Hodnocení individuálního herního výkonu ve fotbale u hráčů kategorie U10 / Assessment of individual game performance in football players U10Kuta, Marek January 2021 (has links)
Name: Assessment of individual game performance in football players U10 Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to analyse the success rate of the chosen playing skills in competitive matches in the U10 category in football. Methods: The researched group was made of fifteen individuals, including two goalkeepers, with the average age 10 years, ± 0,5 year. The individuals were observed and evaluated in five matches. The method of analysis was used to gather the data. The data were taken down by the scale system and written into the recording sheet. Three football skills were chosen for the research - pass, dribbling past the opponent, and ball reception. Nonparametric coefficient r was used for the determination of material significance of the differences. Results: Much higher success rate of the pass was discovered on the defensive half in comparison to the attacking half (85,84 % vs. 72,37 %; r = 0,83). Dribbling past the opponent was more frequent on the attacking half in comparison to the defensive half (28,37 vs. 21,67; coefficient r = 0,78), however, there was not any significant difference in the success on the attacking half in comparison to the defensive half (57,39 % vs. 53,39 %; coefficient r = 0,27). Player's passes were more successful compared to their dribbling-past-the-opponent skill...

Zneužití práva Evropské unie / Abuse of European Union lawMatějec, Martin January 2021 (has links)
Abuse of European Union law Abstract The aim of this dissertation is to analyze the principle of the prohibition of abuse of EU law and its applicability in various areas of EU law. The dissertation focuses mainly on the analysis of the case law of the Court of Justice, which plays a crucial role in defining the principle and the scope of its application. The following research questions are set out in the dissertation: 1) What practice constitutes the abuse of law under EU law?; 2) Does the Court of Justice apply only one single principle of the prohibition of abuse of EU law or does it apply various principles to different areas covered by EU law?; 3) If there is only one principle of the prohibition of abuse of EU law, how is this principle applied in various areas of EU law? Is the principle applied always in the same manner or are there areas of EU law that are subject to a more restrictive application of this principle? 4) What are the legal means that can prevent the abusive practices of economic operators or more precisely what are the legal means that can reduce the abuse of law? In order to answer these research questions the dissertation is divided into five parts. The first part defines the notion of abuse of law and the purpose of the principle of the prohibition of abuse of law, which finds...

Determinanty poptávky po daňových rájích: Empirická studie z České republiky / Determinants of the Demand for Tax Haven Operations: Empirical Evidence from the Czech RepublicBurianová, Markéta January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to explore the firm-specific determinants of the demand for tax haven operations by Czech firms. Our objective is to better understand the firms' incentives for tax haven use, and furthermore whether there exists cross-haven heterogeneity in those incentives. The thesis examines the firms' tax haven investment behaviour by analysing firm-level data for 15,530 Czech firms for year 2013. To the extent of our knowledge, this has been the first research of its kind devoted to Czech firms. The evidence suggests that larger, more profitable firms with larger international presence are most likely to use tax havens. The analysis also indicates that higher firm indebtedness is associated with greater likelihood of establishing tax haven operations. This would suggest Czech firms engage in profit shifting through the use of debt financing. Furthermore, service firms were found to be more likely to use tax havens than manufacturing firms. This contrasts with previous research where R&D intensity was a leading indicator of tax haven use. Additionally, we found significant cross-haven heterogeneity in the determinants, particularly in the sector-specific characteristics. In our sample, service firms favoured Cyprus and the Netherlands, while manufacturing firms preferred Luxembourg...

Srovnání herních činností jednotlivce v utkání a tréninkovém procesu ve fotbale / Comparison of individual gaming activities in a match and training process in football.Jura, Ondřej January 2012 (has links)
Title: Comparison of individual gaming activities in a match and training process in football. Objectives: Comparison of success of selected offensive individual gaming activities in a match and training process in SK Slavia Prague, category U-11 and U-10. Methods: The success of individual gaming activities between training process and the matches was compared by the method of indirect observation using video records of three matches and test battery. Matches showed different quality, so their overall results were taken into account by the coefficients of difficulty. Test battery included six exercises focused on the observed individual gaming activities. Based on the collected score from the test battery and percentage of success of the match the interval scale was identified through the standard deviation. Both values were compared. Results: The investigation showed that the quality of the observed individual gaming activities in the training process largely reflected in the game. This is illustrated by the finding that five of the eight observed players obtained the same results in battery test and observed matches. Keywords: Diagnosis of individual gaming activities, test battery, evading opponents, passing, shooting, coefficient of difficulty.

Obcházení zákona, skutečný obsah právních úkonů a zneužití práva ve vztahu k daňovému plánování / Circumvention of the law, real contents of legal acts and the abuse of law in relation to tax planningHorák, Milan January 2013 (has links)
The purpose of my thesis is to analyze and characterize circumvention of the law, real content of legal acts and abuse of law in relation to tax planning. To combat tax abuse tax administrator has these three instruments available which in turn set limits of tax planning. The thesis is composed of four chapters. Chapter One differentiates between tax planning, tax abuse and tax evasion as different methods of lowering tax liability. Chapter Two consists of four subchapters, first three containing analysis and characteristic of circumvention of the law, real contents of legal acts and abuse of law. Each of these subchapters builds upon general definition which is then refined by case law of the Supreme Administrative Court and concludes with typical cases. The fourth subchapter deals with "tax evasion by other means" which some authors consider a similar instrument. The third chapter summarizes the current legislative state of these instruments and offers some thoughts de lege ferenda. The fourth chapter contains deeper analysis of the most important case law relating to individual instruments. Chapter Four should serve the reader as a reference while reading Chapter Two. Thesis illustrates the most typical cases of each individual instrument and concludes that the abuse of law doctrine is the most...
