Diplomová práce se věnuje specifikům řízení nestátních neziskových organizací (NNO), které nezaměstnávají žádné pracovníky. Jsou řízeny pouze dobrovolníky. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými východisky a poznatky z oblasti neziskových organizací. Empirická část se skládá z výzkumu charakteristik a specifických oblastí, předností a nedostatků v řízení NNO. Závěr obsahuje doporučení směřující ke zvýšení efektivity neziskových organizací.

Práce se zabývá analýzou občanských válek v současné subsaharské Africe. Zaměřuje se na definování jejich příčin a následků, popis vybraných válek a v závěru shrnuje možná východiska a překážky demokratizace Afriky.

V práci je popisován vznik a vývoj veřejně prospěšné organizace, jsou zde podchyceny právní, finanční, personální a PR skutečnosti. Rovněž jsou zde popsány rizika a problémy při zakládání subjektu.

Immaterial harm in civil law - Abstract My thesis is focused on immaterial harm in civil law. It is a topic nowadays broadly discussed because its creation is most often associated with interference in the personal rights and its consequences are very severe. The aim of my thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the possibilities of creation immaterial harm and the ways of remedying its consequences. The work deals with the effective legislation, meaning mainly the Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code (hereinafter "the new Civil Code"). In some parts of my work is pointed towards now uneffective legislation of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code from the year 1964 which is siginificantly different from the new Civil Code. The first chapter defines the basic terms associated with the topic of immaterial harm. The following chapter discusses the development of creation of immaterial harm in our area and describes the reasons for the necessity of protecting the personal rights and also creation of obligation to compensate for losses by unlawful encroachments. The third chapter deals with individual partial values of human personality and evaluates its regulation and protection method. Resume Establishment and development of NGOs in the 90's of the 20th century meant the development of the civic associations as an integral part of the nonprofit sector. Civic associations are associations of citizens to use common activities and interests. These activities can be sport, culture (theater), leisure time activities (Sudoku game) or any other leisure activity. The aim of my work hasn't been focusing on the appearance and disappearance of civic associations, but my job was to describe the basic tax obligations. Tax obligations of civic associations are derived depending on what specific activities the association is engaged. Regardless, civic associations are always tax payers of tax on corporate income (income tax of legal person). This obligation arises from the registration of civic associations on the Ministry of Interior and from any operation. The tax applies to entities based in the Czech Republic. Incomes are taxed from the resources of the Czech Republic and abroad. For sources from abroad is necessary to follow the tax laws and tax liability abroad. Foreign incomes are affected by agreements for the avoidance of double taxation. Not all income is subject to income tax of legal person, if it is labeled as income, may be exempt from the law. Subject of this master's degree thesis is to delineate basic aspects of legal provisions connected with compensation of damage under Civil law. Main legal document, which regulates compensation of damage in the Czech Republic is Act no. 40/1964, as amended. This Act provides the basic elements of compensation, which include the general conditions of liability, method of compensation, the individual types of damage, etc. This master's degree thesis is dedicated mainly to the compensation of damage, whereas general and special liability is neglected, because it does not relate directly to the assigned topic. This master's degree thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter of this master's degree thesis deals with basic institutes of compensation of damage in general. It includes description of basic function, subjects, lapse and court's moderation right all related to compensation of damage in general. The second chapter deals with basic assumptions of liability for damage such as illegal act or law qualified event causing damage, damage, causation and fault as well as circumstances excluding illegality, kinds of damages or main conditions related to the fault. The thesis will analyze the current state of life sports club TJ Handball Jindrichuv Hradec, with an emphasis on economic, organizational and internal and external social aspects. Based on the findings will be formulated recommendations for further development of the sports club.
