Velkoplošná územní ochrana přírody v České republice a vybraných evropských zemích z právního pohledu / Large-scale Nature Conservation Areas in the Czech Republic and Selected European Countries in the Legal Context

Mazancová, Eva January 2017 (has links)
The main goal of the thesis is to analyze and compare the degree of protection of the large-scale nature conservation areas in the legal orders of the Czech Republic, the Russian Federation and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and, in the conclusion of the thesis, to answer the question of whether these countries' regulation provides a sufficiently effective protection to these areas. Legal orders of the examined countries are analyzed with regard to the scope and effectiveness of the large-scale nature conservation legal instruments. Administrative instruments are examined and compared, including the degree of proprietary rights restrictions and related compensations of property loss. Furthermore, the conceptual and economic instruments (both positive and negative stimulation) are also examined. The analysis also focuses on the regulation of legal liability in regard to the large-scale nature conservation. Next, the thesis focuses on the institutional framework of the large-scale nature conservation in the examined countries and on the evaluation of the scope of the nature protection authorities' competence. Another point of interest is the degree to which the rights of the relevant subjects (owners, municipalities, environmental NGOs) are affected by the designation of a...

Spolupráce sociálního pracovníka s výchovným poradcem / The Cooperation among Social Workers and Education Welfare Officers

ŠRÁMKOVÁ, Klára January 2016 (has links)
High-school students' behavioural problems are caused by a number of factors. These include individual genetic dispositions as well as family upbringing and other environmental influences. Recently, adolescent problem behaviour has become an increasingly discussed issue. It therefore seems necessary to be able to respond to this challenge in the best possible way and look for appropriate strategies that may effectively remedy the situation. It is therefore useful to have a team of multidisciplinary experts available that is equipped to face such problems and able to guide the child through the entire process. The first one to notice problem behaviour may be the parent, teacher, or class-mate. The list may also include education welfare officer who is typically in charge of handling such issues at school. Their role in tackling problem behaviour is in fact essential. The same applies to the other experts involved in work with students namely social workers from the child's legal protection and social welfare department unit, court employees, police officers, employees of institutions dealing with children's behavioural disorders etc. The social worker that assist families to manage adolescent problem behaviour or other family issues often plays an important role in the struggling young person's life these days. The thesis is based on a qualitative type of research, interview being its main data collection method. The individual case studies this thesis works with were identified beforehand and included social workers, education welfare officers as well as students. The data have been obtained through semi-structured interviews. The actual data collection took place from March to April 2016. For the sake of maintaining their authenticity, the interviews were transcribed literally, with no further editing. In this particular thesis, the social workers and educational consultants involved in dealing with students of vocational and professional high-schools were specifically targeted. These workers were identified according to the schools location, namely in Břeclav District. Another researched unit were the apprentices of the Břeclav District vocational school. There are two objectives of this thesis; the first one tackling mutual cooperation of the education welfare officers and the social worker, the second on focusing the students and their interest in the support services at their school. The conclusions of the research indicate that education welfare officers and social workers are fairly satisfied with their cooperation. Both groups work under significant time pressure that does not allow them to deal with a specific case beyond certain limit and they welcome if problematic cases are first investigated by the institution that primary deals with them. The most common problems are absenteeism, students' inappropriate behaviour, study problems and personal troubles, bullying, school performance and family financial problems. In case of the second research question that focuses on students, the research conclusions indicate that most often, the apprentices prefer to handle their problems at home with their parents or at school with their class-mates, friends, teachers, head-teachers or with an actual education welfare officers as well as with a psychologist. Trust is being regarded as very important in such situations. Most of the respondents were able describe the role of a welfare officer with success. With the exception of one female student, all respondents indicated they would be willing to contact the education welfare officer if they had problems.

