This Master’s Thesis deals with the analysis of current situation in company AŽD, s.r.o. and of its financial planning model. On the basis of findings, the work includes the proposal of improvement this model.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to analyse the financial health of the Mercedes saloon a.s. company and compares it within one industry, with entrepreneurs and BMW saloon a.s. and Audi saloon a.s., in the period 2005-2009 on the basis of the selected financial analysis method. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and analytical.The theoretical section explains the basic concepts and approaches to financial analysis. The practical part is focused on assessment of a financial situation of the selected company by means of partial analysis. At the end there are presented overall evaluation of a financial situation of the selected company and recommendations leading to improvement in problematic areas.

Goal of this master‘s thesis is to evaluate financial stability of company MOTORTEC spol. s r.o. by using financial analysis methods and to form proposals of solution in problematic sections.

This master’s thesis analyses the financial situation of a chosen company from 2008 until 2010. During the process of research and writing the theoretical starting points are stated, these are then followed by the application of certain methods of strategic and financial analysis. Conclusions drawn from the analytical part form the base for making suggestions, which will lead to the increase in the competitiveness of the company.

The diploma thesis solves the optimization of operating funding for Sanexport, s. r. o. This theory closely specifies individual credit products on the financial market in the Czech republic, which are provided by banking and nonbanking providers. On a practical level the diploma evaluates current situation of operating funding of the company with focusing on criterion of cost. It contains suggestions of solution optimization of operating funding based on the analysis of the representative products banking and nonbanking institutions.
