The diploma thesis refers to the results of laboratory research dedicated to the influence of extraterestrial matter impacts onto a possible prebiotic synthesis on early Mars. The influence of understanding of early Mars chemistry for proceeding studies of terrestrian chemical habitus evolution and origin of life is discussed, as well as certain advantages to be made of this research within exoplanetary science. The prebiotic synthesis scenario purposed connects the hypothesis comprising a key role of extraplanetary bodies impacts played in the chemical evolution of an early Earth-like planet to the important processes studied within chemical evolution of life. Asteroid impacts are simulated by laser sparks, while post-impact thermochemical processes are mimetized in the laboratory by a controlled termolysis of certain key species in presence of meteorites, iron-rich clays and several other minerals and rocks presumably present in real impact craters. This particular field of research carried is likely to have an interesting application within current and future investigations of the Gale crater. Impactor mineraly is described on a particular example of a rare Porangaba meteorite, which, thanks to this research, has recently been addressed as a member of unique (comprising 32 bodies) family tree...

The aim of this study was to investigate factors of mineral nutrition influencing growth and composition of skin derivates and their content in blood plasma of horses. The thesis describes three experiments carried out on Czech warm blood breed horses on Boudky farm, Velké Němčice. In the first experiment was analysed the effect of fed supplement mixture -- vitamins, methionine and organic form of zinc and copper -- on growth rate and mineral composition of hoof horn and hairs and level of trace elements in blood plasma. The effects of copper and zinc in their organic and inorganic form on parameters above were evaluated in the second and third experiment. The addition of supplement mixture to experimental group led to significant increasing (P<0.01) level of zinc in dry matter of hoof horn from 95.82 +- 8.96 mg.kg-1 to 117.73 +- 10.23 mg.kg-1 and copper (P<0.05) from 2.39 +- 0.75 mg.kg-1 to 4.06 +- 1.14 mg.kg-1 during the first experiment. No differences were found between initial and final levels of minerals in hairs. In the second experiment, mares receiving copper sulphate deposited significant higher (P<0.01) copper level into hairs 17.39 +- 2.32 mg.kg-1 than the mares of control group 13.37 +- 1.82 mg.kg-1. The results of mares receiving copper in organic form did not significantly differ from the previous two groups. There was found out significantly decreased (P<0.05) levels of zinc content in dry matter of hair from 153.56 +- 10.46 mg.kg-1 to 139.68 +- 7.09 mg.kg-1 in the mares receiving of zinc oxide and in the mares of control group from 154.59 +- 17.03 mg.kg-1 to 136.33 +- 6.96 mg.kg-1 (P<0.05) during experiment. The growth rate of skin derivates was influenced only by using supplement mixture -- vitamins, methionine and organic form of zinc and copper and was not influenced with individual application of copper or zinc. Growth rate of hoof horn in the mares receiving this supplement was significantly higher (P<0.01) about 22.31 % than in the animals of control group. The same results was found in the mane hairs (P<0.01). The growth rate of hairs was about 15.37 % higher in the horses from experimental group than from the control one.

Disertacijoje nagrinėjama tematika yra susijusi su superkondensatorių formavimu ir jų tyrimais naudojant plazmines technologijas. Superkondensatorių elektrodams formuoti panaudota plazminio purškimo technologija. Anglis ant nerūdijančio plieno paviršiaus užnešta panaudojant atmosferinio slėgio argono-acetileno plazmą. Nikelio oksidui nusodinti ant anglies elektrodų paviršiaus panaudotas magnetroninio garinimo metodas. Įvertinta acetileno kiekio įtaka superkondensatorių elektrinėms charakteristikoms ir elektrodų struktūrai. Tai pat įvertinta nikelio oksido kiekio įtaka superkondensatorių anglies elektrodų elektriniams parametrams, struktūrai bei mikroreljefui. Atliktas anglies elektrodų paviršiaus ėsdinimas deguonies plazma ir įvertintas jo poveikis kondensatorių elektriniams parametrams ir anglies elektrodų struktūrai. Matematiniu modeliavimu teoriškai įvertinta deguonies plazmos įtaka superkondensatorių anglies elektrodų paviršiaus mikroreljefui. Teoriškai pagrįstas anglies dangos reljefo anizotropinis augimas ir izotropinės paviršiaus erozijos mechanizmas. Kokybiškai paaiškintas acetileno kiekio ir plazmotrono galios įtakos mechanizmas anglies elektrodų struktūrai ir elektriniams parametrams. Pasiūlytas mechanizmas, aiškinantis NiO kiekio, esančio ant anglies elektrodų, įtaką superkondensatorių elektriniams parametrams ir elektrodų struktūrai. / The dissertation examines topics related to the formation of supercapacitors using plasma technology and their analysis. Plasma spray technology was used to form supercapacitors electrodes. Carbon was deposited on stainless steel surface using the atmospheric pressure argon-acetylene plasma. The deposition of nickel oxide on the surface of carbon electrodes was made using magnetron sputtering method. The influence of acetylene amount to the supercapacitors electrodes and the electrical characteristics of the structure were estimated. The nickel oxide influence to the electrical parameters of supercapacitor carbon electrodes, structure and microrelief was assessed too. The etching of carbon electrodes surface with oxygen plasma was performed and its impact on the capacitors electrical parameters and carbon electrode structure was evaluated. Mathematical modeling was used to theoretically estimate the influence of oxygen plasma to the supercapacitor carbon electrode surface microrelief. The anisotropic growth of carbon surface relief and isotropic surface erosion mechanism was theoretically explained. The impact mechanism of the acetylene content and plasmatron power to the carbon electrode structure and electrical parameters was qualitatively explained. The mechanism for understanding the influence of NiO content on the carbon electrodes to the supercapacitor electrical parameters and electrode structure was proposed.

Barley is the second oldest cereal after wheat, which began to be cultivated. The area, which was sown with barley in 2015 amounted to nearly 366,000 hectares, which was by 15 thousand hectares more than in the previous year. These numbers indicate that even nowadays it is an important and attractive crop. The aim of my thesis was to study the influence of treating of malt barley varieties Francin by low temperature plasma to technological quality malting barley. It has been evaluated several parameters. Parameters achieved the following results: turbidity 12 ° (10,68 12,15%) and 90 ° (8,86 9,56 %), the viscosity of 8.6% (1,46 mPa), the pH of the wort (5,57 - 5,65), extract flour dry matter (78,2 78,6 %), relative extract at 45 ° C (31,2 33,4 %), the color of the wort (15,5 16,5 j. EBC), nitrogenous substances in dry matter (11,71 12,11 %), soluble nitrogen substances (3,9 4 %), Kolbach index (32,5 34,2 %), beta glucans (69 97 mg/l), diastatic power (147 152 Wk), apparent final attenuation (70 71,8).
