Dynamický model akumulátorů / Dynamic model of the batteries

Milichovský, Miloš January 2013 (has links)
The thesis includes the basic principles of lead-acid, NiCd, NiMH and Li-Ion batteries. There is a description of their features and phenomena that processes in the batteries during charging and discharging. The most important part is devoted to dynamic models of these types of batteries, the parameters that are necessary for their modeling, and testing of absolute error models. Further, the model in Matlab was created which allows the simulation of the GRID-OFF photovoltaic system using the battery model.

Predikce stavu nabití olověných akumulátorů / State of charge prediction of lead acid batteries

Chochola, Ondřej January 2010 (has links)
The general aim of the thesis is a detailed examination of battery charging condition possibility of lead-acid accumulator with the help of pulse current method. The methodology consists of experimental cell testing by pulse battery charging and pulse battery discharging during a progressive change of charging and discharging current as well as charging and discharging time change. The testing procedure proceeds at a various battery charging condition. Principal aim of this work is to compare final voltage dependencies and to establish the usability of pulse current method to determine battery charging condition.

Zkoumání příčin předčasné ztráty kapacity v olověných akumulátorech pro hybridní elektrická vozidla / Investigation causes of the premature capacity loss in accumulator for hybrid electric vehicles

Vystrčil, Marek January 2010 (has links)
This thesis describes the results of two successive experiments. The first was focused on the influence of impurities in the active mass of negative electrode in PSoC (Partial State of Charge) mode, which simulates the conditions occurring in HEV (hybrid electric vehicle). In the second experiment, cells with the same additives were exposed to optimum downforce 4N/cm2, by which we wanted to prove the influence of pressure on life of VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) cells working in operating HEV conditions.

Vliv přítlaku v olověných akumulátorech pro hybridní elektrická vozidla / Influence of pressure in the lead-acid batteries for hybrid electric vehicles.

Svoboda, Marek January 2011 (has links)
Lead-acid batteries of hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) are functioning in PSoC regime (Partial State of Charge). In PSoC regime new fail mechanisms occur. These mechanisms usually lead to nonreversible sulphation of negative electrodes. Main aim of this research is to avoid negative electrode sulphation and to improve lifetime of lead-acid accumulators used in HEV.

Vliv oxidu titaničitého na vlastnosti olověných akumulátorů pracujících v režimu hybridních vozidel / Effect of titanium dioxide on the properties of lead-acid batteries operating in hybrid vehicles mode

Konečný, Zdeněk January 2012 (has links)
This work deals with lead-acid batteries operating in hybrid electric vehicles mode, i.e. in a partial state of charge. The adverse effects such as premature capacity loss and large internal resistance can markedly affect the life of a lead battery. The experiment described in this work aims to clarify the influence of the titanium dioxide in the active mass of negative electrodes especially in the life of lead acid batteries.

Vliv skelných vláken v olověných akumulátorech pro hybridní elektrická vozidla / Effect of glass fibers in the lead-acid batteries for hybrid electric vehicles

Klojda, Viktor January 2012 (has links)
Master´s thesis deals with the utilization of lead-acid accumulators in hybrid electric vehicle regime. It describes the side effects known as PCL, generated during PSOC regime and connected with the length of the battery lifespan. One possibility how to eliminate these effects, is the use of additives in active mass of the negative electrode, in the form of glass fibres. The project provides the parametres and reactions of additive, that have lead to the improvement of battery properties. The purpose of this thesis is to verify the positive effect of the aditive on the lifespan of the lead-acid accumulator.

Impedanční měření olověných akumulátorů / Impedance measurements of lead-acid accumulators

Vaculík, Sebastian January 2012 (has links)
The main aim of this paper is to contribute to the elucidation of electrochemical processes. These processes occur in the investigated experimental lead-acid cell. For this purpose, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used. There are two methods of measurement presented. First one is used to measure impedance between electrodes. Second one is used to measure impedance of collector ribs inside positive or negative electrode. The results are represented by electrical equivalent circuits, whose elements are described in detail in the theoretical part.

Vliv vodivých keramik na životnost olověných akumulátorů / Influence of conductive ceramics on the life of lead acid batteries

Tobolák, Jakub January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is focused on lead-acid batteries used in hybrid electric vehicles. These cells work in specific conditions, particularly under partial charge referred to as PSOC. This fact is responsible for the premature loss of capacity cell lead-acid batteries and their short lifetime. The task of this thesis is to examine the effect of conductive ceramics as possible additives to the negative electrode active materials of lead-acid battery cells operating in a PSOC, in order to prolong their life.
