Komparace změn tlaku v běžecké obuvi rozdílného dropu / The Comparison of pressure changes in the running shoes of different drop

Procházka, Martin January 2015 (has links)
Title: The Comparison of pressure changes in the running shoes of different drop Student: Martin Procházka Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Consulting: Mgr. Aleš Tvrzník Thesis'objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to monitor changes in pressures acting on the foot in stand phase with different variables. There were some external conditions that were changed, the running speed (10, 12, 14 and 16 km/h), running technique (heelstrike and forefoot strike) and the main theme of the work, running shoes of different drop (10, 5, 0 mm). Current pressures on the foot were obtained through special inserts Pedar - X and further processed into the software of the German brand Novel. Secondary objective was to intra- and inter-compare probands with greater emphasis on intra-individual component because of the diversity of technique of each proband. One of the aims of this work was the possibility of subsequent feedback and training recommendations for these runners based on the obtained values. Thesis methodology: Probands were tested on a treadmill HP KOSMOS specialized laboratory CASRI. In each section of the sample was determined by measuring the 100 steps to the right and 100 steps to the left foot. It means approximately 90 seconds of running in one speed and technique. The prints were...

Analýza rozložení tlaku na úrovni interakce chodidla a obuvi u běhu po rovině v minimalistické a sportovní obuvi. / Analysis of a pressure distribution on the level of foot and shoe interaction when running in flatlands with minimalist and sport shoes.

Charousek, Jan January 2018 (has links)
Problem: Running is one of the most widespread physical activities. Incorrect running technique, training quantity but also the runner's equipment can strongly affect health condition of the individual, both positively and negatively. For that reason various trends emerge in the area of running footwear. They include classical sports shoes with different types of impact attenuation as well as the minimalist footwear made to imitate barefoot running, which should be much more natural for humans, as insisted by B. Nigg in his book "Born to Run" - where he says that man was born to walk and run barefooted. Inappropriate shoes can cause various health complications, not only in the foot area. Objective: To find out how foot strike changes in the area of the foot-shoe interaction in running on flat ground when an amateur runner uses minimalist and sports footwear and to draw conclusions for training practice on the basis of the results. Methods: The thesis deals with amateur endurance running in different shoe types (minimalist and sports shoes). The study specimen consisted of 14 female runners (mean body weight 63,31 ± 4,89 kg, height 169,69 ± 4,71 cm, age 31,92 ± 5,34 years, speed in minimalist shoes (MO) 3,34 ± 0,06 m.s- 1 , speed in sports shoes (SO) 3,29 ± 0,06 m.s-1 , weekly mileage 37,54 ± 9,43...

Rozložení tlaku na ploskách chodidel ve středním smýkaném oblouku alpskou a telemarkovou technikou / The pressure distribution on the soles of feet in the medium parallel turn in the alpine and the telemark technique of downhill skiing

Svobodová, Renata January 2018 (has links)
Title: The pressure distribution on the soles of feet in the medium parallel turn in the alpine and the telemark technique of downhill skiing Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare the pressure distribution on the soles of feet in the medium parallel turn in the alpine and the telemark technique of downhill skiing. Methods: For the analysis of pressure distribution on the soles of feet in downhill skiing was used the pressure measurement system Pedar-X, which works for monitoring of plantar pressure (kPa) moreover. The pressure distribution measuring on the soles of feet was taking place in prepared track of the ski slope in two ways. The first one was the telemark technique and the second one was the alpine technique. For the evaluating and the processing of the results was selected in the right and in the left turn of each testing person in approximately the same part of the track. Results: The results of pressure distribution in the alpine and the telemark position turn have shown the significantly important difference in the intraindividual comparison in every technique. The significantly important difference was detected also in the interindividual comparison in both techniques each other. Keywords: downhill skiing, telemark, Pedar-X, pressure distribution

Vliv povrchu na rozložení zatížení nohy při dynamickém pohybu v tenise / The influence of the surface load distribution of the foot during dynamic movement in tennis

Šebíková, Linda January 2017 (has links)
Title: The influence of the surface load distribution of the foot during dynamic movement in tennis Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine whether there is a change in the force load in the area of the sole of the foot during the forehand strike phase in an open position depending on the type of playing surface. Methods: The research was attended by 10 level I tennis players of ranging from the age of 17 to 28. Each of the players has played tennis for at least two years, train 2 - 3 times a week and has no limb injury in the past 12 months. Using the Pedar-X instrument, changes in the force of the plantar load during the forhend strike phase on clay and Casali surfaces were measured. To evaluate these changes, the contact forces [N] (vertical reaction forces) were measured. First, an intra-individual foot impact assessment on the heel region and forefoot on the clay and Casali surface were performed using graphs of temporal force averages. Secondly, an inter-individual evaluation of the maximum force values in the region of the heel, midfoot, forefoot, hallux and lesser toes and whole feet of the foot was performed using the paired t-test statistical method. Results: The results of the work show that the different surfaces influence the size of the load as well as its plantar...
