The presented thesis with the title "Business Enterprise" aims to comprehensively analyse the business enterprise as it is governed by the current Civil Code. The business enterprise is one of the key topics at the borderline of civil and commercial law and is an important institute connected with the day-to-day operation of the entrepreneurial activity. The thesis begins with a summary of the historical context, the interpretation of which is contained in the first chapter. The concept of this institute in the 19th century is analysed, thus as a subject of legal relationships, which serves to carry out entrepreneurial activity. As it is also apparent from the chapter, the concept in the second half of the 20th century was considerably different from the present, mainly because the enterprise was perceived as a legal entity. The second and third chapters, which are the main part of the thesis, follow up on the historical introduction. The second chapter deals with the definition of the business enterprise itself, and also proposes answers to the question of whether a single entrepreneur can own more than one business enterprise. Title: EFFECTING EXERCISE REGIMEN OF CHILDREN AT YOUNGER SCHOOL AGE An alternative form of triathlon contest as a possibility to build a positive relationship to physical activity in children Objectives: To compare motion and diet patterns and basic parameters of body constitution in selected children divided into two groups: a random population and a population of children devoted to a specific physical activity - triathlon. The aim was to focus on contests organization and management, identify its weak points and suggest a suitable alternative with the ambition to bring children closer to any of disciplines triathlon is consisting of or to triathlon itself in a longtime fashion. Methods: Body height and weight measurements, BMI calculations. Questionnaire survey. Arrangement of a triathlon contest in its new alternative way. Evaluation. Results: A group of children actively doing triathlon shows more balanced distribution of body weight in comparison with data obtained when measuring random children during PE lessons at schools where cases of obesity and underweight were found. Title: Price building - the issue of pricing on the example of the entry fee to Gigathlon Czech Republic 2016 Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to determine the price rally in the endurance race Gigathlon Czech Republic 2016. Another goal is to analyze the race Gigathlon Czech Republic in 2016 and the formation of the costs (expenses) in this race. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of competitive races. Methods: The work methods were used to calculate the price of the entry fee - cost method, competitive pricing and the method according to the return on investment. Further analysis method was used, which was used in the analysis of plant Gigathlon and competitive races. The last method was an interview which was obtained information about the race Gigathlon Czech Republic in 2016 by the main organizer of this event. Results: Entry fee rates for the category Team of five and Couple were achieved using the method of competitive pricing. The single category for this method was determined while the highest price. In the final pricing has been used only a combination of methods, but also to take into account the expected number of competitors and the Swiss pricing model. The aim of this study was to determine the presence of bark and wood-boring insects on black walnut (Juglans nigra L.) with photoeklektor method. The study was on a cut trees at the Forest enterprise Židlochovice, location Soutok. All over one year. Representative samples of cut trees were deposited according to the selected tree sections into photoeklektors under laboratory conditions. There was found a total of 13 bark and wood-boring species of insects belonging to the 8 families. Of these was 6 species as prey, they was occurring under the bark predominantly in the larval stage. A more serious threat may be just from Xylosandrus germanus Blandford or identified species of the family Cerambycidae. The results showed, that timber of black walnut is therefore not in danger from the wood-boring species of insects.

The topic of my diploma thesis is " Differences between the transfer of shares in a business corporation for consideration and the purchase the business establishment". The main objective of my thesis is to explain and compare two legal institutes that are frequently used in order to change financial or proprietary structure in a business corporation. In my thesis I analyse the most important aspects which have to be taken into consideration while making these transactions. These aspects are legal, accounting and tax viewpoints that are crucial for a responsible seller or purchaser to consider according to the aim he wants to achieve by this transaction before the disposition commencement with one of these institutes. In practical part of my thesis I present some examples and their references following particularly from judicature of superior law courts (legal source since 1 January 2014 ) which show consequences and their view of aspects of individual steps concerned with share or company conversion. Further the practical part contains specific accounting methods and taxes related to these transactions.

Resumé In my thesis, I focus on issues related to the change of the concept of the business establishment, part of the business establishment and purchase of a business establishment in relation with the recodification of the Czech private law. After the introduction in the first chapter, the second chapter deals with the concept of business establishment. Business establishment within the meaning of section 502 of the Civil Code is a newly conceived as an organized set of assets and liabilities created by an entrepreneur, based on his will, are used to pursue his activities. A business establishment is presumed to comprise everything that is typically used for its operation. Thus, in accordance with the propositions of the European Court of Justice was to Czech private law enshrined the concept of the intent of the entrepreneur. The third chapter deals with the parts of the business establishment, specifically definition of the business establishment and reflection on the possibility of using jurisdiction and professional publications under the previous arrangements to similar issues.
