Práce se zabývá posouzením podnikatelského záměru s důrazem na finanční alalýzu. Zkládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Zkoumá struktury poskytovaných produktů a služeb, marketingový plán a finanční plán s tím, že je v závěru zhodnoceno celkové zdraví podniku.

It appears, that with a growing demand for natural materials on the market, associated with the building activity and economic growth, it would be appropriate to seize this opportunity and invest in that area. Therefore, the thesis includes a details business plan on establishing a small business for manufacturing stairways made from rift planks, which would be located in the premises of the Forte company in Mostkovice. The business plan is necessary for establishing the company and it can further serve as a basis for development of business activity.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the issue of a student's educational plan processes with health handicap and their importance for a pedagogical practice but also for a parental public and students themselves. Theoretical chapters deal with the preparation planning and the implementation of the educational process with the application of an individual educational plan. In other words it tries to cover technique during the education of students with special demands and integrated students preferentially. This work mentions some principles during student's education according to an individual educational plans. These plans should be in agreement with legal rules for student's education in this sphere and respect some rules. These rules should lead to formation of truly optimal conditions for education and integration of these students. Practical part finds out the most common form and information character of the individual educational plan of integrated students in one school. The diploma thesis deals with the processing of strategic analysis and subsequent creation of a strategic plan of microregion Miroslavsko. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on identifying the processing procedure of the strategic plan. The practical part first of all deals with the situation analysis of the territory and the assembled SWOT analysis. In thesis a survey is made which aim is to find out opinions of local residents. In the final section the strategic plan is designed.
