The master’s thesis concerns with creating of a business plan for establishing a hairdressing salon which will be situated in Nový Hrádek in Královéhradecký area and will be carried on a trade. The proposal of business plan is based on theoretical knowledge and on compiled analysis (SLEPT, SWOT, Porter analyse) and chooses convenient strategies for the needs of customers and create a value added creation for the possessor.

This thesis deals with the business plan of the accommodation facility on the family farm.The work consists is based on analysis, suggestion marketing, financial plan and risk assessment to design small firm that will be reasible in business practice.

The topic of this master thesis is working out of a business plan for a new enterprise operating in the field of gastronomy, which will specialize in catering, cooking courses and manufacture of confectionery products. The proposed solution is an emphasis on financial and marketing plan.

The thesis discusses the business plan to open a new company, which will offer bookkeeping services, tax consulting and payroll. The business plan takes account of the theoretical bases and issues of the proposed solution. The thesis includes also financial plan of business with financial prediction of revenues and expenses. This prediction is processed in pessimistic, realistic and optimistic scenarios.

The aim of this thesis is to assess the gaps in theoretical planning to implement a business plan. Analysis carried out on a real project of iStavitel Ltd. by comparing the status of the project after the first year of its historic run to the business plan. A sub-goal is to suggest the development of the company, after unfulfilled potential of the original business plan. The work also contains some less common methods used in internet marketing.

The purpose of my graduation theses is a discovery of the conformity of finanancial plans from various financial advisers from various companies. Determination differences and also reasons of these differences.

Cílem diplomové práce bylo sestavit funkční strategický podnikatelský plán pro potřeby vedení firmy NEOTECH, a. s. a podat tak věrohodnou zprávu o její současné situaci, poznat její silné a slabé stránky, identifikovat konkurenci, zjistit její možnosti a schopnosti jako východisko pro navržení strategických opatření.

Předmětem zaměření diplomové práce je podnikatelský plán s cílem poukázat na důležitost jeho písemné formy pro úspěch jakéhokoli podnikatelského záměru. V práci konkretizuji funkce podnikatelského plánu a jeho podrobnou strukturu za účelem kompletního rozboru nejdůležitějších složek pro všechny druhy nově vznikajících podniků. V práci dále uvádím důležité postřehy odborníků potřebné pro vytvoření kvalitního dokumentu a v neposlední řadě se věnuji i správné formě prezentace podnikatelského plánu, která s úspěchem projektu úzce souvisí. Součástí je také základní metodologie, jenž je v praktické části práce demonstrována na konkrétních příkladech.

Teoreticko-metodologická část diplomové práce se zabývá postupem zpracování a tvorby podnikatelského plánu, jeho funkcemi a jednotlivými částmi. Aplikační část je věnována zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro projekt výstavby větrné elektrárny a provedení ekonomického zhodnocení efektivnosti investice pomocí ukazatelů výnosnosti investice, doby návratu investice, čisté současné hodnoty, indexu rentability a vnitřního výnosového procenta. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí dílčích závěrů a doporučení pro management firmy.

Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu a návrh strategie startujícímu mikropodniku v oblasti informačních technologií. Diplomová práce bude usiluje o vytvoření pravdivého obrazu o záměrech a potenciálu startujícího mikropodniku a podmínek jeho úspěchu na trhu. Firma použije tyto informace buď pro zvážení svého působení na trhu nebo pro účely přesvědčení ke spolupráci s novými obchodními partnery.