Specifické metody sociální práce s rodinou v průběhu řízení o výkonu rodičovské odpovědnosti po rozvodu manželství / Specific Methods of Social Work with Families in the Course of the Exercise of Parental Responsibility after Divorce

BALOUN, Ingrid January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the specific methods of social work with a family during the post-divorce child custody trial. The goal of my thesis is to find out what methods are applied by social workers during their work with families at child custody trial. I stated the research inquiry as follows: what are the barriers identifed by social workers during their work with families undergoing a post-divorce child custody trial? As for the empirical part of the thesis, I adopted the method of qualitative research in the form of partially structured interviews with social workers. The interviewed sample consists of twelve social workers who were at the time engaged in post-divorce child custody trials. Two main critierions were set for selecting the twelve interviewees - the first criterion being that the social workers must be currently working with families during a post-divorce child custody trial, and the second being that all the social workers have been working for an institution for social and legal protection of children for at least one year. The research has brought the following outcomes: the social workers in question mostly adopt the task-oriented approach as well as the anti-oppressive approach. During a conversation with clients the most commonly used method is active listening. With children, it would be the drawing method. On my way to reaching the goal of my thesis I identified a social workers related problem: half the interviewees did not know what methods there are in the field of social work. Most interviewees said that the biggest barrier in their work is the client who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs and also one that is aggressive. The thesis identified some demerits of social workers as well as their seniors, for instance the failing to follow the norms, and could, hopefully help them to realize these flaws and retrieve them in the future.

Porovnání přístupů k otázce souběhu výkonu funkce člena statutárního orgánu a zaměstnaneckého poměru v obchodních korporacích ve francouzském a českém právním řádu / Comparison of approaches to the issue of the concurrence of performance of the function of a member of the statutory body and the employment relationship in commercial corporations in the French and Czech legal order

Babulíková, Kateřina January 2018 (has links)
Comparison of approaches to the issue of the concurrence of the performance of the function of a member of the statutory body and the employment relationship in commercial corporations in the French and Czech legal order The possibility of concurrence of the performance of the function of a member of the statutory body and the employment relationship within one company is traditionally non regulated by Czech legal order. The solution is based on case law which, due its rigorous approach and poorly developed argumentation, does not offer neither clear answer to the question, nor the sufficient level of legal certainty. The thesis aims to analyse the approaches to the issue of the concurrence and its solution in France and the Czech Republic respectively, compare this approaches and propose possible adjustments in the approach of Czech justice to the issue, regarding the decision of the Czech Constitutional court from 13th September 2016, no. I. ÚS. 190/15. The thesis is divided into four parts. First part defines the basic legal notions in context of the legal orders of both countries. In the second and third part are described both approaches to the issue of concurrence of the performance of the function of a member of the statutory body and the employment relationship in France and the Czech...

Příbuzenská pěstounská péče z pohledu sociálního pracovníka orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí / Kinship Foster Care From the Point of View of a Social Worker, an Employee of the Social - Legal Child Protection Autority.

VOLECHOVÁ, Olga January 2012 (has links)
Foster care is being discussed nowadays mainly in connection with conception of planned closing down of children´s homes due to which its enforcement rises. One form is kinship foster care. Relatives of the child become its foster carers. It is beneficial for the child to grow up in a wider family, at the same time some drawbacks of this form of foster care arise. The aim of the thesis was to look into the area of foster care from the point of view of a social worker of the social and legal child protection municipal office with extended autority of the South Bohemia Region. Two partial goals were set. The first one was to find out what the trend in relative foster care is, based on the records of the municipal offices with extended autority of the South Bohemia Region in the years 2005-2010 and the Czech Republic in the same period of time. The second one was to find out what the opinions on kinship foster care of the social workers of the social and legal child protection offices are, those who are in charge of foster care in the South-Bohemia Region. Strategy of qualitative research was chosen. To achieve the first goal, method of secondary data analysis and technique of content data anylysis were applied. To achieve the second goal, questioning method and semi-controlled dialogue technique were used. The first research data file consisted of foster care families registered in the years 2005-2010 with the social and legal child protection municipal offices with extended autority of the Czech Republic. The second one consisted of social workers of the social and legal child protection municipal offices with extended autority of the South Bohemia Region. Three research issues, which were gradually answered in the debate, were defined. Based on the research, two assumptions were determined at the end of the thesis. No.1 ´Social workers consider kinship foster care a suitable solution for social orphans.´ No.2 ´Social workers have critical attitude towards kinship foster care.´ At the end of the thesis, it is proposed to use it in training for social workers as well as in education of students of health and social care courses. The study could be also used in dispute over creation and expansion of professional services for foster carers and relatives.

