The thesis is focused on the method of determining the position of the wheel using photogrammetric equipment Tritop. Verification of the method is performed by measuring of the Formula Student Dragon II. Measured data are processed by algorithm for calculating compiled in Matlab software. The final section describes a concept the measurement of the suspension flexibility on the UADI device.

This master's thesis deal with the ability to maintain trunk stability in paraplegic patients in the relation to the functional skills of upper extremity. Its aim is to determine the extent to which posture influences grip strength in these persons. It consists of two parts. The first part includes introduction of the spinal cord injury and findings of the mechanisms and functional significance of the torso in relation to posture and everyday activities. Further, it presents the possibilities of utilization and different ways of measurement of grip strength in clinical practice. In the second part, the results of the measurement of grip strength in paraplegic persons in three different positions - lying on the back and in two different sitting positions - are analyzed. The measurements were undertaken using a dynamometer. It was measured twice, always after one week period. All patients attend the standard therapy provided by the Spinal Unit in the University Hospital in Motol, where they have been also hospitalized in that time. The results refer to certain dependency of gripstrength of upper extremity to posture in paraplegic persons. Aim of this master´s project is to analyse localization possibilities in GSM and GPS wireless networks. Choise of proper module and design location device for both GPS and GSM networks. Design and construction of system, which is able to designate it´s positron, using both GPS and GSM networks. The location informations, are send to Internet server, using GPRS system. Localization techniques in both wireless network are described. The system which is able to get position information was designed and constructed. The module´s driving software and the software, which process the localization informations and controls the database storing process, was designed.

This diploma thesis is devoted to problems of measurement centre of gravity position. At the beginning diploma thesis is created summary of methods to measuring moment of inertia and position measuring of centre of gravity of vehicle. Proposal is in-process on the basis method weighing on oblique position. And measurement is possible in Institute of automotive engineering in Brno. Is proposed measuring platform and preparative for obstruct changes of centre of gravity position at measuring. Measuring procedure is described and is derived formula toward calculation position of gravity centre of vehicle. To troubleshooting parts of platform are elaborate solidity calculations. In final parts diploma thesis are mentioned results from these measurements. Drawing documentation of platform and programme for calculation of centre of gravity of vehicle is enclosed in diploma thesis.

The master s thesis deals with the influence of location impact on the price of housing units in Olomouc. The theoretical part describes some basic concepts, whitch are necessary for understanding the issue and also provides valuation methods used in this thesis. The practical part of the thesis describes the location Olomouc and its parts specifically. The following is a description of the apartments, their location, quality and other facts identified by the place investigation. Other chapters focuses on comparative technique method to estimate the administrative price and market valuation to estimate the market price. Finally are compared unit prices of the apartments to each other and evaluated teh influence of the estimated price of the apartment.

This diploma thesis deals with desigantion of usual price of ten residential units in Jemnice and Moravské Budějovice. Valuation is done with direct comparison and with comparative methody by valid price regulation. Constituent part of this thesis is analysis effect of location on the usual price of selected locality.

Title: Starts of sprint disciplines performed by spastic athlete and particularities of the training process Aim of work: The aim of this work was analyzing of the specifics of athletic training determined for spastic sprinter class T38 and observation of the long term effect. Methods: This work presents an empiric-theoretical study. Due to the uniqueness of the theme, method of case study has been chosen (intra-individual observation). This method was applied on the particular spastic sprinter by using longitudinal quantitative observation during her top sport career and applying one-off analysis focused on evaluation of different types of starts. This observation had qualitative and quantitative part. The quantitative part was based on the interpretation of 2D video comparing three types of start (low start, mid-low start and low start with a diagonal arm position) with the optimal start position described in the books. Comparison of average time for 10 metre distance was determined as quantitative element. . The observational group consists of the sprinter with Cerebral Palsy at Czech representative level. The aim of the work is to compare different ways of measuring geometric parametrs of railway track and compare methods for guidance automatic tamping machine in estabilishing the geometrical parameters of the selected track section between train stations Brodek u Přerova - Grygov. The work contains a description of the superstructure gauging carriage and measuring system APK, whose data were used to compare the track geometry and its spatial position during the observation period. Conclusion of the work includes an assessement of individual measurements and recommendations for practise.

Annotation: This thesis deals with the transport service in the South Bohemia Region municipalities. It evaluates the transport service quality from the viewpoint of public transport. The methodical part comes out of the theoretical part and it focuses on the number of links of particular municipality and its centre. Both road and train links were analyzed on the basis of the schedules in various time periods. The supplementary part is occupied with the municipalities? transport location and their relationship to the transport service. The final part contains the results evaluation and the synthesis of given problematics. The transport-geographical characteristic of chosen area, the map attachments and the table attachment containing data from the research are also a part of the thesis.
