The aim of the study was to analyse and to evaluate ethical climate in Kaunas Sanciai outpatient clinic. Tasks – to evaluate ethical climate in Kaunas Sanciai outpatient clinic; to determine and evaluate ethical climate relationship between varies workers group depending from age, education, work expierence; to identify mostly occurred ethical disturbances in Kaunas Sanciai outpatient clinic. Methods. Investigative were workers (n=237) of Kaunas Sanciai outpatient clinic, interviewed in October-November 2005. The data analysis was performed in 233 (98.3%) persons, using MS Excel and EpiInfo 6.0 statistical programme packages. Results. The major part of Kaunas Sanciai outpatient clinic workers the ethical climate evaluate positive: 77.3% respondents answer, that in the outpatient clinic predominant confidence and honor ambience, 91.9% of persons answer, that each workers committed for own decisions, 73.0% of respondents answer, that predominant friendliness, 67.8% of workers aggreed with affirmation, that the directors of outpatient clinic promote ethical behavior, so the directors are ethical decorum example in 85.5% of persons. Eilės poliklinikose – sena ir labai opi Lietuvos sveikatos apsaugos sistemos problema. Todėl iškyla būtinybė tirti medicinos paslaugų kokybę nulemiančius veiksnius, ir analizuoti priežastis, dėl ko medicinos paslaugų prieinamumas poliklinikose netenkina medicinos paslaugų vartotojų – pacient��. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti oftalmologinės pagalbos prieinamumą universitetinių klinikų konsultacinėje poliklinikoje. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Įvertinti įvairaus profilio oftalmologinių paslaugų prieinamumą konsultacinėje poliklinikoje. 2. Palyginti oftalmologinės pagalbos prieinamumo skirtumus miesto ir kaimo gyventojams. 3. Nustatyti eilių susidarymo konsultacinėje poliklinikoje priežastis Tyrimo metodika. Tyrimas atliktas KMUK akių ligų konsultaciniame diagnostiniame centre apklausiant pacientus anketinės apklausos (n = 180) ir kokybiniu struktūrizuoto interviu (n = 10) metodais. Tyrimo rezultatai analizuoti SPSS 14 versijos kompiuterine programa.Statistiniam reikšmingumui pagrįsti naudotas Chi kvadrato kriterijus. Rezultatai. Hence, there is the necessity to analyze the factors which determine the quality of medical services, and to analyze the reasons which cause the disappointment of the medical service recipients – patients. The goal of the study is to research and evaluate the access to ophthalmology services in a consulting clinic. The tasks of the study: 1. To evaluate the access of various profile ophthalmology services in a consulting clinic. 2. To compare the differences of accessibility of ophthalmology services for a city and village residents. 3. To determine the causes for the lines formation in a consulting clinic. The methodology of the research. The research was conducted in the Consulting and of the Clinics of Kaunas University of Medicine, inquiring the patients in the methods of quantitative survey (n = 180) and qualitative structural interview (n = 10). The results of the research were analyzed with the help of the SPSS 14 software, using the Chi-square criterion as the basis of the statistic significance. The results. This thesis has been prepared as urban study of social center residential complex in Brno - Lesná. I tis a lociation which wasn´t copleted during the construction of settlements Lesná already been completed. The main objective of the study is to verify the territorial land use options that already has an earlier era of the proposed basic services and building structure and contains values that should be respected. The priority of the proposal was to amend the pedestrian routes territory and reach their easy access. It passes through the center of the site Okružní Street, which divides the northern and southern parts. Original Halasovo Square lies to the north of this large area. Therefore, it was due to the availability and optimization of facilities proposed new territory south sguare with commercial and cultural center. Furthermore solved territory is divided into four areas. Each of them are concentrated in the vicinity of some of the surviving buildings (preserved objects - Albert shop and pool together sports hall TJ Tesla Brno, Lesná Clinic, Lidl shop, building society as Vema). Proposal limits sports and recreational areas, and places new buildings for public facilities and housing.

Master´s thesis premises designed Health centre Sadová on the level of documentary for execution of works. The building has thirteen medical equipment with facilities, pharmacy, health food store, optics and refreshment. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The structural systém is cast-in-place concrete frame. The infill wall in basement is walled with permanent formwork blocks and the ground floors are walled with clay blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building has thermal insulation and cladding with fibre cement board.

Diploma thesis solves the new building in Nitra. The building is located on Kmeťová street. The building has four floors above ground and one underground and the Garage. 1st floor is clinic. Other floors are for apartments .. The structural system is a monolithic reinforced concrete and brick. The building is covered with a flat roof. Foundation structure consists of reinforced concrete block.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a civic amenity building for outpatient care, with associated establishments, namely a pharmacy and a café. The building is designed on a plot of land located in the center of the town of Chotěboř in the Havlíčkův Brod district. The polyclinic is designed as a partially basement, free-standing rectangular building with overhanging entrances to individual establishments. The outpatient department has three floors. Underground vertical structures are designed as reinforced concrete walls, above-ground peripheral and internal load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks, ceiling structures are made of prestressed panels. A double-reinforced concrete monolithic staircase and an elevator are designed in the building. Non-load-bearing internal structures are solved using plasterboard structures and the whole building is covered with a single-skin flat vegetation roof.

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation for implementation of the construction applied on the newly-built polyclinic in Rousínov. The polyclinic is the detached one, placed in the flat building plot with adjacent parking lot. The whole building is solving continuity on the surrounding local roads and dispersion areas. Basement of this building serves primarily as technical facilities for properly working on this new building. For example it’s about storages, utility room, boiling room, mechanical room etc. The first above-ground floor, where is situated entrance in to the building, from the southeast, is placed pharmacy, medical transport service and the first one doctor’s surgery. In the other above-ground floors are placed another doctor’s surgeries every with different specialization and in the last floor is a section for managers of polyclinic. The building is designed as a cast-in-place concrete frame with infill walls from aerated concrete. This building is based on plain concrete foundation pads and in the middle of span is shear core. Horizontal structures are solved by point-supported slabs with periphery beam and roofing is solved by warm flat roof. Whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation from non-flammable material.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the processing of project documentation of the construction part for the realization of the new build private health centre Proficlinic in the outskirts of České Budějovice. It is a two-storey partially basement building. On the first floor there is a pharmacy with the preparation of cytostatics, surgery x-ray and facilities for staff. On the underground floor there are technical facilities for new buildings and storage facilities. On the second floor there are individual surgeries and day care center of oncology. The ceilings are made of prestressed panels. The roof of the building is flat single-skinned.

In my thesis I proposed private clinic in Velké Meziříčí, it is a four-storey building with partial basement. The building is designed as system without girders. The building is approximately L-shaped, has a flat roof. There are a physician offices, pharmacy and X-ray equipment.

Subject of master's thesis is project of health centre in Brno. The building is constructed as a frame of reinforced concrete with four above-ground floors. The building is based on square individual footing and uncased piles. Building envelopes consists of supporting part and thermally isulated part. Supporting part is made of earated concrete block Ytong. Thermally isulated part is made of thermal insulation polystyrene and Kingspan panel facade cladding. Building is roofed with vegetative promenade flat roof with 3-meters-high trees. Part of master's thesis is also a static desing of reinforced concrete components, fire-safety solving and thermal-technical evaluation og building.
