Návrh stabilizátoru automobilu / Design of vehicle suspension stabilizer

Krasula, Jan January 2011 (has links)
This master’s thesis is focused on a design of the formula student’s anti-roll bar. The beginning of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of the anti-roll bar function and the explanation of its effect on a vehicle including the analysis of various constructions. Second part deals with the Formula Student competition. There is the analysis of the formula Ford’s anti-roll bar as a starting point for our own design. In the section which deals with the anti-roll bar design several alternatives are designed, the stress analysis of components are made and multi body system models are developed for final solutions. These models serve for further analyses of driving characteristics of the vehicle.

Analýza mechanických vlastností balzového dřeva na mesoúrovni pomocí zkušebního stroje iErudio

Grossová, Olga January 2015 (has links)
This thesis analysis the mechanical properties of balsa wood mesolevel using the test machine iErudio. The thesis aim is to experimentally determine the mechanical properties of balsa wood (Ochroma lagopus). On the prototype minimachine iErudio is a set of measurements. Specifically, tensile and bending tests. Another objective is to determine the Poisson ratio on measured levels. These properties will be obtained from image data recorded device iErudio and calculated using the digital image correlation. Another objective is to evaluate the work done with the prototype device, point out the advantages and disadvantages. To analyse data using a commercial computer program VIC 3D and Mercury RT, which process the results using digital image correlation. The work has provided us with confirmation of mechanical characteristics of balsa and the suitability of using "minimachine" iErudio the performed tests.

Analýza procesu kování háku čelisťového výměnového závěru / Analysis of a Forging Process of the Jaw Turnout Lock Hook

Barták, Jan January 2020 (has links)
The thesis is focused on optimalization of jaw turnout lock hook forging process which is used in rail transport and is forged from steel of 13 240 grade. Production process of the hook, that is being used in Královopolská kovárna s.r.o. company now, leads to fold defect in the inner side of curved part formation. Conditions of the folds formation were defined using the numeric simulation of this process in Simufact Forming software. After that improvements such as change of semi-finished product size, change of geometry of ancestor shape, bending tools and forging die were made according to linear study of this problematics. These volumetric and geometric changes were verified using the simulation in software and relocation defect did not appear.

Víceprvkové systémy biomateriálů na bázi hořčíku a zinku / Multi-element Systems of Biomaterials Based on Magnesium and Zinc

Hasoňová, Michaela January 2020 (has links)
Dissertation thesis deals with basic research in the field of materials from pure Zn powders and Mg, Zn, and Ca binary mixtures prepared by powder metallurgy. General powder metallurgy principles and methods, a brief description of Mg, Zn, and Ca structure and properties, and the latest research in the field of bulk materials preparation from these elements via powder metallurgy are summarized in the theoretical part of the thesis. The experimental part focuses on the preparation of materials from finer and coarser Zn powder particles by hot pressing at 300 and 400 °C using the pressure of 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 MPa. Binary mixtures based on Mg with the addition of Zn or Ca were prepared by hot pressing in the solid-state (300 °C) and hot pressing in the semi-solid state (400 °C, 450 °C in the case of Mg-Ca system) using the pressure of 500 MPa. Binary mixtures based on Zn with the addition of Mg or Ca were prepared by hot pressing in the semi-solid state (400 °C) using the pressure of 500 MPa. The prepared materials were evaluated in terms of microstructure, elemental and phase composition, microhardness, flexural strength, and fractography. The results showed that in the case of processed from pure Zn powders, a better combination of the flexural strength and displacement was achieved in the case of the finer Zn powder, namely in the material prepared at a temperature of 400 °C and a pressure of 500 MPa. In the case of mixtures, the best connection between the powder particles was achieved in the case of a material based on finer Zn powder with 0.5 wt.% of Mg, which had a significant effect on the achieved values of flexural strength and displacement. The amount of minor powder in the mixture had a significant effect on the prepared material structure and phase composition, while the processing conditions influenced the reached strength characteristics and fracture mechanism.

Hodnocení napjatostního chování lepeného konstrukčního dřeva pomocí DIC analýzy. / Evaluation of load-deformation characteristics of glued timber using DIC analysis

Šot, Michal January 2015 (has links)
The work deals with issues of evaluation of the shear properties of timber structural materials, particularly CLT elements. The work contains an overview of extensive research so far presented scientific studies dealing with the characteristic shear properties of wood. In the practical part was carried out the experiment dealing with the failure mode of transverse lamellae of CLT elements that were exposed to shear stress. There were observed individual effects that this may affect the material properties. In the first part of the experiment were performed numerical models using FEM. In the second part, the test specimens were tested in three point bending. Here, attention was paid to the influence of macroscopic properties of wood on the distribution of stress cracks and shear strength, the tests were recorded using DIC system.

Mechanické vlastnosti hořčíkové slitiny AZ91E připravené metodou ECAP / Mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ91E prepared by ECAP method

Darida, Jiří January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with mechanical and fatigue properties of magnesium alloy AZ91 processed by EX-ECAP method. This method involves the application of extrusion followed by equal-channel angular pressing. To obtain basic mechanical characteristics, the tensile test were carried out at room and elevated temperatures. Further the fatigue tests were performed and obtained data were used to compile S-N curve. The work also includes metallographics analysis of microstructure and fractographic analysis of fracture surfaces of tensile and fatigue test specimens.
