodes MSH11CP and other equipment in laboratory entourage are used in new laboratory network in a way that laboratory network is the most similar to real telecommunication network. Operation manual for SDH nodes type MSH11CP is described next in the thesis. New three laboratory tasks are described in the thesis. These tasks make use of design of new network and a reference of nodes operation manual. New three tasks are implemented in new laboratory network, in laboratory of transmission technologies. In these new laboratory tasks are possible to create a transmission path and measure this service, including settings and verification of a backup path.

The aim of my thesis is the Construction technological project of nursery school building. The work involves technical report building equipment, technological instruction for selected activities, inspection and test plans, design of mechanical assemblies, transport links, schedule of health and safety, as well as environmental protection, itemized project budget, timetable and building maintenance instructions

This Master’s thesis deals in detail with the SIP protocol – a method of communication between two entities, various types of transmitted messages and their content. Few SIP libraries are introduced and two of them are used for development of an application for audio/video conference-calls. Compilation of OPAL and PTlib libraries for Windows 7 Professional (64bit) is described, and problems resulting from lack of information provided by authors. New improved “how to build” is presented. At the end, paper focuses on several ways of development of mentioned application.

The main theme of this dissertation is to define an image as a visual experience. The human interaction is described by the author himself as a perception of the image, which serves as an information unit that could be presented as a possibility, example and pattern for the individual. There is an emphasis on the process of perception itself and on the way of interaction of an individual emphasizing the context of social learning and imitation in this text. The analysis of the principles of this interaction leading into introduction of the partial interactive models covering these processes is formed by the essential plane. The structure of the thesis is divided into ten main chapters in which the author tries to introduce a category of perception, a definition of the image and imitation as a tool of cultural transmission, presentation of the units of this transmission, the process of the interaction itself and analogous example of the fundamental role that a person in this interaction holds. There are also three analogies of these roles, which refer to the anthropological universal interaction describing the man as a gatherer and hunter. The diploma thesis deals with the solution of the multi-purpose building project in Lužice. This work includes the extended accompanying and summary technical report, the coordination situation of the construction, the technical report of the transport relations and the coordination of the oversized transport, the object time schedule and the financial plan of the construction, the plan for providing the material resources containing the staff balance for the construction of the main building, the time schedule for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton, technological standard for prefabricated skeleton, design of main building machines and mechanisms including their time commitment, organization of construction of multipurpose building including drawings of construction site equipment, technological regulation for assembling of prefabricated skeleton and for making of reinforced concrete floor, inspection and testing plan for prefabricated skeleton assembly, lifting mechanism, assembly schemes for prefabricated skeleton elements, lifting mechanism verification schemes, item budget prefabricated skeleton chalk and instructions for building use and maintenance.
