The objective of this diploma work is the use of mining transportation technology at the Přibyslav Forest Cooperative. The work deals with the overall characteristic of moto-manual mining, harvesting technology and the creation of criteria for their most effective use for forest crops. Suitable crop growth for the use of moto-manual mining was selected based on the following criteria: terrain type and edaphic category, economic method, minimum age and mining regulation. The selection of suitable crops for the use of harvesting technology was conducted based on the following criteria: terrain type and edaphic category, minimum representation of conifers, economic method, minimum age, mining regulation, type of chassis and the cut of the harvesting head. Furthermore, the work includes an approximate calculation of the mining expenses and bringing the wood closer when using harvesting technology and moto-manual mining as well as comparing the results of the individual technologies.

The thesis describes the creation of a system for generating insurance invoices sent through billing to individual clients of company Allrisk, a.s. The theoretical part of the document introduces the current concept of the company’s information system and a related existing application. This part of the thesis includes the reasons for creation, used principles and technology selection for the mentioned application. The practical part is about the application design and implementation. The thesis also includes discussion about testing, evaluation of results, management of anticipated risks and potential extensions.

Internal regulations of an employer This diploma thesis discusses internal regulation (also called directive, guideline, code, instruction etc.) which is an internal normative act of an employer regulating rights and obligations of its employees. This topic belongs to important aspects of labor law. It is an interesting material for studying in theory and often used and discussed phenomenon in practice. For these reasons, I decided to dedicate my diploma thesis to internal regulations. The first chapter provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of internal regulations. Therefore is describes the labor relations and their bodies including the rights and obligations that are part of such relationships. Equally important part of this scientific base is the term of normative legal act and legal acts, immediately connected with the nature of internal regulation. The second chapter deals with definition of internal regulation, which is not present in the law. That is why the way to the definition leads through literature and case law and includes meeting of several key characteristics on which should be based further interpretation. The thesis focuses on the issue of hiring and adaptation process of new employees in the company XY, branch Czech Republic. It is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on literature study defines basic terms, context and theoretical background related to the respective area. The practical part is a presentation of selected listed company and is dedicated to the analysis and evaluation of the current process of hiring and adaptation process in this company. The aim of the practical part is based on an analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current concept of hiring and adaptation process in a selected company and to provide suggestions and recommendations that could lead to the entire process improvement.

The purpose is to analyze the current remuneration system and propose a possible change in the remuneration system with new knowledge gained through empirical research. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of remuneration. The practical part examines the current situation in the company, includes a questionnaire research. The final part of the thesis contains possible suggestions for improvement and last but not least economic evaluation of the proposed changes.
