The object of diploma thesis is a construction technology project capacity extension of nursery school Zvidalek in Slavkov u Brna. Work includes facilities of building site, technological rule of waterproofing, schedule, item budget, plan of checks and tests, design of machinery, safety and health at work and economic, time and transport evaluation of two versions of ceiling construction.

This thesis concerns preparation and organization of an additional building to an industrial hall belonging to SAND TEAM company in Holubice which specialises in material forming research.Thesis focusses on technological realization plan of the building object.Description of other construction objects is included.

This thesis deals with the preparation and organization of construction of Logistic center of waste for processing biologically decomposable waste in Vsetín. This master´s thesis discusses the construction technological project of the newly built multifunctional building in the Česká Skalice focusing on the selected technological phases. Speciffically it is the implementation of the earthworks and the bricklaying using the TRESK brick system. For these technological steps are processed all documents that is necessary for their implementation. This thesis describes main problems in the valuation of building land. The thesis defines the basic concepts and methods of valuation, it describes the situation in the real estate market in the Czech Republic, especially in the area Šlapanice and surroundings. The central part is the valuation of the ten plots, comparison of selected methods of valuation and thein subsequent evaluation.

This diploma thesis deals with desigantion of usual price of ten residential units in Jemnice and Moravské Budějovice. Valuation is done with direct comparison and with comparative methody by valid price regulation. Constituent part of this thesis is analysis effect of location on the usual price of selected locality.
