Using the geometric approach, we study a de nition of index for this equations classes, which coincides with the classic de nition of Hopf to the index of positive quadratic di erential equations, and these index is invariant for di eomorphisms that preserve totally real di erential n-forms. We also show a generalization of the Poincar e-Hopf theorem for the index of a totally real di erential n-forms. Moreover, using complex coordinates we obtain a formula for the index in terms of the coe cients of the totally real di erential n-form. Lastly, we use the polar blow-up method to study totally real di erential n-forms with non degenerate principal part. We also obtained a generalization of the Bendixon formula. / Neste trabalho, estudamos as n-formas diferenciais totalmente reais em uma vizinhan ca de um ponto singular isolado. Usando a abordagem geom etrica, estudamos uma de ni c~ao de ndice para essa classe de equa c~oes, a qual coincide com a de ni c~ao cl assica de Hopf para o ndice de equa c~oes diferenciais quadr aticas positivas, e este ndice e invariante por difeomor smos que preservam n-formas diferenciais totalmente reais. Tamb em mostramos uma generaliza c~ao do Teorema de Poincar e-Hopf para o ndice de uma n-forma diferencial totalmente real. Al em disso, usando coordenadas complexas obtivemos uma f ormula para o ndice em termos dos coe cientes da n-forma diferencial totalmente real. Por m, utilizamos o m etodo blow-up polar para estudar n-formas diferenciais totalmente reais com parte principal n~ao degenerada. Tamb em obtivemos uma generaliza c~ao da f ormula de Bendixon.
