Využití strukturálních fondů pro rozvoj mikroregionu Nepomucko / Structural Funds utilization for development of microregion Nepomucko

This work analyses the possibility of using financial resources from European Union´s funds for benefit of tourism development in the microregion Nepomucko. As a part of this thesis I would like to find out what is the potential of this region in connection with tourism. Nepomucko is an interesting microregion in the western Bohemia which offer its nature and historical beauty. It´s able to attract visitors. This microregion has very good potential for development of rural tourism and therefore was created the design for the farm-house. That is why was one country estate renovated and used them in tourist trade. Each factor is analyzed in separate part, attention is also paid to financial resource, which is a important subject in the process. The aim of the study analysing finance and prosperity of this device and seems very optimistic. It evaluates, according to receipts and expenditures that this sort of tourism may be used for the development of tourism in this area. In Nepomucko there are posibilities for the future to target as facilities with hight quality, looking for a new segment of demand and using financial resources from European Union´s funds. Chances of the applicants in the West Bohemian region are suitable, they correspond with the resources of the ROP of the NUTS II SW. Regional policy of the European Union is a indispensable foundation of the development the tourist trade. Not only private subjects but also regions take advantage of using financial resources from European Union´s funds, because the winner takes it all.

Využití strukturálních fondů EU v ČR / EU Structural Funds Utilization in Czech republic

This graduation thesis focuses on regional and structural policy of European Union and its utilization in Czech Republic. The thesis explains the impact of integration theories on the different stages of development of regional policy in its present form and gives a comprehensive view on the issue of raising financial support from European Union. It also explains where the money for these grants comes and how Czech Republic stands in acquiring them. At the end thesis brings an example of a company that became a successful recipient of funding from EU. First part of graduation thesis is focused on the theoretical evolution of European integration and the related evolution of regional policy of EU. The evolution of regional policy is monitored especially in Czech republic, where the thesis describes single budget periods of EU and the volume of money gained from grants and money spent on them. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the evolution of macroeconomic indicators of Czech republic and their effects on EU regional policy.

Přeshraniční spolupráce Jihomoravského kraje / Cross-border cooperation of the South Moravian Region

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of cross-border cooperation of the South Moravian Region. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms such as region, regional economics, regional policy, and regional development. It also deals with the regional structure of the Czech Republic, NUTS regions or regional policy institutions. The last chapters of the theoretical part are devoted to the possibilities of financing development strategies and cross-border cooperation. The following is a part of the description of standard-specific research called Real estate market analysis in cross-border regions and the designation FAST-S-19-5899 based on which the topic of this work was selected. In the practical part, it characterizes the South Moravian Region and the village Mikulčice specifically described the selected project and its financing. The conclusion is a theoretical proposal of other financing options and an evaluation of the impact that the project has on the development of the region.
