Fenotypové charakteristiky a úspěšnost párování koroptve polní \kur{(Perdix perdix)} / Phenotypic traits and pairing success of the Grey Partridge \kur{(Perdix perdix)}

BLAŽKOVÁ, Pavla January 2009 (has links)
The master thesis works measures of phenotypic traits and unique data of pairing of wild living grey partridges. The secondary sexual traits and theirs variability is described. Especially the relationship between the ornamental traits and the pairing success was researched. The results proved the greater pairing success of males with the larger melanin breast patch and the greater quality of the mate in females with the larger breast patch. The strategy of male floaters, which are realatively well ornamented is discussed.

Vliv rozpouštědla na iontové párovaní a fotoionizaci ve vodě / Solvent effects on ion pairing and photoionization in water

Pluhařová, Eva January 2014 (has links)
Title: Solvent effects on ion pairing and photoionization in water Author: Mgr. et Ing. Eva Pluhařová Department: Physical and Macromoleculer Chemistry Advisor: Prof. Pavel Jungwirth, DSc., IOCB AS CR, v.v.i. Advisor's e-mail address: pavel.jungwirth@uochb.cas.cz Abstract: Various methods of theoretical chemistry, namely classical molecular dynamics simulations with empirical force fields, ab initio molecular dynamics, enhanced sampling methods, and ab initio calculations were used to provide new insight into ion pairing and photoionization in aqueous solutions. Systems mod- eling aqueous solutions of decreasing size were investigated by computational methods of increasing level of sophistication. In a classical molecular dynamics study of concentrated lithium salt solutions, the electronic continuum correction to account for polarization provided qualita- tive improvement over the conventional non-polarizable force fields and enabled molecular interpretation of neutron scattering measurements. The same model- ing approach was also successful in predicting the affinity of halide ions to the solution/oil interface. By combining ab initio molecular dynamics and potential of mean force cal- culations, we designed a reliable computational protocol for calculating the free energy profile for an ion pair...

Weilovo párování / Weil pairing

Luňáčková, Radka January 2016 (has links)
This work introduces fundamental and alternative definition of Weil pairing and proves their equivalence. The alternative definition is more advantageous for the purpose of computing. We assume basic knowledge of elliptic curves in the affine sense. We explain the K-rational maps and its generalization at the point at infinity, rational map. The proof of equivalence of the two mentioned definitions is based upon the Generalized Weil Reciprocity, which uses a concept of local symbol. The text follows two articles from year 1988 and 1990 written by L. Charlap, D. Robbins a R. Coley, and corrects a certain imprecision in their presentation of the alternative definition. Pokrývání kubických grafů párováními / Matching covers of cubic graphs

Slívová, Veronika January 2017 (has links)
Berge and Fulkerson conjectured that for each cubic bridgeless graph there are six perfect matchings such that each edge is contained in exactly two of them. Another conjecture due to Berge says that we can cover cubic bridgeless graphs by five perfect matchings. Both conjectures are studied for over forty years. Abreu et al. [2016] introduce a new class of graphs (called treelike snarks) which cannot be covered by less then five perfect matchings. We show that their lower bound on number of perfect matchings is tight. Moreover we prove that a bigger class of cubic bridgeless graphs admits Berge conjecture. Finally, we also show that Berge-Fulkerson conjecture holds for treelike snarks.

Sociální chování a akustická komunikace u netopýra velkého (Myotis myotis) / Social behaviour and acoustic communication in greater mouse-eared bat (Myotis myotis)

Porteš, Michal January 2014 (has links)
Order Chiroptera is characterized by great variability in foraging, roost and social strategies. Greater mouse-eared bat (Myotis myotis, Borkhausen 1797) is a model species of a bat in Europe and his seasonal organisation of population represents typical temperate bat cycle with females aggregated in large maternity colonies and solitery roosting males. Although the M.myotis is a model species, the majority of studies were focused on different aspects of maternity colonies biology and the biology of males is still poorly known. Recently founded aggregations of males of M. myotis in highway bridges allow to study social behaviour and acoustic communication of males on between individual level and discuss these findings with known information. While the bridge in Bernartice was inhabited by aggregation of males in individual roosts, in Voznice bridge we found besides males also a maternity colony of M. myotis. Harems of males were established from august until october. We found different pattern of seasonal roost occupancy in males with males with the highest level of mean occupancy having the highest level of female presence in roost. Vocalisation activity of males increased in august with highest level of activity in september. Males roosting closer to the flight entrance tended to have higher...

Sociální a zdravotní služby pro sexuální pracovnice v hl. m. Praze; stávající a chybějící / Social and Health Services For Sexual Workers in Capital Prague; Existing and Missing

Grolmusová, Lucie January 2011 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the findings of sex workers provided services in the Czech Republic and especially in the capital city Prague. It describes the different types of service, defines prostitution, its legislative basis, the historical development of approaches to the problems, and also theoretical approaches in social work focusing on the matching needs and service contracts. The practical part is then implemented survey among sex workers and district social workers. It aims to identify problem areas of sex workers, whether services adequately respond to them, or what service is in the list of missing. Finally, respondents' answers are evaluated from both groups and to create hypotheses about the "state service" and to draw the possible outcomes for practice. Keywords Prostitution, sex workers, social and health services, social work, matching.

Využití obecně orientovaných snímků v geoinformatice / Generally oriented images in geoinformatics

Káňa, David January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with methods and algorithms used in computer vision for fully automatic reconstruction of exterior orientation in ordered and unordered sets of images captured by digital calibrated cameras without prior informations about camera positions or scene structure. Existing methods for key points detection, matching and relative orientation of images are described. Methods and strategies for merging submodels into global reconstruction including complex bundle adjustment are proposed. This thesis also adresses issues of direct and indirect georeferencing of images and orthophoto production problems. An outline related to technology of the capturing images by multiple camera systems is given and possible usage of oblique images is described, especially technology of the automatic 3D models texturing and measurements in one image using restrictive geometric conditions.
