The goal of this diploma thesis is to design and create web portal about Android devices and to make the portal logo as well. The main part of the portal is public catalog of favourite applications and games, which can be managed by registered users. Other parts of the portal will be writing articles, adding advertisement to market, adding Android devices etc. In this thesis today Android portals will be analysed and identified user's specific needs.

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a web application, which is created for project planning support, building up schedules and human resource management. This is related to a project planning in a specific company, which is dealing with web and marketing solutions. This thesis describes theoretical bases, analysis of a company, design and implementation of the web application, its evaluation and propositions, what includes expansion of functionality of existing information system of the company.

Thesis is focused on analysis, design and implementation of web applica-tion facilitating the assembly of interactive forms. Feature of this application is also administration of filled-in forms and registered users. Thesis also en-compases analysis of comparable simillar applications. Practical part of thesis is final implementation of web appllication using the Nette framework along with SQL database.

Cocuľa, M. Analysis and design of company information system. Master’s thesis. Brno, 2020. The thesis deals with the analysis and design of the company information system. At the beginning of the proposal are analyzed currently available solutions on the market. All parts of the currently deployed system are further investigated. When designing its own solution, the work takes into account all system requirements from the company’s employees. Subsequently, the information system is converted into the proposed form using the Nette framework. The last point of the work is the evaluation of the proposed improvements and the choice of implementation of the information system using a framework.

Ce travail de thèse porte sur l’élaboration d’un modèle prédictif de la croissance d’une microalgue eucaryote en photobioréacteur, basé sur une analyse du métabolisme de croissance de l’algue verte modèle Chlamydomonas reinhardtii en conditions photoautotrophes. Le modèle proposé appartient à la famille des modèles biochimiquement structurés. Outre la détermination prédictive des rendements de conversion des substrats en produits assurée par la représentation du métabolisme énergétique cellulaire, le modèle permet de décrire le comportement dynamique des microalgues en photobioréacteurs, en incluant l’adaptation de la teneur en pigments aux conditions de lumière fluctuantes, pour une large plage de conditions opératoires. Le modèle a été identifié et validé sur une base de données expérimentales obtenues pour des cultures continues et discontinues, élaborée dans le cadre de ce travail de thèse, comportant des mesures intra- et extracellulaires. Cette modélisation du comportement d’une microalgue eucaryote en photobioréacteur a été étendue à une description de la phase abiotique du bioréacteur, reposant sur une analyse et une caractérisation du transfert de matière gaz-liquide (O2 / CO2) dans les conditions étudiées. Cette modélisation de la phase abiotique a conduit au développement d’un estimateur de la concentration en biomasse basé sur la mesure de la vitesse nette de production d’oxygène. Cet outil a été validé expérimentalement, et a servi au suivi de cultures en temps réel, ainsi qu’au pilotage d’un photobioréateur en mode turbidostat. / The present work deals with the elaboration of a predictive model for the growth of eukaryotic microalgae in photobioreactors, built on an analysis of the growth metabolism of the model green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii in photoautotrophic conditions. The proposed model belongs to the family of biochemically-based structured models. Besides a comprehensive representation of the conversion yields of substrates into products based on the description of cellular energetic metabolism, the model allows to predict the dynamic behaviour of microalgae growth in photobioreactors for a wide range of operating conditions, including pigment adaptation to fluctuating light conditions. The model has been identified and validated on an experimental dataset obtained for continuous and batch cultures carried out as part of the PhD, including intraand extracellular measurements. Modelling of microalgal growth behaviour in photobioreactors has been extended to a description of the reactor abiotic phase, relying on the analysis and characterization of gas-liquid mass transfer (O2 / CO2) under the conditions of the study. The abiotic phase modelling has led to the development of a biomass concentration estimator based on the measurement of the net oxygen production rate. This tool has been validated experimentally and has been applied to the real-time monitoring of cultures, as well as the control of a photobioreactor in turbidostat mode.

This thesis focuses on analyzing recommendation method and analyzing options on the discounting portal company Vykupto s.r.o. Finale implementation of module for content recommendation on website is based on the design which identify all problems in process of recommendation and minimized them. Goal is module which provides quality recommendation including separation computa-tion cost to off-line and on-line processing. Module is implemented to integration to company system and his goal is increase probability of finishing transaction of customer. In the end is method verified on historical data and A/B testing.

This thesis deals with the development of quotation system for Mikroelektronika company in the electronic manufactoring services business area. The first part analyzes the current state of the quotation system using the BPMN 2.0 standard. Requirements for system development are formulated based on identified shortcomings. The second part describes the proposed solution using use case diagrams, process diagrams and entity-relationship diagrams. The implementation of the proposed changes via Nette Framework tool is described in the third section. Developed solution provides all the necessary tools for a complete offer creation.

The final thesis is focused on logistics for small and medium sized companies. It describes basic logistic principles used when planning delivering goods to customers. Based on these principles it describes design and implementation of the application, which is able to plan deliveries.

Nevídal, J. Application for business decisions. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel Univer-sity, 2015 In this thesis are described a data processing techniques with a focus on Busi-ness Intelligence with using data warehouses. Then is performed analysis of the business environment and determined key performance indicators that will be monitored. In the next section is designed data warehouse that enables reporting the above mentioned of indicators, including their evolution in time. Subsequently is designed and implemented a user interface that makes the resulting reports will be available by the users. In conclusion, the resulting solution is evaluated, both from an economic and from an implementation viewpoint.
