The object of the project is to design a pension with restaurant in a remote part of the city that fits into the landscape. The building can be divided into two sub-parts, a restaurant with a background consist of a reinforced concrete and the building with hotel rooms made up of mostly by wooden structures. The pension is covered with a flat roof with has no basement, contact insulated by heat insulation.

The objective of the bachelor thesis is the design of the hotel in Velemek, close to the city of Prachatice. Building is designed as four story on almost flat terrain. Load bearing structures are primarily longitudinal walls. On the ground floor is placed reception, restaurant, kitchen, congressional hall and technical rooms. On the second and the third story are rooms for hotel guests. On the fourth floor is placed hotel administration.

This thesis describes a project documentation for consruction of a guesthouse. The building is situated on the flat land in cadastral territory in Vsetín. It is two-storey building. External loadbea-ring masonry is from ceramic blocks filled with polystyrene. The ceilings are made of ceramic-concrete panels. Stairways and elevator shafts are reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with a flat roof.

The diploma thesis aims to create the project of a new hotel in the town of Zlín, part Kudlov. The building consists of three above-ground and one underground floor. The underground floor houses the hotel's technical facilities, luggage storage and dirty laundry storage. On the first floor there are a restaurant with a bar, a kitchen with storage, staff changing rooms, staff room, entrance, reception and sanitary facilities. On the second floor there are a conference and lounge room, a director's office, six guest rooms and additional sanitary facilities. On the third floor there are twelve guest rooms.

This thesis describes the preparation of a project documentation for construction of a mountain guest house. The building is situated in the outskirts of the village Řeka on sloping land. It is a four-storey building with a basement and three floors. Peripheral bearing structures in the basement and first floor are in indirect contact with the soil and are lined with shuttering and a monolithic concrete. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are lined with ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure consists of a pramic - concrete panels. Stairways and elevator shafts are reinforced with a concrete . The building is covered with a gable roof, which is divided in the centre by an aisle roof. The part of the loft is used as an attic.

In the basement there is a gym, fitness room, games room, sanitary facilities and technical facilities of the hotel. On the first floor there is a restaurant with a bar, a kitchen with storage space, staff locker rooms, a living room for employees, an entrance with reception, the office of the director and secretary, and sanitary facilities. On the second floor there is a conference and lounge, sanitary facilities and five guest rooms. On the third floor there are twelve guest rooms.

The first floor contains a restaurant with limited board possibilities, restaurant facilities, a manager’s office, staff facilities and a technical area of the building. There is one four-bed room, three double rooms (one of them is designed for disabled people) and two single rooms on this floor. One four-bed room, three double rooms and three single rooms are located on the third floor. The building is created with a masonry structural system and is roofed with a warm flat roof with a typical sequence of layers. A green roof is used above a part of the building.

Master´s thesis solves new building hotel in Opava with an accommodation capacity of 32 beds. Two rooms are designed as barrier- free. Detached building has three floors. The building has exterior dimensions 32,39 m x 24,24 m and height of the object up to the attic is 11,54 m. The first floor is a facility part for the hotel and restaurant kitchen, including kitchen traffic, the capacity of restauranet is 80 people. There is accommodation, warehouses, boiler room and air conditioning room on the second floor. Accommodation and warehouses are located on the third floor. The construction system is a skeleton with brick cladding. Foundations consist from reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls from simple concrete. The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete without girders. Roof is made up of three single ply flat roofs, one of them is solved as a vegetation roof. The building is insulated with insulating contact system. The project also includes static specialization-concrete structures.
