The subject of this diploma thesis is a layout of car service object in Brno – Horní Heršpice, Železná street. The building is designed as four-floor with flat - cascaded roof, which will be partially used also like a terrace. The object is intended for repairs and servicing of the trucks and buses. Inside the building are situated also offices, training room and temporary accommodation for the drivers. Supporting structure of the building is composed by ferroconcrete prefabricated shell, which horizontal supporting structure is composed by ferroconcrete pre-stressed panels spiroll. The curtain enclosure wall is designed from Sendwix system line-sand bricks with the outer thermal insulation. A building plot is flat. A part of the layout is also thermal and technical, acoustic and fire safety assessment. This diploma thesis contain also five specializations – layout of ferronconrete pre-stressed girder, layout of steel shelter, layout of construction basing, scheme of the overall heat output of the building and sewerage layout.

Après une introduction historique sur l'évolution du système de la CEDH, cette thèse s'intéresse au thème des «violations structurelles» dans la jurisprudence de la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme en raison d'un contexte de crise de la CEDH, essentiellement dûe à une charge de travail excessive. Les violations structurelles ne sont certes pas un phénomène nouveau dans l'histoire de la Convention et dans la jurisprudence internationale des droits de l’homme, en particulier celle de la Cour interaméricaine des droits de l'homme. C'est pourquoi ce thème permet d'aborder plusieurs questions de taille : l'exécution des arrêts de la Cour européenne dans les ordres juridiques internes, l'avenir du système de la CEDH et encore la nature «constitutionnelle» de la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme. L'ensemble de cette recherche met en évidence la tension récente entre «justice individuelle» et «justice collective» à la lumière du débat sur la «constitutionnalisation» du droit européen des droits de l'homme, dont le thème représente ici le fil conducteur. / After an historical introduction on the evolution of the ECHR system, this thesis deals with the theme of "structural violations" in the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in the context of the crisis of the ECHR, principally due to an excessive workload. Structural violations are not a new phenomenon in the history of the Convention and in the jurisprudence of international human rights, especially that of the Inter-American Court. The theme is therefore an opportunity to tackle key issues: the European Court's execution of judgements in internal legal orders, the future of the ECHR system, but also the "constitutional" nature of the European Court of Human Rights. All of this highlights the recent tension between "individual justice" and "collective justice" in the debate on the "constitutionalization" of European Human Rights Law, which is here the common thread. / Dopo un’introduzione storica sull’evoluzione del sistema CEDU, il lavoro affronta il tema delle « violazioni strutturali » nella giurisprudenza della Corte europea dei diritti dell’uomo, nel quadro della crisi del modello CEDU, dovuta principalmente all’eccessivo carico di lavoro. Si tratta di un fenomeno non nuovo nella storia della Convenzione e nella giurisprudenza internazionale dei diritti umani, specie in quella della Corte interamericana. Il tema rappresenta inoltre lo spunto per affrontare questioni problematiche: il profilo dell’esecuzione delle sentenze della Corte europea negli ordinamenti interni, il futuro dello stesso sistema CEDU e la natura “costituzionale” della Corte EDU. Tutto questo evidenzia anche la recente tensione tra “giustizia individuale” e “giustizia collettiva”, nell’ambito del dibattito sulla “costituzionalizzazione” del diritto europeo dei diritti dell’uomo, fil rouge dell’intera trattazione.

The goal of this Master´s thesis is a review of a reinforced concrete chimney´s stack and a foundation design based on a combination of M+N load. Two bar models (by ČSN and EN) and one shall model were created to analyze internal forces. The fine element software SCIA ENGINEERING was used to create the models. The loads taken into consideration - for analysis include self weight, lining, temperature, wind, and Karman vortex. The stack was horizontally divided by several cuts which were investigated. The stack and foundation were designed by an algorithm created in the program MS EXCEL. The piles were designed in the program GEO 5. Drawings include - drawings of shapes and drawings of the reinforcement of specifics part of chimney.

Diploma thesis deals with static analysis of supporting structure of multifunctional building with an atypical floor plan shape. Thesis contains static reports of the main elements of the structure. The lower construction is made of reinforced concrete. The upper structure consists a steel frame and composite elements.

The aim of master thesis was design and assessment foundations of waterproof concrete. Computational software Dlubal RFEM 5.07 used to calculate internal forces. Calculation in acordance with applicable standards.

My diploma thesis deals with project a multifunctional building. My project corresponds to the scope of documentation for the execution of construction. Building hat five floor and construction roof is green roof, single-layer flat roof. Construction systém is cast-in-place concrete frame. In basement is technical facilities and parking place. In ground floor is shop place and parking floor. In first floor is office place. In third and fourth floor are flats. Building foundations are bored cast in place pile – method CFA.

The master’s thesis is focused on a design of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton of the sports hall. Object of the design is internal traverse frame of the hall which consists of reinforced concrete prestressed truss, columns and concrete pile construction of foundation. Thesis includes working-out of static calculation, elaboration drawings of shape, reinforcement of solved elements and evolvement of assembly drawings. The rest of the project parts are not analyzed.

This thesis deals with the preparation of construction management, Faculty of Science, University of South Čekých Budějovice. The work includes a technical report on building technological project, coordinating the situation, time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, the design of construction machines and mechanisms, the schedule of the main building structure, technological prescription for ventilated facade structures, inspection and test quality plan for the object SO 100, itemized budget plan and the main subject of risks arising from the construction and their action.

The thesis focuses on design of 5 - square bridge foundation in Ostrava Svinov including covering of construction pits. The bridge is founded on the groups of drilled large diameter piles. Design and assessment is realized in program GEO 5. The thesis is divided into 6 parts: introduction, geotechnical circumstances, concomitant report, static calculations, technical report and documentation.

Diplom thesis deals with the influence of typical pilot error during the landing maneuver in airplanes with maximum take-off mass 2250 kg. It contains basic information about the landing. The main attention is paid to the accident database, its subsequent evaluation and the proposal for a way to reduce these accidents. It also includes a survey of pilots.
