The aim of the diploma thesis is to try to provide a comprehensive interpretation and analysis of the legal institute of easements and their individual aspects in the current legal regulation, taking into account the judicial decisions of the Czech courts after year 1989 as well as the case law of the First Republic related to the General Civil Code. The thesis consists of four parts. The first part deals with the interpretation of the concept of iura in re alinea as the institute superior over easements. In the last chapter of this first part the institute of easements and their basic aspects are generally defined. The second part of the diploma thesis describes the individual stages of the historical development of the institute of easements. The concept of easements in Roman law is being analyzed, taking into account some differences from its conception and modification at present. The following is an interpretation of medieval easements, and finally, the author deals with the modern legal regulations of the easements in the civil law legislation starting from the General Civil Code through the civil codes issued under the Communist regime in 1950 and 1964. Cílem je analýza financování neziskové nestátní organizace ZO ČSOP. Druhým cílem bylo přispění do výzkumu, který probíhá na VŠE a je zaměřen na faktory úspěchu neziskových organizací. Vybrala jsem ve Středočeském kraji a v Praze 20 organizací, které jsem osobně navštívila a provedla u nich tento výzkum. Fundraising hraje klíčovou roli ve vývoji a růstu organizace. Přínosem pro organizaci bylo získání grantu od evropského sociálního fondu na doplnění sítě center environmentální výchovy, vzdělávání a osvěty. Dalším úspěšným projektem je grant na síť center pasivních domů. Mezi nejvýraznější schopnosti organizace patří flexibilita, přístup dobrovolníků, kvalitní informační činnost, zaměření se na kvalitu služeb a hlavně na ochranu přírody.Finanční zdraví celého Českého svazu ochránců přírody jsem hodnotila pomocí ukazatelů finanční analýzy.

This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of financing civic associations and their accounting and tax implications. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of non-profit organizations then thesis deals with civic associations, their taxation and accounting. The following chapter deals with the sources of financing of civic associations and their capture in accounting and also there is mentioned the issue of fundraising. Own work is mainly devoted to the analysis of a funding specific civic association and subsequently evaluating the current funding with recommendations to raise additional funds. On model example is calculated the tax liability and are demonstrated impacts of the recommended changes in funding the civic association. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the legal institute of the easements in its complexity placing emphasis on the current legal regulation of this institute in the Czech Civil Code. The diploma thesis deals with the most important practical issues inherently linked to this legal institute with reference to the relevant judicial decisions and suggested solutions of the mentioned problems are presented. Tématem diplomové práce je situace českých seniorů v současné společnosti 21. století, respektive zabezpečení jejich života z pohledu státní pomoci. Skupina seniorů se rozrůstá na úkor nejmladších lidských jedinců, přičemž vznikají stále se zvyšující nároky na její zabezpečení. Klidné a důstojné stáří je životním snem každého člověka. I přes tento všeobecný cíl jsou postoje jedinců velmi individuální a přístup státu se tomuto konceptu přibližuje jen minimálně. Proto ve společnosti vzniká prostor, který vyplňují nestátní neziskové organizace. Nestátní neziskové organizace ve společnosti z důvodu občanské nesvobody chyběly, nicméně nyní jejich počet narůstá. V sociální oblasti vyplňují nedostatky činnosti státu, poskytují starým občanům vyšší komfort služeb, individuální péči, jejich činnost je finančně dostupná a hlavně akceptují soukromí každého jedince.

The aim of this work is to map out the general requirements for content and types of internal directives for private non-profit type of organization - civic associations. After analyzing the use of directives in this type of organization dedicated to the work of drawing up the specific requirements in various civic-oriented organizations.

This diploma’s thesis deals with a problem of the project management in connection with the founding of non-profit organizations. The aim of this thesis is to create a project proposal, which would allow founding of a non-profit organization and ensuring its financing. The non-profit organization will be founded in order to arrange the leisure activities of children and youth. During the making of the project proposal the methods which are being used in the project management by the international organization IPMA were used.

The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the problematics of dissolution and termination of foundations which is an area quite insufficiently explored and discussed by the professional legal public. The other aim of this thesis was to analyse and evaluate recent Czech legislation of foundation area. Opening part of this thesis is dedicated to the general concept of a foundation as a legal person focusing on the conceptual elements of this legal entity; e. g. its establishment, creation, property, possibility to finance itself through some business activities, compulsory bodies and its activity.
