Studium lisovacího procesu a vlastností tablet s hypromelosou a monohydrátem α-laktosy. / A study of the compaction process and the properties of tablets containing hypromellose and α-lactose monohydrate.

Hávová, Šárka January 2014 (has links)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Student: Šárka Hávová Supervisor: PharmDr. Jitka Mužíková, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: A study of compaction process and properties of tablets with hypromellose and α-lactose monohydrate Thesis studied the co-processed dry binder RetaLac® from the aspect of his compressibility and dissolution of the active ingredient from tablets. RetaLac® contains α-lactose monohydrate and hypromellose in the identical proportion. The same parameters were tested in the corresponding physical mixtures of FlowLac® 100 with various types of hypromellose (Metolose® 100 SR, Metolose® 4000 SR, Metolose® 100 000 SR) and compared with the substance RetaLac® . Compressibility was evaluated by means of the energy profile of compression and tensile strength of tablets. Salicylic acid was used as the model active ingredient. Dissolution testing was performed using the method of the rotating basket.

Vodivé polymery a jejich využití v superkondenzátorech / Conducting polymers and their use in supercapacitors

Gottwald, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
This work deals with the issues of using conducting polymers for supercapacitor electrodes and optimizing the technological process for their production. The work focuses on optimizing the amount of polymer used in order to achieve the most capacity. The methodology consists of creating an appropriate experimental electrode and subsequent measuring its associated capacity with BioLogic. This approach leads to creating charts which show the dependencies of capacity on the amount of polymer used.

Pojiva a maltové směsi na bázi síranu vápenatého / Binders and Mixtures Based on Calcium Sulfate

Hanáček, Jan January 2016 (has links)
This Diploma Thesis deals with the research and advancements in the field of sulphate binders, especially the anhydrite binder. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the fundamentals of sulphate binders and anhydrite binders. Its second part also introduces standard requirements for screed coatings together with technological methods of their application. Practical part of the thesis looks at the research and production of anhydrite binder with special emphasis on self-levelling compounds. Various types of plasticizers were used in these compounds and their effectiveness and final product quality are compared.

Studium lisovacího procesu a vlastností tablet z různých typů hydrogenfosforečnanu vápenatého. / A study of the compaction process and the properties of tablets from different types of calcium hydrogen phosphate.

Koryťáková, Lenka January 2015 (has links)
The thesis evaluates anhydrous and dihydrate calcium hydrogen phosphate from the view point of the tensile strength, disintegration time of tablets depending on the compression force. Two firm products - Anhydrous Emcompress® and Di-Cafos® A 60 are used as anhydrate and Emcompress® is used as dihydrate. A compression force together with lubricants (magnesium stearate, sodium stearyl fumarate) and an addition of microcrystalline cellulose (Vivapur® 102) are the influential factors. In addition to the characteristics of tablets, the energy balance of compression is also evaluated. Used compression forces were 12, 16 and 20 kN. The compression force 12 kN was used for the mixtures containing Vivapur® 102. Total energy of compression, energy for friction and energy accumulated by tablet after compression increased with compression force. The highest values were at Anhydrous Emcompress® , an addition Vivapur® 102 increased these values. There weren't more significant differences among the values of decompression energy. Plasticity decreased with the growing compression force, the highest values were at Anhydrous Emcompress® , Vivapur® 102 increased that. Tensile strength increased with compression force, Emcompress® provided the strongest tablets, Di-Cafos® A 60 provided at least strong tablets. Vivapur...

Využití fluidních popílků k přípravě hydraulické maltoviny / UTILIZATION OF FBC ASH FOR HYDRAULIC BINDER PREPARATION

Wagner, Štěpán January 2012 (has links)
FBC-ashes, as a waste product of a relatively new technology of combustion, so-called fluidized bed combustion, cannot be used for building materials production in contrast to fly-ashes. Problem rests in their chemical as well as their mineralogical composition. Thought it can be admitted that FBC-ash may be used for preparation of the hydraulic binder with a similar chemical and mineralogical composition, but only in a certain limit of concentration. The first part of this thesis was focused on the potentialities of fluid fly ashes utilization as hydraulic bonding material in preparation of dry mortar mixtures and the second part of works was engaged in research development of burned hydraulic binder of FBC ash. The thesis explores the conjunction between parameters of burning mode and hydraulic binder characteristics.

Hodnocení vlastností drobného kameniva pro asfaltové směsi / The evaluation of properties of fine aggregate for asphalt mixtures

Kadlček, Jakub January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of properties of fine aggregate by means of laboratory tests. Fine aggregate evaluation was performed using sieving test, laser diffraction, delta ring and ball test, bitumen number test, uncompacted void content of fine aggregate according to AASHTO T 304, voids of dry compacted filler (Rigden) test and particle density of filler. Laboratory research has led to the discovery of some properties of fine aggregate and their dependencies.

Fosfátová pojiva / Phosphate binders

Kalina, Lukáš January 2008 (has links)
The work deals with the preparation and study of polyphosphate composites. Aluminum phosphates provide some unusual properties like high-heat resistance in terms of inorganic binders. The addition of chromium in the form of Cr2O3 or directly the bond with the aluminum-chromium-phosphate can improve the properties of this binder. Highly viscous Al2Cr(H2PO4)9 and Al3Cr(H2PO4)12 binders were prepared by dissolving Al(OH)3 and CrO3 in 85% phosphoric acid, and mixed with Al2O3 and Cr2O3 fillers. The composites were cured in the furnace at 150 °C for 24 h under pressure of 10 MPa. During the annealing at temperatures up to 1 500 °C changes in chemical structure of the cured composites were observed, leading to the understanding of the creation of crystalline phases and their eventual changes. The characterization of binders was mainly based on FT-IR, EDAX, TG-DTA and optical microscopy analyses.

Možnosti využití energosádrovců a druhotných surovin obsahujících siřičitany pro přípravu kompozitů / Utilization possibilities of industry gypsum and secondary materials containing for preparation of composites

Weiglová, Jana January 2010 (has links)
The work studies the possibilities of the utilization of secondary raw materials produced by power industry. It addresses mainly the gypsum by-products and fluidized coal combustion ash. As for the secondary raw materials the content of sulphites is observed and the dependences of their transformation to sulphides via natural oxidation by air oxygen or by addition of adequate oxidant are studied. The work follows with describing the effect of sulphides contained in raw materials on the mechanical properties of composites prepared from several various matrices such as alumina or portland cement, lime or portland clinker. As for pure portland clinker the ability to retard the setting is also observed. The amount of contained sulphites is measured volumetrically via indirect titration of iodine surplus by sodium thiosulphate with the starch size as the indicator.
