El futbol es uno de los deportes más importantes a nivel global, con la mayor cantidad de fanáticos y a su vez siendo uno de los deportes más practicados por la mayoría de usuarios. El Perú no es la excepción ante esto. Sin embargo, el futbol profesional es un elemento que algunos desean conseguir como un objetivo de vida y para llegar a este objetivo se requiere mucha habilidad, técnica y sobre todo talento, el cual se obtiene a través de diferentes filtros y formaciones desde la niñez y/o juventud, que por ahora no es accesible para todos los menores que aspiran a ser futbolistas profesionales en el país. En la siguiente investigación se analiza las diferentes maneras y procesos sobre la formación de menores a nivel global y nacional para enriquecer el futbol de la nación, en este caso el futbol peruano. A su vez se llega a recaudar las ventajas y desventajas que tiene el Perú como formadores de menores en el ámbito futbol, a cargo de diferentes entidades y clubes a nivel nacional, el cual la más importante, ‘’La Federación Peruana de Futbol (FPF)’’, cuya entidad está ligada a todas las categorías de formación. En conclusión, el objetivo del análisis es entender la poca cantidad de menores que se forman en el Perú, a pesar de que existe el talento, demostrando así que existen planes, pero no una infraestructura como oportunidad para todos, por el cual se busca proponer un recinto que pueda formar a estos usuarios. / Football soccer seems to be the most popular sport in the world, with a lot of followers and passionate fans that play and practice it since very young. Peru is no exception. Many people want to achieve being a professional soccer player, but for that it requires a lot of practice, technique, skill and most of all, talent. This is only achieved by rigorous training and careful selection since youth, which here in Peru, is still deficient, because it’s not accessible for everyone, just for a few. This means that the dreams of many children are shattered before they can even have a chance. In the following investigation, the different ways and processes on the training of minors at the global and national soccer level will be analyzed to enrich our Peruvian soccer system. This investigation also will present the pros and cons of the actual Peruvian soccer system, as well as the different entities and clubs that are in charge of training the future professional soccer players, being the most important the Federación Peruana de Fubol (FPF), whose entity is linked to all training categories. In conclusion, the analysis’ objective is to understand why there is a lack of children who become involved in professional soccer, even thou Peru has many skillful children. There seems to be a lack in sports infrastructure, and it makes it inaccessible for those who can’t afford it. The ultimate end is to propose a place that can satisfy the needs of this matter and boost the professional formation of children who want to make a career in football soccer. / Tesis
