This thesis deals with the structure of the composition which we can find in stylistic expression of pupils of the basic school. The fact that the attempts of pupils are in the initial stage is taken into the account. We will talk about the history of stylistic lessons, its goals and requirements. There will be mentioned stylistic forms which are typical for the basic school. We will find how teachers can prepare and correct the stylistic expressions of pupils, about typical mistakes in the expressions of pupils and how teachers can prevent them. We will briefly look at the history of naratology and we will mention a few aspects which are connected with the narrative analysis. A few selected expressions will be analyzed in the practical part.

This diploma thesis named: The research of reading skills level of students of 2nd and 3rd degree of primary schools, deals with making reading skills in the initial education. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part focuses to reading skills accordingly to RVP ZV, also to a student of younger pre-school age and current methods of reading which are used to teach reading in the 1st year of elementary school. The work also deals with basic types and qualities of reading, development of reading literacy, reading diagnostics and reading errors. The practical part is focused on evaluation, diagnostics and detection of reading skills. The main target is to find out the actual state of Czech students´ reading skills in 2nd and 3rd degrees and provide possible remedy of reading skills. The thesis is supported with charts and graphic material.

The topic of the tesis is advantages and disadvantages of work in russian-czech multicultural teams. The research then analyzes the efficiency of such teams primarily from the side of partners and clients of such projects.

The diploma thesis deals with the Kamenna district with a specific area of housing. It describes its history, morphology, today's life and its virtues and shady pages. Approaching today's issues of this location and approach or view of stakeholders. In addition, eight properties are instantiated in the work. These properties are selected from the so-called „Upper Kamenka“ and „Lower Kamenka“ (four from each part) to ensure comparable technical advantages and disadvantages of individual parts. Technical disadvantages such as absence of sewerage and geological survey on the sloping slope in one of the mentioned objects. Comparing methodology to the comparison method according to Decree No. 441/2013 Coll. in current version, Comparison method-market price and cost method according to Decree No. 441/2013 Coll. in current version. At the end of the work, the author undertakes a discussion about negotiating the price and explains the great diversity of the results.

The main objective of this thesis is to provide an overview of developments and issues in the context of the European debt crisis. Euro as a central aspect of Economic and Monetary Union has a major impact on convergence and existing systemic problems of the EU. The first chapter provides a brief description of the european integration since World War II in the context of Economic and Monetary union. The second chapter defines the concept of nominal and real convergence and dedicates closer to the Maastricht convergence criteria and the Stability and Growth Pact, which was the result of efforts towards closer fiscal coordination. Moreover, it summarizes the main causes of the financial crisis and subsequently analyses its impact on the EUR/USD currency pair. The fourth chapter focuses on the systemic weaknesses of the eurozone with an emphasis on the imbalance in the current account balance of payments. The last chapter summarizes the approaches to solving the debt crisis assuming that current steps taken by eurozone leaders in cooperation with the governments of intebted members fail.

(in English) This Master's Thesis is interested in the support of adoptive families in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to define possibilities of this support and stress the need to help people in the process of arranging adoption in the 21st century. The thesis describes the possibilities of supporting adoptive families in the chosen regions of the Czech Republic. Suggestions of different ways of helping and supporting adoptive families from experts are researched. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter the term adopting is defined and different forms of this type of foster parenthood are introduced. This chapter also brings an overview of the historical development of adoption. The second chapter is interested in the specifics of adoption in the first 21st century, analyzes the needs of adopting families and stresses the importance of supporting the people involved in the different stages of the adoption process. The third chapter identifies the support of adopting families, and specifies the content, aims and the target group of the thesis. Diploma thesis "European collaborative defense projects and the military capacity of the EU" is dealing with the realization of cooperative projects and with their influence on the development of military capacities of the European Union member states. The author examines the economic and military advantages of international defense collaboration. The optimal way of collaboration leads to lower development and production costs, higher quality of the product and better competitiveness on the market. The author uses selected European programs to test how the results are achieved in reality. Further author identifies the goals of the European Defense and Security Policy as they were set up by the European Union. Mainly the so called Petersberg Tasks. The author examines which military capabilities the European Union needs to build in order to realize the full scope of the Petersberg Tasks and whether the realized collaborative projects enhance the capabilities of the Union for these tasks.

The doctoral dissertation thesis is focused on assessment of information systems and defines the main deficiencies in operation and management of information systems in relation to processes in the department of informatics with partial overlapping into the other parts of the company. The thesis further extends the current view of assessment of information systems in the company and, in accordance with the goal of the work, it defines its own methodology, which defines the specific assessment process and subdivides its contents into individual units. The proposed methodology provides an overview of the deficiencies and possible measures in operation and management of information systems. Qualitative verification of methodology in small, medium and large companies using case studies form a part of the thesis as well.
