Golfová hřiště v kontextu posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí

Levá, Alice January 2018 (has links)
The work is divided into three separate parts, each of which has its own tissues. The first part is devoted to the process of environmental impact assessment in general. It explains the purpose, principle and course of the process, and also describes the legislative framework that controles this process. The second part is dedicated to golf itself and the use and typology of the landscape. Here are explained the basic concepts and characteristics of the golf game, its history and the description golf courses according to the use of areas according to the cadastre. We can also find the classification of the Czech landscape and the typology of golf courses divided according to various aspects. The third, analytical part, which is at the same time the key part of this work, is devoted to the assessment of the use of golf courses in the Czech Republic and to the study of the EIA. The first chapter deals with the case study, comparison and evaluation of the information obtained concerning two selected golf courses and assessment of their impact on the environment. The second chapter deals with golf courses, their records and assessments within the EIA legislative process. The object of the work was to create a comprehensive golf course map, based on the map and the register, with a short description of the characteristics of each golf course, and to create the database of golf courses from the EIA information system. It also includes analysis and assessment of the impact of golf courses on the environment.

Zatravňování, zalesňování a opouštění zemědělské půdy Česka po roce 1990 / Grassing, reforestation and abandonment of agricultural land of Czechia after 1990

Kříž, Jaroslav January 2015 (has links)
Jaroslav KŘÍŽ: Grassing, reforestation and abandonment of agriculture land of Czechia after 1990 The thesis deals with land use changes on the Czech territory, which run from 1990 to the present, focusing on extensification processes, primarily for grassing, reforestation and abandonment of agricultural land. Research will focus on revealing the factors that these processes at the level of individual agricultural parcels influence. Examined are both natural factors (slope, productive capacity of the soil) and socioeconomic factors (distance from settlements and roads, the number of owners of the area, the distance from the area of residence of the owner). Research is carried out in two model areas, which also correspond to the cadastral area. Current data are collected by field survey and then compared to the situation before 1990, which is shown in map sheets of the State Map derived 1: 5000. The natural factors have extensification processes influence both slope and the productive capacity of the soil. For socio- economic factors, especially the number of owners of the area, and the distance between their place of residence. The grassing, reforestation and abandonment of agricultural land also occurs on average smaller areas than those on which there are, for example, arable land, and also in...

Typologie golfových hřišť v Česku / Typology of Golf Courses in Czechia

Svobodová, Lenka January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to determine in which areas of the Czech Republic golf courses are being built, how large areas are occupied by their construction and if there are any observable trends in construction of golf courses in more than one-hundred-year history of these grounds in the Czech Republic. The study is divided into several parts. The first part is dedicated to brief description of golf courses from different points of view. The second key part evaluates the land use of these courses and suggests several aspects of creating their typology, it also deals with their tax efficeincy and it suggests areas which are suitable for golf courses construction. The study also contains a case study of two typologically different courses - Čertovo Břemeno and Kynžvart. The benefit of this thesis should creating a complete database of all land parcels in the area of golf courses in the Czech Republic, including their land use, and creating a map with different features of these golf courses. Key words: golf course, tourism, land use, Kynžvart, Čertovo Břemeno

Změna využití ploch na Chebsku - nová divočina / Land use change in the Cheb area - new wilderness

Pekárková, Hana January 2019 (has links)
The theses deals with exploration of new wilderness which comes into being in abandoned areas in border regions in the Cheb district. Using the newly defined transformation index, two cadastral territories in the district were identified with the highest probability of new wilderness occurence. The occurrence of a new wilderness was demonstrated in both cadastral areas and was categorized into typology already established. Photographs and ArcGis maps were added to the field survey. Post-habitat and post-agrarian new wilderness were identified in both cadastral territories. Further, there were identified post-montane and post-aquatic new wilderness. Despite the position near the border, where the Iron Curtain was located, post- military new wilderness was not identified there. New wilderness occurs in both localities on more than 10 % of area. Keywords: Land use, change of landscape, new wilderness, West Bohemia

Management of Undo/Redo Operations in Complex Environments / Management of Undo/Redo Operations in Complex Environments

Jakubec, Karel January 2012 (has links)
During past thirty years, several models for non-linear undo models have been presented, but almost none solves undoing and redoing actions in environments, where multiple history buffers are involved and when there are causal dependencies among separate actions. This thesis focuses on developing a new model, which allows a user to select any action from any history buffer. The key part of the model is a smart command design and undo manager, which searches for dependencies and offers possible solutions to the user. The results are presented in the context of the DaemonX framework.
