Dopad užívání různých typů bežecké obuvi na stabilitu a vznik zranění u vytrvalostních běžců / Influence of defferent kinds of running shoes on stability and risk of injury in long - distance runners

Krchová, Zuzana January 2014 (has links)
The main problems concerning birth of running injuries is their unclear ethiopathogenesis and high frequency. Injuries are often lined with forces affected on tread-down which have to be defused by running shoes. There are also opinions that currently used footwear can cause injuries on the contrary. This work explores impact of particular types of running shoes for influencing of stability. Methods: There are compared two groups of runners: minimalists and classic runners. Their stability is examined with help of posturography in three versions: barefoot, classic and minimalistic footwear. Thereafter there is analyzed relation among stability, used footwear, training usage and frequency of injuries. Results: Minimalists and classic runners have the same stability while they are barefoot. Usage of footwear does not cause significant deterioration of stability in any of groups. Nevertheless most of runners subjectively evaluate the variant of testing barefoot as the simplest. There is more frequent occurence of flat foot among classic runners in comparison with minimalists. Flat foot increases risk of formation injuries, on the contrary, regular compensation motion activity decreases this risk.

Hodnocení aktuálního stavu držení těla a výskyt ploché nohy u sportující a nesportující mládeže v Západních Čechách. / The Evaluation of the Current Situation of Posture and Flat Foot Occurrence among the Young, Engaged in the Sports and not Engaged in the Sports in the West Bohemia

Zeman, Martin January 2019 (has links)
Title: The Evaluation of the Current Situation of Posture and Flat Foot Occurrence among the Young, Engaged in the Sports and not Engaged in the Sports, in the West Bohemia Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to find out the current situation of posture and flat feet occurrence and to evaluate these findings together with a questionnaire survey, focused on the physical activity among a representative sample of young people. Methods: The main methods used to find out the current state of posture were a Matthias' posture test and a diagnostic device for flat feet examination with a polarized light called a podoscope. Plantographs had been evaluated according to the Kapandji score (1985). By the means of the written questionnaire, a basic data about the probands were found out, especially about their interest in the physical activity and their involvement in the sport activity. To determine the optimal weight or overweight, the body mass index BMI was used. By the probands, the BMI was calculated from their recorded body weight and height, using the personal scale Salter 9204WH3R and standalone measure Tanita HR-001. Results: It was discovered 68 % of the tested probands have a faulty posture, and by 32 % of the probands, a flatfoot among 1ř to 3ř occurred. Next, it was found out that a...

Nové trendy v hojení chronických ran / New trends in healing chronic wounds

KREJSKOVÁ, Kamila January 2013 (has links)
Basic theoretical bases As a chronic wound is called a secondarily healing wound which despite adequate therapy does not tend to heal for a period of 6-9 weeks. The cause of the chronic wound occurrence and its transformation into an acute wound can be infection, influence of associated diseases, skin top layer microtraumatization or skin necrosis cavity. Among the most frequent types of chronic wounds there are aligned venous ulcerations, arterial rodent ulcers, decubitus ulcers and neuropathic rodent ulcers as a consequence of diabetes mellitus disease. Knowledge about wound healing has been deepened considerably in the last few years. The pharmaceutical industry introduces to the market continuously new means of phase wound healing and owing to new trends the classical treatment has nearly disappeared. Essay targets 1.To monitor nurse knowledge about new trends in chronic wound healing. 2.To determine what means of draping and bandaging materials are used in chronic wound treatment in practice and what means appear to be the most effective. 3.To find out if in practical terms there are conditions for nurses to use new trends in chronic wound healing and what constraints they meet in their endeavour to apply these trends. 4.To learn if patients with a non-healing wound are informed about new trends in chronic wound healing. 5.To learn if new trends in chronic wound healing are available for affected patients and in what extent they are used by them. 6.To determine if new trends in chronic wound healing improve life quality of patients with chronic wounds. Used methods The empirical part of the diploma work was processed with a tool of qualitative research inquiry. For data acquisition I chose the technique of semi-structured interview with respondents. For research inquiry I selected two groups of respondents. The first group of respondents was comprised of 10 nurses employed in Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. and in the other group there were 5 patients hospitalized in this facility. The interview findings were analysed and divided into categories. For clear arrangement there were created schemes to individual categories in XMind programme. The schemes are supplied with commentary and several quotations of the respondents. Findings From interview analyses it is clear that there is a certain influence of individuality. In the first part there is monitored nurse knowledge about modern trends in chronic wound healing. The conclusion of the research is that in all sections where interviewed nurses work chronic wounds are treated by the way of wet (phase) healing. I also found out that there are several therapeutic and draping materials suitable for all phases of chronic wound healing. There are also described a few practical problems which make effective care about chronic wounds difficult. In the second part there are mentioned particular defects in patient acquaintance with modern methods in wound healing and insufficient education by medical staff. There are also described all problems which deteriorate life quality of patients with chronic wounds. Conclusion The chronic wound healing methods have changed completely in the last few years. Pharmaceutical firms introduce to the market a lot of new materials facilitating very effective and comfortable care about wounds. However, this fact requires continuous education of medical staff participating in the chronic wound treatment. This brings positive results and finally decreases economic costs of care about patients with chronic wounds.

