應用判別及叢聚分析探討職業滿意度影響因素之研究 / Analyzing the factors of job satisfaction by using discriminant analysis and cluster analysis

高級人力的培育和充分利用, 是政府施政的基本目標,當我們論及高級人 力的運用時,具有大專(含)以上學歷的工作者對目前職業的滿意程度是不 能忽略的一項因素。「職業滿意度」是指就業者在工作情境中所得到的心 理反應狀態而言。滿意程度的高低, 會影響到工作的效率,以至於整個工 作單位的績效。因此, 工作者滿意程度與否,亦為探討人力運用問題時重 要的一環。本文以實際問卷調查資料,就影響職業滿意度的因素對就業者 的職業滿意度作判別分析。傳統上的判別分析方法,都是用來處理連續性 資料, 而本文所要分析的資料都是離散資料 , 即屬質化(qualitative)的 變數。文中介紹一種離散資料的判別分析方法, 及應用在實際資料的分析 結果;另外,本文進而嘗試以一般用於處理連續性資料的常態假設及無母數 統計法來分析離散資料, 所得的判別結果與離散資料 判別法相比較。最 後本文以叢聚分析法, 來討論職業別對職業滿意度的叢聚狀況。

順序尺度資料間之相關性研究

摘要 皮爾森相關係數通常作為描述區間尺度變數間相關性的參考指標,然而在社會科學領域中,由於資料多數以順序尺度的形式呈現,因此藉由傳統的皮爾森相關係數來描述順序尺度資料間的相關性通常會導致某種程度的誤差。儘管如此,以往的文獻多數傾向支持以等距離分數來取代順序尺度資料,並直接計算皮爾森相關係數。藉由模擬實驗的結果,我們發現這樣的作法並非在所有情況下都合理。 此外本研究中也對多序類相關係數進行探討。就表示順序變數間相關性的準確程度而言,多序類相關係數明顯優於利用等距離分數來計算皮爾森相關係數的方法;但若以操作上的便利程度而言,後者仍具有其優勢。 關鍵字:順序尺度、皮爾森相關係數、多序類相關係數。 / Abstract Pearson correlation coefficient is typically used to describe the correlation between two interval-scaled variables. In social science, however, most of the data are represented in ordinal-scale, and hence describing the correlation between two ordinal-scaled variables in terms of Pearson correlation coefficient would inevitably result in certain errors. Though the practice is deemed acceptable and generally supported in literatures, we found, through intensive simulations, that it should be executed with care. Polychoric correlation coefficient was also investigated. In order to describe the correlation between two ordinal-scaled variables, we found, in terms of the degree of accuracy, that Polychoric correlation coefficient is definitely better than Pearson correlation coefficient with equal-distance scores. Pearson correlation coefficient, on the other hands, is much easier to calculate, and should not be totally ignored. The point of this thesis was to perform listening tests. Appropriate methods of performance were selected for these tests, tests were carried out and the data were analyzed using statistical analysis. Then was compiled the resulting interval scale from results of the first test and in the second listening test were determined average values SNR for background noises.
