The main objective of this thesis is the arrangement of theoretical knowledge, sources, and approaches of the scientific authors dealing with the issues of management and functions, managers´ personalities and their managerial skills focusing on both soft and hard skills. The thesis also addresses the theoretical utilization and development opportunities. Furthermore it deals with the improvement of managerial skills in company management with focus mainly on soft and hard skills essential for improving the copmany work efficiency and the management quality. The practical part focuses on the exploration of present managerial skills practice in TOS Varnsdorf company, Inc. The methods of investigation for this diploma thesis are the observation, interview and questionnaire survey, which was compiled on the approaches of the theoretical part. The results of the survey will be evaluated in the practical part and the final part will bring general assessment and recommendations that could lead to the current situation improvement.

Next theoretical part describes the social communication and consequently focuses on communication inside the company. The crucial part of this thesis is practical part. It contains interpretation of the results, verification of given hypothesis and suggestions how to improve findings.

The thesis deals with communication in managerial practice. The aim is to identify the importance managers attach to specific elements of communication. Each of us sees communications as natural and normal activity. However, communication should always correspond to what purpose is served and what style should be used. In conjunction with the management of activities is already communicating on a higher level with its specific aspects. Now setting effective communication is essential for the operation of the company, which alone can compete. Communication is also also an important part of company activities, since it is managerial communication significantly affects not only the prosperity of the company and its operations, but also employee satisfaction and the ability to motivate and to achieve the goals. Managerial communication also helps to manage communications managers and develop their skills. Outputs, which can be obtained by processing data can serve seam managers involved in the research, using data which we obtained via questionnaire. They can then apply not only in their work but also for other workers in the company.

This Diploma thesis deals with analysis of the draft law on non-profit public health organization to hospitals established by the county whose current legal form is a contributory organization. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and analytical. In the first part are sumarized the theoretical knowledge related to the analytical part. The analytical part analyzes the draft law on non-profit public health organization and detection of practical impacts on non-state non-profit healthcare organizations. In this thesis is mainly working with the information of the Hospital TGM Hodonín, contributory organization.

This thesis is focused on the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Opening parts of the work are devoted to the concept in general and its evolution in the context of other theories investigating the issue of responsibility in business as well. The part the work describes recommendations for the implementation process of the CSR concept into an organizational strategy. Following chapters are based on the stakeholder theory and a related specification of the CSR content within three thematic spheres - economic, social and environmental. A part of the work describes opportunities of CSR in a field of a human resources management. The last chapter describes utilization of CSR in the human resource management in the particular company. The chapter also contains recommendations based on the concept of CSR in order to bring positive effects to the company and employees, who are an important group of stakeholders. This diploma thesis deals with the strategic approach to employee training in an organization providing consultancy in the field of technical engineering and technical and economic consulting. Employee education and development is managed by a parent company based in the UK, and the company, aware of the achievement of the organization's strategy and vision, places a lot of emphasis on education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the employee training strategy as one of the personnel activities leading to increasing the competitiveness of the organization and gaining a competitive advantage in the market. Understanding the importance of employees training is one of the basic aspects of an efficient organization and a well-defined strategy along with the HR strategy and, last but not least, the corporate education strategy leads to satisfaction both on the part of the organization and on the human resources side. The thesis is divided into theoretical part dealing with organization strategy, strategic approach to education and organization of employee training and subsequently practical part, including analysis of organization and analysis of the educational strategy together with the proposal for changes based on the research carried out.
