This master’s thesis focuses on the concept of large-lot manufacturing of sheet metal component made from DC01 steel. Based on forethought, the method of compound tool combining shearing and bending was chosen. The theoretical part analyses used technologies in detail. In the next part specific course of manufacture was created and supplied with technological calculations. Based on all needed facts the tool was designed and after that forming machine, LDC 160 crank press, was chosen. At the end the usability of designed concept was confirmed with economical calculations.

This project is conceived within the master's degree in engineering technology and industry management (M2I-K Engineering) technology by design of the brake disc cover in compound tool, with year production 500 000 pcs. The material is deep-drawn sheet metal 11 305.21, 1 mm thickness. It is based on the literature studies about forming and calculation was suggested several variants of the present components. The proposed tool is clamped in the crank press LDC 400 firm Šmeral with a nominal force of 4000 kN. The functional parts are made from steel 19 573. The proposed technology of the deep drawing was verified by using simulation program AutoForm.

Water quality in the Mastnik catchment area and it`s influence on Slapy reservoir Abstract Despite major investments in remediation of waste water and reduction of fertilizers the quality of surface water on small rivers in agricultural and rural regions of the Czech Republic is still very low. Among the problematic rivers is also the river Mastník. This river runs through agricultural area of the Central Bohemian Uplands and as a right-hand side tributary it flows into the Vltava river, in particular to Slapy reservoir. According to the data of concentration of indicators coming from monitored profiles of the State public enterprise Povodí Vltavy which were completed by our own monitoring profile the quality of water has been analyzed. Furthermore, the effect of Mastník on the water quality in Slapy reservoir has been evaluated. It was discovered that the steps that are being taken, mainly construction of sewage treatment plants, are leading to gradual improvement of quality of the surface water. Nowadays the final quality of water is influenced by growing concentration of chlorophyll. This growth is caused by warmer waters and that leads to higher eutrofisation of rivers in the catchment area. In order to preserve its existence since its origination, mankind has had to deal with a variety of adverse effects which have been largely influencing human conduct and behaviour. We become witnesses to events that are identified as exceptional, because they often occur unexpectedly and endanger the lives and health of people. These events cause great damage to property and the environment. They may arise from harmful reactions of forces and phenomena resulting from human activities, from natural forces or from a combination of both. Such events may be floodings, storms, technological accidents with the release of hazardous substances, major road accidents, extensive fires, acts of terrorism. The management of such incidents and emergencies requires the intervention of the Integrated Rescue System. The joint intervention of the components abides by legal standards and internal guidelines. During the intervention of the Integrated Rescue System, a crucial part of the activities is carried out by the Fire and Rescue Units. The diploma thesis deals with the legislation in the field of civil protection and population protection. Information on the history of civil protection and population protection tasks is provided. The administrative territory of the South Bohemian region is characterized. The issue of the Integrated Rescue System and its structure is dealt with. The Fire and Rescue Units are proposed as appropriate to protect the population.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis and description of the operation of the fire and rescue department which operatates in the territory of Bratislava, capital of Slovakia. To prevent damages on the lives of people and their property, it is essential that fire protection units will arrive on the place of incident in the shortest possible time. Effective blanket deployment of fire protection units in the city area helps to ensure it. The work thus focuses on the assessment of the current state of this blanket deployment and also on layout of the new deployment of fire protection units, which would fulfill the requirements of the time range and number of units required to be at the place of incident for fire protection intervention.

In this master's thesis the proposal of the production technology of component – solar collector anchor element from steel 1.0038 (11 375) quality, 5 mm thickness is solved. For the manufacturing of the assigned part the shearing and bending technology and a progressive forming tool including a suitable forming machine of 8,000 kN rated power is selected. The proposed method of production is laid down by a technical-economic evaluation with respect to the production series of 150,000 units per year. The solar collector anchor element serves to hold the frame for the solar vacuum tube collector. In the scope of this master's thesis, an assessment of the current production method, including the selection of a suitable semi-finished product for production, was also carried out and their optimization was proposed.

The main emphasis is put on the analysis of the most frequently evaluated profile and surface parameters as well as their possible influence on the functional areas of machined parts. The experimental part includes evaluated and compared measured data based on the monitored parameters with benefits for machinery industry.

This diploma thesis deals with the structural design and production of a oscillating head for surface welding of a protective layer of Inconel® 625 superalloy on membrane walls. The design is preceded by a research for possible variants of the solution. Of the two designs, one was successfully manufactured and assembled, and incentives for future improvements were set. For easy optimization and testing of the device, an oscillating motion program was created in the LinMoT Talk 6.9 software. The production costs for the manufactured equipment were then calculated and the recommended selling price was determined, based on a general calculation formula. The result of the project is a functional device, a proposal for its control and a technical - economic evaluation of the production process.

Graduation theses project elaborated within the scope of full-time study with specialization 23037002 submits the proposal of manufacture technologies for irrregularly formed component with flange by surface forming. Material is made from rust-resistant metal plate 17240 with 1mm thickness. Expected annual serie is 50.000pcs. Based on literary pilot project for deep hauling dilemma and its calculations was proposed hauling in instrument with blankholder. The hauling operation is done using hydraulic presser ZH 50 with rated power of 500kN. The drawing instruments are made from tool steel 19573 and heat treated according design doccumentation. The proposal of drawing versions was verified by simulation program Pam-Stamp.

The Master’s thesis written in the frame of studies branch Manufacturing Technology (2303T002) is submitting design of technology production of sheet metal cover. The part is made of sheet metal 1,5 mm thick. The material for the part is HC260LA (ZStE260). There are no special mechanical or dimensional accuracy demands for the part. According to production run (5 000 pcs. per year for 5 years), design complexity and machine accessories of submitter was proposed manufacturing the part by drawing technology with finish laser cutting. Forming tool is designed according with press Erfurt PKZZ 315. Thesis includes economical evaluation of elaborated technology with other variants of production.
