This study is a proposal of a business plan to floatation the centre of bouldering in Hradec Králové. The objektive of this study is creating a business plan, describing a theory necessary for this work and analyzing surrouding, markets, estimated costs and incomes. The thesis prepares for a succesfull business career.

The master´s thesis deals with the processing of business plan for setting up a guest house in Austria. First part of this thesis is focused on theoretical basis which are followed by analysis of market and marketing research. On the basis of these acquired information is created concrete business plan which define conditions for its successful realization.

The second part is based on the processing of the business plan itselves, it's detailed elaboration, analysis of individual parts, the processing of the results and findings of these revenues and, finally, clear and comprehensive business plan on the chosen topic. The conclusion provides an overall assessment of the project, evaluation of feasibility and reality and there is also the author's opinion on the entire project and its other options or possible opportunities.

The master´s thesis deals with the creation of the business plan for a recruitment agency establishment. In the first part there is a theoretical basis for the following two parts. The second part of thesis mainly analyses the macroenvironment and microenvironment. Third, the proposal part, contains the business plan with all of its components. The main task of this thesis is to assess whether to implement the plan or not.

The thesis is the proposal of the proposal of the business plan for the foundation of a maternity center in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The business plan is based on finding market gap which is caused by insufficient capacities of the kindergartens and there is no kindergarten or maternity center specialised in teaching English in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. V této diplomové práci je zpracován podnikatelský plán pro založení jazykové školy ve Vietnamu. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, jež jsou podkladem pro následující kapitoly. Druhá část práce se soustředí primárně na analýzu makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. Ve třetí, návrhové části, je zpracován podnikatelský plán obsahující veškeré náležitosti, na jejichž základě se lze rozhodnout, zda podnikatelský plán realizovat, či nikoli.

The aim of the thesis is to create a real and practicable business plan for setting up music club Agora Club, s.r.o. This company will focus on providing of hospitality services and music production in Chrudim. The thesis contains theoretic bases for a business foundation. It also deals with descriptions a newly originating firm including the analysis of the global and local market, customers and competition. There are three variations of presumptions of the prospective development laid out within the final part of the thesis.
