From the title it is obvious that commercial establishment is an object of legal relationship but not a subject of legal relationship which is a considerable part of its understanding. With the acceptance of the Czech Civil Code a lot of changes came to this institute, including name change. This is the reason why it was necessary to conceive this matter complexly, from the basic term to specifics of particular legal relationships. Title: Trends in swimming training for individual medley events Objectives: The aim of our study was to analyze performance and training for 200 and 400 m individual medley events and describe new trends in training for these swimming events Methods: Our research design was a case study. We were interested in training of three swimmers of elite performance in the 200 and 400 m individual medley events. To identify cases, we used the analysis of documents and literature, to a limited extent, the method of interview. Results: Training of elite swimmers is characterized by a high training volume. Coaches uses mainly interval training methods. Training is highly specific. During the later stages of the annual training cycle training is focused on race pace in the high training volume. Title: Racing of physically disabled sailors on 2,4 mR class Object of the work: Compare control of a ship by two physically disabled individuals who are able to perform circuit racing sailing on 2.4mRclass. Methods: Case study of sailing of physically disabled on ship 2.4mR class. Results: The results show that sailing of physically disabled is much more demanding sport than other sports for the disabled. Further, they show what individual handicaps complications bring and subsequent overcoming of these obstacles. Finally, these results may help to improve conditions in various clubs, to build wheelchair access, technical solutions of boats or in general the expansion of this sport for the disabled. The aim of my work is the analysis of the company Škoda Auto in the market of China. This market is one of the key market for sales nowadays. Another aim is the analysis of potential countries for expanding of the company and trying to find a suitable strategy for enter. The first part deals with the automotive industry mainly in the domestic market including influence of world crisis. The presentation of the company, the position in the market and operations abroad are described in the second and the third part. The goal of the fourth part is the market of China, where Škoda Auto produces on basis of license. The tools of marketing mix with emphasis on China are included in the fifth part. China disposes of great potential and increasing sales, but there are another possibilities to expand its activities. The company doesn't operate in the markets of Southeast of Asia yet. I tried to find suitable strategies how to enter there.

The recent nature of the topic "Business, its sale and rent" clearly shows the social need that character of the enterprise as an object of business relationships and contracts for the sale of the business and the lease of the business is actively used. The company represents an important element which belongs to the business environment, and with the company as an object of legal relations may the businessman dispose - for example, a company can sell or hire. For the existence of the company and contract types associated with the enterprise is critical for a legal anchoring of these institutes. Enactment of these institutes is now primarily based on the Commercial Code, but in the ongoing recodification process of civil and commercial law will be the primary legislation under the New Civil Code, although it will modify the present time and the absolute business obligations. The law of contracts, which include a contract for sale of the business and the contract for the lease of the business will be "moved" by the rules of the New Civil Code. This dissertation focuses on the composition, examination and comparation of the endurance runner's one year training plan. This includes a runner, who competes in a 3.000m to 10.000m run and a half marathon. The dissertation is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part, is about the history of the marathon, general patterns in endurance training and the factors, that affect the endurance runner's performance. There is also an analysis of the literature used in this disseration regarding endurance run. The second, research part, is aimed at the practical creation of one year training plan. The third part examinates and checks this plan on the basis of its accomplishment and shows the results of the control heats, tests, their graphs and evaluates them.

This diploma thesis examines political risks and long-term investments and specifically focuses on a case study of the Odessa Port Plant. The aim of the thesis is to assess the investment opportunity into this enterprise in terms of political risks within the privatization process planned to take place in 2016. The literature review presents different theoretical approaches to political risk, briefly describes its history and place in theoretical foundations of risk management and offers means of dealing with political risk in practice. The key global trends and sources of political risks are characterized in this part, which also introduces theoretical bases of political risk analysis. The main part of the thesis describes the subject of privatization in the context of its importance to the state, its market position and environmental issues it arises. Then the investor risk profile is outlined and the political risk analysis is carried out. Finally, analysis results are synthesized in a summary, which includes conclusive recommendations on the investment considering investor's risk approach.

The graduation thesis discusses the history of cycling Peace race since year 1968 to the present. The main purpose is to analyze the particular year of the race, which is held every year in the month of May. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the brief outline of cycling history in the world and the history of stage cycling races in Europe. The second part describes a brief outline of socio economic conditions in the countries of central and eastern Europe since 1968 to the present. The third chapter deals with a brief overview of the Peace Race since his inception in 1948. The following and also the main chapter is focused on the detailed description of the history of each year since 1968, the description of their stages, the individual tracks and the results of the races. The last chapter is devoted to a brief overview of the stage races, also known as the Race of Peace, which goes up to the present.

This diploma thesis concentrates on history of athletic race Běchovice - Prague. At the beginning there is a picture of how athletics and sport looked like in the Czech lands and all over the world at the end of the 19th century. The biggest part deals with the history of the athletic race, including organization of the race or stories of particular years. The next chapter contains sketches of famous people who were connected with the race. Then follows part which is focused on statistics. It contains charts itself and explanations. Usufructuary lease of a business ABSTRACT The object of the thesis is to analyse the current legal regulation of the usufructuary lease of a business and, in appropriate places, to compare this regulation with the previous legislation and to submit proposals for suitable contractual arrangements under the usufructuary lease of a business contract and the related documentation. At first, for the purpose of analysing the legal regulation of the usufructuary lease of a business, the thesis defines the institutes of a business enterprise and of a usufructuary. The first chapter focuses on the historical development of the concept of the institute of the business enterprise in Czech legal regulations, starting with the pre-war legal regulation and finishing with the current legislation. There is a passage devoted mainly to the definition of a business enterprise, a plurality of business enterprises and the nature of the business enterprise as a collective thing. This is followed by the effort to define the usufructuary lease of a part of a business enterprise constituting a separate organisational component, as the provisions on the usufructuary lease of a business are applied by analogy to the usufructuary lease of such part of the business.
