The thesis is focused on analyzing the process of delegation and its implementation in practice in monitored company Goldbeck Prefabeton s.r.o. Delegation of tasks is part of each company and for effective achieving the targets, it is important not to neglect this concept. The theoretical part focuses on notions of delegation and apart of his process thoroughly. Within definitions have been included advantages and disadvantages delegation barriers that prevent the proper functioning of the delegation and activities which cannot delegate and the selection of a suitable employee. The practical part describes the company, her history and her current developments. It also focuses on the own survey, which was conducted a questionnaire survey and structured interviews with managers of the company. On the ascertain results there are defined problem areas and make a suggestion of suitable recommendations which lead to improve the quality of management work to future. In conclusion is evaluation the level of delegation processes in selected company.

Legal regulation of the NATURA 2000 network Abstract The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of the Natura 2000 network, namely its creation and its subsequent protection. Natura 2000 is the network that primarily serves to the protection of biodiversity on the territory of the selected protected sites, which is created by the member states of the European Union on their terriotory. The creation and the protection of the Natura 2000 network are based on two major regulations of the secondary EU law, specifically Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds and Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora. To achieve the most comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation were used five main chapters, into them is the thesis divided. The first chapter introduces the concept of Natura 2000, it describes the purpose of this network and also the principles on which it is based. The second chapter describes the international legal regulation in relation to the Natura 2000 network, this chapter contains the list of international agreements that are also focused on the nature protection and with that they present the basis for Natura 2000 network. The thesis deals with frequency domain finite elements and time domain finite elements. Derivation of the wave equation, generation of the discretization mesh and the composition of matrices for solving wave equation are presented. Exploitation of COMSOL Multiphysics for the analysis of the electromagnetic wave propagation in a wave guide is explained. Finally, in this thesis is described the m-file of MATLAB for analyzing electric field intensity of the waveguide in longitudinal direction to both domain. In last part is concisely exposed perfect match layers.

This thesis deals with the legal regime of the protected areas and zones designed to protect the soil.The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is devoted to a general definition of the environment and describes the reasons why to protect them. The second chapter deals with soil protection in general, and mainly focuses on the problems they are currently facing with the land protection. The third chapter is devoted to the sources of legislation on the soil protection. Chapter four and five of the thesis includes a central and legal analysis of soil conservation in protected areas and zones in the laws on nature protection and landscape in the Water Act. Each institute is described, defined, and especially emphasize the special legal regime consisting mainly of the bans and restrictions on certain activities in the area through which the soil is being protected. Fifth and sixth chapter focuses on soil protection contained in the Act on spas and mining.

The organization, founded to provide education in accordance with relevant legislation,is not a typical business organization. Even if such an organization is not primarily focused on making a profit it has basically the same needs as a regular business entity. The organization needs to set its internal system of economic management based on the chosen strategy and real "business" plan, choose an effective marketing strategy to gain clients and to be competitive in a market economy environment. Moreover, we need to know and meet legislative requirements relating both to the relevant area of education and then on the very organization that provides education. Private School, which bears the form of a school legal entity, in a situation where by law to their complementary activities can develop entrepreneurial activities, but these activities can in no way limit the principal, ie the educational activities of the school. In our society the education is regarded as a public service that is or should be given for free, especially basic education. Indeed Municipalities have an obligation to ensure compulsory education for all children residing within their territories and public schools have an obligation to provide basic education free of charge. Finances of public schools are covered by regional budgets in particular, private schools are eligible for non-investment grants linked to the number of pupils in school. Conditions for the individual operating in the area of preschool and primary education, are manifestly diverse, affecting both the competitive environment, and efficiency of the education system.

Vietnamese food stores are located all over the Czechia and are often the only option for food purchases in non-metropolitan areas. This dissertation is focused on the study of Vietnamese retail in the context of the problems of serviceability of small towns and rural settlements in the Czechia. One of the main goals of this dissertation is to verify whether Vietnamese businesses are one of the ways to save the ever-falling rural service functions. Considering that the issue of rural service provision is an extensive topic, the work only yields partial results that will need to be verified in further studies. The introductory sections analyze the processes of Vietnamese migration into our country and subsequently characterize the development of retail. The next part focuses on the operation of Vietnamese retail where structured interviews conducted within the research serve as a main source of information. The quantitative part of the research focuses on the issue of the distribution of shops, and, in the empirical part, using questionnaire the functioning of the Zásmuky retail trade with a focus on Vietnamese food stores is assessed. 1 Abstract This thesis deals with a complete legal analysis of the process of the creation and the protection of the Natura 2000 network. The Natura 2000 system is a system of protected areas created on its territory by all EU Member States. Its aim is to protect the rarest and the most endangered species of wild plants, wildlife and natural habitat types occurring within the European Union. At the heart of the network there are two key legal acts of secondary legislation on nature protection, namely Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds and Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats. The diploma thesis is structured into five voluminous chapters. In the first chapter, the author mentions international treaties which, with their subject-matter of protection, intertwine with the natura's directives and (not only) laid the foundation for their later admission.