Mikrovaskulární a makrovaskulární komplikace diabetes mellitus 2. typu / Microvascular and macrovascular complication diabetes mellitus 2. type

Šnorová, Markéta January 2017 (has links)
In my thesis I dealt with the theme of very serious and widespread diseases of civilization posed by diabetes mellitus (diabetes), type 2. Incidence of the disease is considered a pandemic of the 21st century. I focused on macro- and microvascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the description of type 2 diabetes in terms of its origin, course, diagnosis and treatment, including komplkací. In the practical part I am devoted to a survey of diabetic patients in the waiting rooms of several diabetics. Through the questionnaire, I investigated how respondents have access to their disease. Whether they know their blood glucose levels as they are treated, whether they realize the seriousness of their illness if they have already expressed complications of diabetes and how to approach the treatment, if observe regime measures. The respondents' answers, I analyzed and processed using graphs.

Deformačně-napěťová analýza fixace kostí palce nohy / Strain-stress analysis of fixed bone of foot

Zapletal, Jakub January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with analysis of the rigidity of different variations of foot fixations. In the thesis there is a description of elementary anatomy of foot and its patology. Furthermore the possible corrections of hallux deformities and chosen fixators are described. The problem of analysis is soluted by the method of finite elements. The thesis also includes steps of geometery model creation based on 3D scanning. Three differents types of fixations are compared in this thesis and each of them is created in two different levels of details. There is a comparation, analysis of final solutions and chosen influences on the rigidity in the conclusion.

Modifikace přistávacího zařízení letounu Irbis / Modification of the landing gear of the Irbis aircraft

Forman, Tomáš January 2021 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the landing gear rebuild from tail gear to nose gear of the M-4 Irbis aircraft. The first chapter presents the aircraft in its current state and includes some technical data, too. The theoretical information about types of landing gears, its characteristics, pros and cons and the typical representatives for each type of landing gear are mentioned in the second chapter. The third chapter is about landing gear loads that occur during landing and about the load calculation according to UL 2 regulation. The following chapter shows the construction of the new landing gear, including some of the suggested, but not realised, designs. In the fifth chapter, there is a landing gear strength calculation of some of the gear components. The calculation is analytical and then uses FEM. The very last chapter then shows the effect of new landing gear on the centre of gravity in its extreme positions. The chapter also compares aircraft masses with both landing gears.

Řehůřková, Markéta January 2012 (has links)
Title: The effect of sensomotoric stimulation on flat foot of children Introduction: Flat foot is a common health problem in childhood. Its development is related to congenital or acquired dysfunction of the plantar vault. There is no single opinion on the criteria for diagnosis and therapy forms. The aftereffects and health risks of flat foot are often neglected. The therapy form of sensomotoric stimulation, including balance exercises and walking barefoot over different surfaces, could be an appropriate part of the physical activities and games for children in kindergarten. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to compare foot prints of a group of children from one kindergarten class before and after six months of sensomotoric stimulation by three different methods (the Chippaux-Šmiřák method, the Godunov-Sztriter method and the Mayer method.). The second objective was to determine at what age category will be the highest prevalence of flat feet and also at what age group is the biggest improvement of the foot arch. The third objective was to compare each other method and determine whether the results will match. Hypothesis 1: After six months of sensomotoric stimulation of the feet of children occurs in the majority of feet of probands the improvement of the longitudinal foot arch...