Význam spolupráce orgánů ochrany veřejného zdraví s veterinární službou v prevenci infekčních onemocnění / The Importance of Public Health Protection and Veterinary Services Cooperation in the Prevention of Infectious Diseases

RICHTROVÁ, Daniela January 2012 (has links)
The word infection is a term which causes uncertainty among people. After all, it is not too long ago when people were dying in pandemics of plague, cholera or influenza. A human can be infected by viruses, bacteria, fungal organisms or parasites, many of which can infect several animal species. Diseases transmissible from animals to humans are called zoonoses. For efficient surveillance of zoonoses the cooperation of both veterinary and hygienic services is required. Its aim is timely detection and elimination of infection sources. It is based primarily on pointed veterinary and hygienic-epidemiological surveillance. In this thesis, I focused on the importance of collaboration of veterinary and public health services in the prevention of infectious diseases. One of the objectives of this work is to compare the occurrence of selected human zoonosis diseases in South Bohemia in the years 2002-2010. The second objective is to compare the extent of anti-epidemic measures adopted by veterinary services and public health authorities. In this thesis, a qualitative-quantitative research was utilized. The research aimed to determine the importance of cooperation of public health authorities and veterinary services in the prevention of infectious diseases. The quantitative part of the survey was conducted through the method of secondary data analysis. In the qualitative part of the survey, a semi-structured interview was held with the head of the epidemiology department of the District Hygienic Station of České Budějovice and with the director of the Regional Veterinary Administration for the South Bohemian Region. On the basis of the results of the research and implemented interviews I came to this conclusion: 1) The co-operation during the transmission of infectious diseases is ensured sufficiently. 2) The range of anti-epidemic measures adopted in the veterinary field and in the field of public health is sufficient. This thesis can serve as an educational material for students studying Bachelor or Master Degree of public health protection, because as public health service employees they will deal with issues related to veterinary supervision in practice.

This master's thesis is focused on the problematic associated with family remediation. It offers a view into the issues connected with working with a family in which there is a child whose biological, social and psychological development is endangered. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we can find an insight into the problematic of family remediation. This part of the thesis also explains the term family remediation, neglect and children at risk. I have focused on family, its function and typology. One of the chapters is focused on families which were included in the family remediation program. The thesis also mentions the course of family remediation, strengthening of parental skills and the social and legal protection of children. In the research part of the thesis my goal is to find out the elements of preventive action in the case of a threat to the development of the child and how in practice parental skills are applied. Consistent with the goal of the thesis three research questions, relating to the function of a multidisciplinary team, questions on how parental skills are strengthened, and what improvements are possible in the context of preventive work with the family, were established. Quantitative research was chosen in order to find the goal. It was realized using the pooling method and using the semi-structured interview technique. The subsequent data analysis was evaluated using the data classification method. In conclusion, both the aim of the thesis and the research questions were fulfilled. From the results we can ensure that case conference is useful in the area of preventive work with family but it's both organizationally and time demanding in small frequencies of realization and in relation to the needs of employees and families. Another finding was that developing an individual child protection plan takes up a lot of time and is the cause of worker's work efficiency deterioration. The gathered information can be beneficial for general public but also for the students of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences as a study material. Also the gathered information could help workers of social and legal protection of children as feedback of their work.
