The thesis is focused on the analysis of the level of social services for seniors and the posibility of self-suffiency activities for seniors in Příbram. It deals with the examination of whether the city Příbram creates sufficient conditions for aging of their fellow citizens. In connection with the demographic development of the population are examined current cosi of social services for seniors and investigated different dependencies. Own thesis also includes a questionnaire survey among seniors living at home, where questions are focusing mainly on activity and awareness among the elderly and among clients of social systems in which it is determined utilization of social services and the satisfaction of individual facilities. To process and analyze the selected indicators and hypotheses have been formulated by the statistical method of the field correlation of the time series and the analysis of dependence of qualitative traits. The conclusion is based on the analyzes, proposals and recommendations, which should contribute to the extensit of the age of the elderly, which will be more aktive and self-sufficient and will not be forced to use various social services.

The aim of this thesis is to explore sports activities of older school-age children in Příbram. It lists local sports clubs which are available to children and examines their history and the quality of the services they offer. A survey was conducted in order to determine the percentage of older school-age students actively engaging in sports, which sports club they chose, and why. The students who don't participate in sport activities were questioned on whether it's because of an absence of a preferred sport in Příbram or due to other reasons, e.g. lack of interest. The diploma work deals with the transformation process of amateur theatre into the regular professional company in Příbram. The main interest is given to the period beginning with the foundation of official amateur societies after 1867. The first part of the work deals with amateur societies acting in the area of Příbram. A sort of transition from amateur to pro-fessional theatre is described in the chapter about the Society for Building the Town Theatre at Příbram. The second part of the work covers the beginning and later destiny of the profes-sional scene in Příbram. For a better idea on the situation of Příbram theatre groups a general development of both the amateur and the professional theatre is drawn up for comparison. Appendix to the work helps the reader to gain a better image of the atmosphere and circum- stances of the development of play-acting in Příbram from the second half of the 19th century till today. The subject of this master´s thesis is the development of local government in the municipality of Uhelná Příbram. The thesis is divided into two successive parts. The first part contains the basic terminology related to the topic of the thesis - to local democracy and the communal electoral system. At the same time it introduces readers to two theories, dealing with the issue. The second part is devoted to a case study of a particular municipality - Uhelná Příbram. It represents the community in terms of its history and the most important demographic and socioeconomic characteristics that influence the development of the municipality. The practical part is to analyze the elections to the municipal council in the years 1994 - 2014 and their comparison. The conclusion contains a summary comparison of the elections in a transparent scheme and the inclusion of Uhelná Příbram introduced into the theory from the first part.

Příbram uranium and base-metal district is the most important vein uranium district in the Czech Republic. The main ore was represented by uraninite there and the occurrences of selenium mineralization are directly connected to it. The presence of selenides was not confirmed during the mining activities. Major development of the uranium-carbonate mineralization was found in the Bytíz deposit in the central part of the uranium district. All known occurrences of selenides have been found from this area only so far. Antimonselite, athabascaite, bellidoite (?), berzelianite, brodtkorbite, bukovite, clausthalite, dzharkenite, eskebornite, eucairite, giraudite, hakite, cadmoselite, klockmannite, naumannite, permingeatite, sabatierite, tiemannite and umangite, as well as the new unnamed selenium analogue of chalcostibite were newly identified from the dump material from the shafts No. 16 and 11A. The extremely Hg-rich hakite, which contains up to 30 wt.% of Hg, is the most remarkable mineral from the tetrahedrite group of minerals. The pertinence of the Hg-hakite was verified by means of the transmission electron microscopy. Title: Analysis of customer satisfaction in Aquapark Příbram Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to conduct content and statistical analysis of data collected directly from customers of Aquapark Příbram. Customers of the public were a research sample with the highest priority. As secondary sample were established trainers of the sports clubs using the Aquapark Příbram. Methods: Data collected from the primary sample were gained via CERM-CSQ based questionnaire Data collected from the secondary sample were obtained by structured interview. This structure was based on our questionnaire. Factor and correlation analysis were used to process quantitative data. Results: The content analysis showed the biggest drawbacks of service quality. According to the statistical analysis some service quality attributes have bigger influence on customer satisfaction than the others. Above mentioned drawbacks belong to those more influential attributes. On the basis of the results obtained certain suggestions were made to increase customer satisfaction. The thesis deals with evaluation of economic and social development of Příbram and Benešov District during 2009-2014. The literature review explains basic terms related to regional development and regional policy. The practical part is devoted to characteristic of selected regions and analysis of selected indicators of economic and social development, including demographic development, public facilities, housing construction, technical infrastracture, transport infrastracture, tourism, economic entities and labour market. Next is evaluation of the field research, which is implemented in the districts. The evaluation and the results of the analysis were resource materials for SWOT analysis. In the conclusion there are made suggestions and recommendations of further develompent of the regions. This is based on findings.

The contain of the thesis named Application of the geographical and historical curiosities on the 1st grade of the primary school is split into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is dealing with homeland related characteristics of the relevant region, namely geographical and socioeconomic characteristics, history and other homeland related curiosities including presentation of important local personalities. The practical part of the thesis is consequently following the theoretical part in application of the above mentioned characteristics into educational praxis by two multimedia programs for the inter-active class board. Both programs are Both programs are intended to be used for teaching the students of the 4th class of the primary school and are in compliance with the general educational framework for the primary schools (in Czech: ?rámcový vzdělávací program?). In addition, both programs are based on the educational topic ?Man and its world? and its sections ?Place where we live? and ?People and the time?. There is a manual for both multimedia programs attached to the practical part of the thesis containing advices, tips and ideas on working with the programs. The thesis is furthermore devided into following chapters: introduction, analysis of the relevant literature, methodology, summary, list of relevant literature and annexes. ?

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to demonstrate different views on transparency and on instruments of strengthening transparency. Using my own developed methodology of evaluation the transparency of municipalities based on criteria analysis the thesis seeks to find out an answer to the research question: How much are municipalities transparent by themselves in the publishing of information to citizens and how easy or difficult is it for citizens to control the administration of the municipality? The thesis is structured into four chapters. The first one deals with theoretical definition of transparency and its instruments, the second one with functioning of municipal government and its possible control mechanisms. The next chapter represents the developed methodology. It served to analyze and evaluate the transparency of the three monitored municipalities in the case study of the Pribram micro region, the last chapter. For processing the case study and followed analysis I used the open data accessible for public on the municipal web portals of Pribram, Dobris and Sedlcany.
